Although is was a long process with a few bumps in the road, they all got filled in and smoothed over. In the end, our new patio cover is a tremendous addition and we couldn't be more pleased. Crew was always polite and professional. Thanks guys!

I contracted High West in 2017 to build my sun room and they did a great job! It took a lot longer than expected (perhaps this is normal when you have something built?), but I was very happy with the results. It is now my favorite room in the house! I will admit that sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you, but they always follow through.Recently one of the glass panels in my folding door shattered and Sebastian and Kyle came to replace it, they did an amazing job! Looks just like it did when they first installed it. They even made some small adjustments so the door is working even better now. Thanks guys😊

High West remodeled the old sun room on our home, and turned a composting embarrassment on the side of the house into a beautiful greenhouse room. In these Covid days that has become a wonderful retreat and remote office to spend the day in. Highly recommended.

We had the guys put up an awning over our back porch. Kyle and his crew did great work, stayed professional, and Nick communicated with us the entire time. With COVID going on, the timing was long, but we knew that from the start. Nick kept us in the know of status updates, inspections, installation, etc. We would do business with them again!

We originally contacted High West to help us do a partial residing of our house due to hail damage They worked hard to find a match for our old siding but in the end we found out it was discontinued. We decided to reside the entire house, and JR our design/salesperson came up with a fabulous design to bring our dated bi-level house into the 21st century. Everyone who has seen it raves how good it looks! The installation crew were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail, down to clean up every night. We are so happy, we give them 10 stars!!

High West has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From JR designing our new sunroom, to Nick managing the project and keeping us informed to Kyle who did an amazing job installing and finishing the job. The work we had done includes: Demo of existing deck and sunroom, installation of three new exterior doors, pour a new concrete patio, install a french drain, and install siding. We will definitely be calling them back next year to install a new deck and possibly a new front door.As the pandemic changed our lives we were concerned that our project would be cancelled, however, the communication from High West was amazing and they worked hard to keep us up to date and aware of the activity. Also the payment plan was performance based so we felt comfortable based on the plan and didnt lose sleep by paying a lot of money up front.On a particular note we would like to thank Kyle who was our main installer. The company did install a very nice patio. I will not deny it looks great and seems to be built well. But in the install they cracked my slab and didnt clean up their mess. Even after reviewing it for final approval with their project manager. He agreed they needed to come back and clean up. So my yard is left with ribs of little metal cuttings, screws, and flashing just laying around. Not to mention the tons of foam and longer pieces of aluminum that was left. Great patio to bad you have to wear shoes to enjoy it.

High West Siding built a custom roof over an existing pagoda on our upper deck. They did a beautiful job! Their ongoing updates were very helpful and reassuring, especially during this pandemic. The quality of work was exception and the crew was very professional. We couldnt ask for a better experience!

We love our new sunroom. High West did a real nice job. Theyre all friendly folk and really easy to work with. The workmanship is excellent! Very good communication! They provided a detailed list of the steps/phases needed for this job with time estimates at the very start, going over the list with us and ensuring we understood what would be involved. When we had to wait for custom materials from the factory, and when weather delayed work, we understood because those schedule risks had already been explained in detail before the project started, and they updated us regularly so we knew where we were at and what to expect.

JR and his team did an excellent job installing our windows and doors. They are personable, professional and precise. They pay attention to every detail and get the job done right and on time. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

The project manager was good about providing me updates of the arrival of materials and the ETA for the install to take place. The provider of materials TEMO, took a long time, but that can be expected with anything sunroom related. My job was a difficult job that I think they handled with great expertise. They had to replace a badly hail damaged sunroom roof from the 90s and integrate a brand new TEMO sunroom roof. They made a recommendation of inclining the sunroom roof more to allow for better drainage which required integrating into the main composite shingled roofline--again not an easy job. Brian and his son were out here having to shovel snow off practically every time, but they pulled through in the end and were always trying to make sure you were satisfied with the progress. Very professional and nice to talk with too. I can also state from experience, that if there was a problem and even after paying them in full, they still were very responsive and came back out to address any issues. I will hire them again when we have enough money to do the walls of the sunroom and integrate the whole TEMO system.

High West does great work. Is a good place to learn trade and get your business started. JR is an awesome guy and great businessman. Office staff pretty good as well. Overall great company to work for that does exceptional work.

I had some extensive North side facing siding damage from weather. I expected a long wait and and an expensive repair. High West siding was referred and after an easy call and onsite estimate of the work needed, my house was like new and the cost was much, much less than I had expected. I have heard great things about this company and experienced it for myself.

I was hesitant calling contractors for any home improvement project simply because of the bad reputation the industry has. However these guys certainly convinced me that at least they know what they are doing. It was a great experience buying and installing windows from this company. From the sales person that came out and explained everything to the installer and project manager checking up on the work, I was pleasantly surprised. 5 star experience all around :)Price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. It was the golden middle and I will do business with High West Siding again.Regards -Peter

Wanted a $1000 deposit to prepare the paperwork for siding to the insurance company AND if the insurance company denied the claim, the $1000 was NOT refundable. Are you out of your freaking mind?!? Went with a better siding company that did not require a deposit just for an estimate.

We contracted with High West for them to install a Temo patio cover, New Gutters and installation of Soffits. We kept us informed from the time of signing the contract to the final installs. We knew at what states, the amount of money that was due and timeframe that it would be due. During construction, all of the workers were very pleasant and hardworking and they cleaned up at the end of every work day. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Been some years now since High West Siding sided our house with steel siding. Our house sits very high on uneven rocky ground and yet they remained diligent and artistic with the job. We could not have been happier. Today it shows no sign of wear and oh happy days,.....no more painting.

Fter research and actually talking and viewing other dealer products, High West easily beat them all. We live in Woodmoor where the Home Owners Association does not allow steel siding. JR told us the benefits of steel siding and we absolutely loved the color, look and texture of steel. We asked the HOA for an exception to the steel siding rule. JR accompanied us to the HOA meeting and convinced the board steel was good for Woodmoor. They agreed! Woodmoor is now allowing steel siding because of the great efforts of JR Little. Our home has many angles and irregular areas. The detail High West achieved really helped to “pop” these areas. JR, J.T., Darren, Cody and Jonny are true artists! The transformation of our home by High West is amazing. Not only is our home beautiful, we’ve also seen a reduction in our heating and cooling bills. You will not be disappointed in High West!

Exceptional product but had an awful experience with the sales pitch. Felt like high pressure used car salesman tactics. At one point the factory rep took a phone call to yell at an employee he had recently fired- in the middle of the sales call- UNPROFESSIONAL. Once it was clear that we werent going to sign a contract today the rep just walked out to the car, leaving the other salesman to try to wrap up. AWKWARD. The High West salesman was lower pressure but I still havent received any actual quote from them. Overall NOT a pleasant experience.

The workers were very professional when repairing my siding. Will def recommend to anyone I know that needs work done.

As a sub contractor they didnt pay me they repeatedly ask me to hide their mistakes and were missing in action when it came to customer service, and instructed me to do odd procedures. Most of all put me and my family in financial difficulties. They would not inform anyone of what work is to be done, and not answer customer calls. This is no way to treat a disabled veteran who is barely making it as it is. Unsatisfactory
