I work in a medical office and had the displeasure of working with one of the ladies here. We have been trying to get assistance getting a mobility device for a patient. The employee called our office with the intent to be negative. She accused one of my coworkers of faxing her an order “over 100 times” when the fax had been sent three times per our records. They have not been helpful with returning calls, they have not been forthcoming with telling us with what information is needed with getting the mobility device to our patient, and they have not been communicating with our patient. The story changes depending on who they talk to. This is not appropriate for a medical supply business. I would not recommend them to any further patients and would go so far as to steer them away from this business in general.

Very knowledgeable, tons of things to look at, super friendly staff. I do recommend asking for an approximate time frame ahead of time and ask if they will require you to move out of your wheelchair if thats why youre going. We werent expecting a 2 hour long install the last time and wished we wouldve had the opportunity to just drop it off. The guy that delivered for us was awesome and super respectful. They are wonderful at what they do and a great group to work with!!

Best Numotion office I’ve ever worked with! Renee was so efficient. I moved from Missouri and had been working with Numotion there. Their office was poorly run and difficult to work with. No timely communication. However, Numotion in Colorado Springs was great! They took over my account and in less than 2 months had turned in and received approval from my insurance company. Where Missouri had taken 8 months to get not much done, Numotion in Colorado Springs worked quickly. Highly recommend them! Also, the technician who brought the chair was thorough in explaining and setting everything up on the chair to meet my needs. Highly recommend this office!

Initially had problems with my new wheelchair but sent an email to the NuMotion feedback page and also called the corporate help line. NuMotion staff immediately contacted me and scheduled a meeting for today. Aaron Pearce spent two hours with me reviewing my concerns and explaining the insurance processes. I took my new chair home today. Thanks to Aaron and Renee and to the ops manager Joe who helped close the gaps in my understanding and knowledge. Appreciate the folks at new motion including Kevin and Katrina who went above and beyond to help me as well.

My Father has several products from them and it seems like its always such a hassle to get service or questions answered in general. I really wish as a company they would step up and become more organized. These people come to you because they NEED these products to move around and Im not sure this company actually understands that instead they set appointments to come out to them and then never show without informing the client or anything. Wish there were more companies that offered these services in C/S

If you want super slow service, then this is the place for you. If you want to leave repeated messages and never have your call returned by Susan, then this is the place for you. I left my first voice message a few days before Christmas 2017 to just find out how to begin the process of getting a power wheelchair for my husband who has Multiple Sclerosis. I got so tired of leaving messages that my husband called and left Susan a nasty message. She called back to let him know how much she did not appreciate the message. This was in January of 2018. I began leaving messages again and finally got a phone call on February 15, 2018 from the wheel chair clinic (not Nu Motion) for a disability evaluation. The earliest available appointment was on 3-15-18, and we went in for an evaluation. I was told that it would be submitted the following week to my insurance company for approval. After almost a month goes by I began leaving the messages for Susan again to see where we were in the process. By some fluke she answered one day and I found out that the paperwork was just submitted to the insurance company on 4-18-18! Over a month later! We were told in March that it would be possible to have the chair for our vacation on 5-10-18. It was finally approved and this is the most we have heard from Susan since we started the whole process! Now she wants the co pay of $3946.00 (more than the original quote of 3580.00) for a 21k chair! The copay really isnt the issue here because I knew about it before hand. For us, it is the principle right now. I decided that although I have an approval letter in hand from my insurance company that I do not want to do business with Nu Motion. I contacted my insurance company again to get a list of other providers and West Peak mobility seems to be the best. I would start the process all over again to find a new provider that cares about the patient and will return phone calls even if they have no updates, but I am reluctant because we have waited this long. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! I hate to start the process all over again, and that is the only reason I purchased with them because he cannot wait another few months for a chair!

I have been dealing with this company for years. I have loved the employees during that time. But the last couple of years with wait times and miscommunications I want to take my buiness elsewhere. The mechanic they send out I beg them everytime not to send him.. everytime it is him and he breaks things, misorders and just does not do what is needed. They dont seem to care about the customer or their needs anymore. We need more options for the Springs.

We own a pediatric wheelchair from NuMotion (aka United Seating) and I want to commend the technician, Josh, for helping us adjust our childs wheelchair. He arrived on time for the appointment at our house and did an excellent job of repairing and adjusting everything that we needed. He was pleasant and thorough and went above and beyond. I am extremely disappointed in the inconsistency of paperwork being completed and information going back and fourth between providers and this company. You can never get a hold of any one directly, you have to leave a message and most times it takes like 48 hours for them to return your call. They say it takes 3 months to get your product but that is untrue because if you don’t call and follow up things slip through the cracks and no one will inform you of anything.

Very slow, act like the customer bother them when we call. I was lied to blatantly multiple times and treated like my needs or my feelings didnt matter. I was treated very poorly by the repair department as a whole.we will NEVER use this company again. People dont even show up when they are supposed to and no call or explanation. This 5 years I worked with them was horrible

I tried for a week to get an appointment even after I checked several times to ensure that my insurance company had sent over the needed paperwork.Only after contacting the corporate office three time was I able to finally get an appointment made. Once they made the appointment I was told I was not only wasting there time but the insurance companies time since no insurance company really gives a dam about there members they all deny the claims this is odd to me since I know of several insurance companies who have contracts with this company.I called the corporate office a fourth time to relay this informatiom. As well my own insurance company.My insurance company took the time to find a second company to which to have my equipment filled with.Funny how once this second company recived the paperwork I had an appointment that fit my day but the equipment was taken care of in just days.I would not recommend this company no matter where you are. They really do not want or need the business since they make there money not selling or servicing anything or anyone.Plus the employees are rude, nasty, people who really have no business working in such a field.

Took a long time to get a scooter. Very difficult to get in touch with the person handling my case. I left several voice mails and sent an email and no response. I finally had to call and insist on speaking to a manager to get the information I wanted. The website or patient portal is useless for tracking new purchase progress.

I been using a high profile roho cushion for 36 years now. Numotion picks a Jay jell cushion for me without adding me what I wanted for a cushion. When it was delivered to me I told the guy right away I hated the Jay cushion. When I asked Numotion if I could exchange it for a roho. They said that they didnt exchange used cushions. They pick the wrong cushion without asking me and now they say no exchange on used cushions. How can it be used cushions when I was sitting on it less than 2 minutes. My next new wheelchair wont be from Numotion thats for damn sure.They are a total joke and they dont give a damn about customers that just spent 3 grand there. Numotion gets a big fat zero from me on customer service and actually working with the client .just another example that the rich dont care about anything except cash in their pockets NEED people working there that actually cares about the item they sell. When a customer calls to complain after spending 3000 dollars. They tell me sorry we cant help you with that. WOW. I get more pissed off every time I think about how they treat people. When you cant get service from one company then I find another company to replace them asap . thanks for nothing Numotion . thumbs down all across the board. BS to the max

Takes so long to order when you finally get equipment it’s too small for my child. Also never did get a gait trainer for him they told me months ago that they would get a couple gait trainers to look and and try out before we committed to ordering something. Months ago I got a call saying that it would be a couple weeks only because I called and complained that my son is not getting equipment that he needs and stil to this day nothing. If you need anything in a timely manner go somewhere else!

The customer coordinator that I was assigned to literally ignored my phone calls and messages for 4-5 months while trying to get status updates, she also ignored my medical coordinator attempts to get a hold of her as well! After finally getting my wheelchair she stop responding after an issue for an activation code! I received my bill almost 2 months later after trying to contact her about it and the bill was not what we had agreed upon previously! Absolutely Ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the person that helped order my chair I would have said screw it and fought the insurance to go to a different company!

Rudest people ever, I called Susan on a Thursday and left a message, called 3 times on Friday and left messages. As of Wednesday no one has called me back. I was just trying to buy a replacement part. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Maybe try Denver or Pueblo.

I have had interaction with this company in multiple geographic locations, Seattle, Colorado Springs and Los Angeles. My interaction started in 2012 and ended in 2016, I was fitted and ordered in Seattle a Ti TR at the cost of $15,000. It took from April of 2012 till September of 2012 to get the chair, on arrival it was assembled wrong and missing parts & pieces, by Jan of 2013 the seat pan and axel needed replacement due to improper assembly. That cost $4000.00 this was my Colo Springs experience it took six months for them to get parts and repair the chair. The office staff were inept at communicating with myself of the insurer, the lead technician in the shop didnt even have basic mechanical skills. My interaction with the Colo Springs office required a lot of swearing and threatening to just get my equipment back this took over six months. Within a year im in Seattle and the axel breaks again this time NuMotion in Seattle says the acel broke die to improper installation. Hmmm. After waiting six months for parts they got all the wrong items. I walked away and threw away a less than three y/o chair in ok shape needing repair. NuMotion is a corporate buyout take over company that is ruining the durable medical equipment industry. Stay away from them they will cause more problems than they will help. Katrina is pointless as a rep. Advised that my son was using tricare echo to purchase harness for car for his safety . Would have been ordered faster, but she kept trying to put his order through Medicaid and not tricare echo . This went on for over 5 weeks. Daughter had surgery 7/27 And Kevin who was suppose to order her wheel chair and walker, let the paperwork sit on his desk and we still didnt have something for her after surgery. Spoke with rose, office manager, and told her, This is whats going to happen. Im going to come pick up the script, report you all to the Bbb, and write one of the worst reviews on their website. She said, oh, please dont so that. Let me get a loaner from the back and Ill see whats going on with the wheelchair. Ok, thats fine. On the day of surgery, I get a call from rose, stating they cant even put the order into insurance because they dont have a medical necessity letter saying that she needs a wheelchair. Funny thing, the orthopedist gave them a script with diagnosis and wheel chair request and walker request . Tricare knows she had the surgery, what type it was , and they would approve it. Numotion is a waste of time, and when I needed support for my daughter, they could of cared less. Its the day after surgery and I told the physical therapist about my situation and advise them to order from a different company . Numotion is not about the client........theyre about the money. Which, they wont be getting from me or my insurance company.So, if youre trying to get something for your loved one.....dont pick this company.

I was told repeatedly when I scheduled my wheelchair fitting appointment that they would come to my home on Wednesday, Sept 14th, at 12:30-1:30. Since I already waited 2 months (due to them losing/not receiving my PCPs order twice) I cancelled another appointment I had that day rather than try for different time slot.At 12:50 on Wednesday, after waiting for 20 minutes for somebody to show up, I called Numotion to ask what was going on, only to find out that they had put me in the schedule for Thursday, Sept 15th, from 10:00-12:00. Wrong day, wrong date, AND wrong time.Since I still havent had my fitting its hard to say how professional they are in person, but if this circus act is what they consider good business practices, Im not going to hold my breath.
