Very, clean and comfortable. The wax professional was exactly that, a professional. Not only did she do a great job but she was very knowledgeable with tips and tricks on how I could help to get the best wax. I was going to European wax center where, even though they had a friendly staff, I always felt like the wax was rushed and I wasn’t getting the results I was looking for. This was my first Brazilian wax. Completely different than expected and have no idea why this is a mainstream thing. However this was a request by husband and the after result are worth every penny and sweat, tears for others. I was on the fence if I would return for maintenance and I plan to do so! My rep was personable, patient, knowledgeable. My husband owes me a lot for this but it was worth it and the bedroom action, having a Brazilian wax helps en chance the senses down under!

The first time at the studio and new location for Whiplash Waxing LLC, and oh my goodness! The location was in a familiar convenient part of town. When walking into the studio the aroma was amazing prominent but not too loud. It really set the ambiance. I was escorted into Marissa’s room and it was set up for all the services had requested. She made me feel comfortable in my skin. She encouraged, empowered and edified my skin, body, and person. She was outstanding. The products yes! She explained the ingredients and purpose. When we switched to the next requested service it was seem less and swift. I will be definitely become more consistent in my regiment and routine with her. First off, waxing anything is a very personal and usually uncomfortable event. Elise made the entire experience from her greeting, to the wax itself, to scheduling the follow-up appointment almost second nature. I have never felt more comfortable being waxed by someone I just met, a d will no doubt be back. Not only does she have more experience in the field than probably anyone else in Colorado Springs, but she is a local expert and can give a recommendation on practically anything you would ever need or want in the area! Overall, the best experience I could have asked for and I will definitely be back!

I have gotten many Brazilian waxes from other places previously, but for some reason my skin was them most irritated the day of it has EVER been when I got waxed it here. I got more bumps and more ingrown hairs than any other wax Ive ever had. My aftercare was no different than any other time Ive been waxed. :( the service was ok and the esthatician was nice, but eithier the was they used or the technique used did not agree with my skin.
