I called Mary when I needed my bankruptcy papers to be amended. Mary met with me several times and went through the process thoroughly always keeping me in the loop. Upon our last meeting I was able to go straight to the post office and drop it in the mail. Mary kept this process professional. She makes you feel at ease and you keep your dignity. Thank you Mary.

Awesome! Mary helped me multiple so much. She made sure I knew exactly what I was doing and she replied to many calls. She really went above and beyond for me in my time of confusion . With all due respect I hope I never have to work with her again but if I do find my self in the same position Ill run back to her on the drop of a dime!

This is Mary Robbins responding to the above review. I have been doing my typing business for over 30 years, and the current bad review is the only one I have received in all those years. To address her issues, the customer received a dismissal for lack of information about a new job she started when she was about to file her papers. If she would have read the dismissal form thoroughly and/or contacted me, she would have known what information she was lacking and could have sent an amendment regarding the information they were lacking and the court would have reversed the dismissal. But my understanding was she thought her case was Discharged (which is what one wants when they do a Bankruptcy), not dismissed for lack of information needed to complete a discharge of her Bankruptcy filing. I pride myself on trying to do the best possible job for my customers, and I will continue to do so. Respectfully, Mary

Marys Typing Service has caused me tremendous trouble. My husband and I went to Mary Robbins for help to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. She told me to with hold some information from the trustee and, unfortunately, I followed her advice. The trustee found out about the with held information and my case was dismissed. I ended up having to get a bankruptcy lawyer, start from scratch, and pay over $1500 to retain them. I called Mary, told her the situation, and asked for a refund of the $180 we payed for her service. She flat out refused to reimburse me and denied all responsibility. I really recommend not using Marys Typing Service because I dont want anyone else to have to go through cleaning up a mess she made.
