I have a video of bobs towing slamming my car into the curb when they towed it they refuse to even acknowledge they did anything wrong. I am taking further action to hold them accountable.

They towed my daughters car. The driver pushed her into the curb. In video you see her car being smash. My daughter was filming him. She has video of the incident The auto shop says her car has $1000 in damages. Tow company refuses to pay for damages.

Fast affordable towing. My car broke down in the side of I-25 and Nevada exit. I tried other companies wanted 150 to tow to my house in Colorado springs. Same day tow in a about an hour or so

Towed my sons wifes car to the repair shop and this company caused even more damage , when complained about the tow nothing was done this is a Military family with a fixed income. for this company to take advantage of this Family is very poor and disgraceful .. thank you for supporting the Miltary

Bob and his family were great. Unfortunately they are only surviving on their unethical partnership with the curropt police department who will steal your car just to stick some cash in their pocket for the night after going on a joyride. The police ended up pocketing the price of the tow, in other words I paid double just to get my own car back the next day after being detained, searched, threatened, and assaulted, and then having my DNA and property stolen under false pretenses with no warrant, no authority whatsoever. Thankfully it is all on film from multiple angles. El Paso County police department is corrupt and I have a feeling it goes deeper than just the police.

I wouldn’t have even left a star if I didn’t make me to leave a review. This place is beyond horrible. My car was towed out of my own driveway while I was in the hospital with sepsis. When I got out 8 days later, it took me three days of sitting outside for 6 hours a day in the freezing cold calling every police station in the springs and surrounding cities repeatedly to finally get a cop to force them to let me see my vehicle and grab the things I needed ASAP like the only clothes owned at the time , which they knew and still wouldn’t let me see it before then. I got screamed at my two of the employees multiple times, and the best part of it all.I was told three different times I had until the 21st to pay to release my car or to grab the rest of my belongings out which was a trunk full of Xmas presents I had been buying for my children during the past year, and when I called today, they had already auctioned my car off

Thetow truck with the white prius on the truck was driving so wrecklessly today on I-25. Cutting people off at high speeds, tailgating me in the rain. VERY UNSAFE. Very unprofessional!

Quality customer service!

For what it was, they certainly took care of me my truck was stolen and it comes in their yard and I know paying to get it out after having it stolen is a hard one to swallow. But they knocked off the storage charges for the two days that it was in there and only charged me for the tow what is understood because they had to take time from potentially making money elsewhere so I greatly appreciate their customer service. First tow yard Ive ever actually gotten a car back from. they add a pretty hefty tow fee & require active insurance just to get the car out (which is kinda ridiculous) but other than that, they work with you & dont make it hell to get your stuff/car back.

Ronnie (I believe that his name) came in the time allotted and was extremely nice and efficient. He loaded my car quickly and was so professional and courteous. His customer service was exceptional and I can’t say enough great things about him. I appreciate his service and making sure my vehicle got where it needed to in a very stressful situation. I’m not usually one for online reviews, but I wanted to give a shout out to this company. They impressed me so much!My daughter and I were out on Fort Carson for an appointment when I noticed we had a flat tire. Not like, “oh, I could drive on this for another 5-10 miles” but like flat like you’d see in a cartoon. If I drove anymore on that thing, I’d risk doing damage to the rims, which quickly gets expensive.My husband, who was away for training at the time, called these guys after seeing how well they were reviewed. They were there to pick us up in 30 MINUTES! Gary, the driver who came for us, was incredibly kind and sweet to my daughter who was fascinated by his truck. He also helped lift her gigantic car seat into the truck and made sure we got to the tire shop safely.On top of how kind and professional they were, their rates were incredibly reasonable. I honestly thought I was going to be paying twice what I paid, especially since I went to a tire shop that was a little bit further away.So, hopefully you don’t find yourself needing their services, but if you do — call these guys. They were great. I’ll definitely use them again!

Bobs towing was recommended by Firestone. They gave an accurate ETA and were prompt, friendly, and helpful. Don figured out what the actual issue was and got me going. The company is not just out to make a buck, they are genuinely trying to help people.

Hey nice job in towing the vehicle of a young service member. Towing the car is not the problem, but not working with him to get it out of your yard is despicable. He is deploying tomorrow morning at 2 am, going to the most dangerous place in the world in Afghanistan. Your unwillingness to budge on having his paperwork is the problem. The paperwork was in the gear that was already sent to Afghanistan. Being that he is 20, he is still figuring out everything associated with what paperwork is necessary on any number of topics. Rather than pay your gouging fees, he is just going to eat what he paid on the car. You deserve - 10 stars, but this is as low as it would go. Make yo money anyway you can is the attitude that is one of the problems of this country. ....selfishness. At least this young soldier is willing to go fight and possibly pay the ultimate sacrifice, so that people like you have the freedom to be selfish.

David did an excellent job in helping me get my vehicle down to Boulder. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Do not expect a walk in the park getting your car back

Yesterday, my car died after a blind corner on Austin Bluffs. I found myself stranded in serious danger next to the median with busy traffic. After calling 3 other towing places who were too busy or arrival time estimated an hour and a half. Bobs towing made my situation a priority and was able to be there in what seemed like the longest 20 minutes and was able to get my car to its destination with no problems. He was patient with me in my mental crisis. Just want to recommend this company was reliable and I was able to depend on friendly help and was happy with the service received.

After calling 6 other tow companies and all had a 6 hour wait, I was told by Nissan to call Bobs towing. I am so glad I did, the guy I forgot his name, who came to my rescue was great... I will definitely use and pass this company along... Thank you for being so quick and friendly....

I dont know what kind of towing company only expects CASH ONLY! and when i lost my invoice and i needed a copy for my insurance, i called and they told me they dont keep copies of their records..... WHAT?!?! WHAT KIND OF GHETTO COMPANY ARE YOU TRYING TO RUN HERE? Even the sheriff office told me they only expect cash... so they have the cops getting paid under the table.... wow!!!!

The caliper came apart on the front drive side wheel of my car. It was suggested by Firestone to have BOBs Towing bring it to Firestone. John(driver) was there in a few minutes. BEWARE BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Car had trouble. Called them to come tow. Was able to fix the issue with my car In less than 5 minutes and called them immediately to cancel the tow. They show up any ways and wouldnt let me leave until they extorted $75 from me. The guy was on his way home and wanted to make some cash. Never Hooked me up, total scam.

Swerving dangerously in and out of lanes with no signal. This maniac is going to cause an accident. I would never call this tow company. I personally got cut off by the driver three times on 24/Cimarron in the past month. I don’t know how you people stay in business.

BOBS TOWING is amazing! They do not charge extra for a car that does not drive or has locked wheels. I use them for all my tows.

Worst tow service ive ever experienced. Not only was I scolded for having parked too close to the curb, but I was also made to chain and hookup my own vehicle to the truck in the snow and do his job for him. I would never recommend such a bad service to anyone
