Wonderful front desk staff, helpful with great attitudes. Dr. Goodman was very thorough and offered several treatment options. His explanations were clear and he was open to questions. Never felt rushed. Overall great experience, especially since, as an out of town patient, they knew I would not be a returning one. Still treated me like a loyal patient. Highly recommend. If I lived here, this would be my dentist.

Flying from Texas to Colorado Springs for dental work.. Who does that? I do… I’ve known Dr. Nicolas Pruett for some time now and have enjoyed seeing all his wonderful work on my friends. It’s my turn. First of all, the team and environment he has created is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Smiling team with a few laughs here and there. Very warm and inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy. From the greeting at the front door all the way to my X-rays down the hallway. I had full upper crowns that were desperately needed to brighten up my smile and give me the confidence to laugh out loud again. I own a hair salon and look in the mirror all day at my clients and sometimes a quick glance at myself. I feel confident in my smile and referring everyone to Broadmoor Dental. Smiling never felt so good.😁

Just had my first visit here and it was wonderful. Like most of us I had not been to the dentist in well over a year due to covid. I was a bit nervous but Megan my hygienist put me at ease very quickly. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, this is my new dentist office with out a doubt.

Broadmoor Dental is the best Ive ever been to. After 60 years of life, I was so happy to find them. My family and I have received the best care and treatment. From the front office staff, hygienists, to dentists, they make you feel comfortable and cared for. Additionally, they keep up and stay on the front edge of dental technology. The lady who took care of my dental procedure was Phenomenal! The place looked clean. My visit was pain-free and very professional. They took the time to explain the before, during, and after of my visit.

Very pushy staff. Dentist refused to see me the first time because I declined x-rays (which is my right). The next time, when I got an x-ray they didnt use a thyroid guard!! No one deserves to be treated rudely because he or she advocates for his or her health. The cleaning was the most rushed an uncomfortable experience I have had and I do not have cavities. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time and went again, but I should have trusted my first impression. My mother who is a nurse went there as well and had an even worse experience than I did. I feel that the dentist is more of a salesman. This review is meant to help other people in the community who have high standards for x-rays, health, and who desire a genuine dentist make a more informed decision. I see others have had positive experiences but this was not my case nor my mothers. I would not be surprised if some of the positive reviews were motivated by incentives from the office.

Such a fabulous experience! Dr Pruett is amazing!! -Kind, gentle, very detailed, and caring. His staff is friendly and efficient and always make me feel welcome. I’ve loved the experience I have had at Broadmoor Dental.

I went to Broadmoor Dental expecting to get two crowns and left with uneven and misshapen molars that caused TMD, severe jaw pain, bite issues, migraines, disrupted sleep and constant pain & discomfort. Goodman and Pruett overlooked a misplaced crown (on 5 follow up visits with multiple x-rays) that Goodman installed. Pruett shaved my molars instead of addressing the real issue: the crowns. Following that visit, I was in excruciating pain and went to another dentist and he immediately identified the improperly placed crown on an X-Ray and noted Pruett should NEVER have shaved my molars. Fast forward one year and Ive been to 40+ visits with other specialists ($$$) trying to resolve the pain Broadmoor Dental caused. DO NOT JEOPARDIZE YOUR HEALTH. Read the bad reviews on here and get a second opinion if they want to proceed with costly and invasive procedures. Dealing with their bad dental work has been extremely stressful, frustrating, very expensive and a time burden.I can say in working with other specialists, the technology utilized at Broadmoor Dental is archaic. When I had the crowns installed at BD, they had an employee literally hold my mouth open for a few hours which was terrifying. There are instruments that do the same thing but are BETTER. The instrument is more comfortable and WAY less scary. The crowns installed by Broadmoor Dental do NOT feel like my real teeth. The crown I had replaced is a higher quality that feels more natural. I question the quality of all the devices and instruments BD uses as they all seem dated. This was a common concern voiced to me by employees, repeatedly.PS Don’t be fooled by their disingenuous response to my review. I reached out following the bad dental work and was blown off.

I highly recommend this place. I had to go to the ER last night because of tooth pain caused by a wisdom tooth. I woke up this morning, and started calling around to find a place that could squeeze me in to get my tooth pulled. They got me in. When I arrived, they were friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the names of the dentist, and the tech. They were absolutely 💯 amazing!! I havent had dental care in a while. I was embarrassed to even go in, because I have been shamed by dentists before. They did none of that. They pulled my tooth quickly, and painlessly. I need more dental work done, I have found my place. Ill be bringing my kids here as well.

Dr. Pruett and his staff at Broadmoor Dental are the best! It is the most efficiently run dental office, and my teeth cleaning was fast and effective. The hygienist was so nice and friendly and I had zero discomfort while she cleaned my teeth. The environment at BD is bright, cheerful, and comfortable, even the waiting room is accommodating to my 5 year old while I was being treated! Best place to get your Dental work done . They are professional and always make me feel comfortable.

Dr Pruitt is a very good provider. I was very nervous and afraid and he was patient and kind. He did excellent work and really improved the quality of my life.

I had heard good things about this practice and had hoped they could supply me with a good quality partial that looked right and would be comfortable. The first one was uncomfortable (it pinched so badly that it caused bleeding), the clasps didnt wrap around the tooth but hung sharply into the mouth. It didnt line up with the other teeth. The color was a good match -- Dr. Goodmans assistant is very good at picking color.They said if I wanted to try again, I would only pay $800 for another than could keep the first one as a spare. The second one was supposed to correct the problems of the first and be even with the existing teeth and bring the gum line down. It came back with the gum line even higher and still not even with the existing teeth and the color was lightened and the teeth made larger. It looked ridiculous, and the bite was so off, that it broke two fillings in existing teeth below it. The next one came back with the right-sized teeth, closer to even, the right color but missing a tooth on one side. For the last one, they sent it to a different lab. That came back greatly improved with only a minor problem (a clasp that does not wrap entirely around the tooth as it is supposed to), but it is adequate so I use it. It took some getting used to as it is thicker. I wish I had been warned of that change and told what to expect.Im editing my review to give another couple stars, because I realize now that the problem was never with Dr. Goodman, it was with the lab they usually use. I hope they dont use that lab any longer. I do think I should not have to have paid 1 and 1/2 times what one partial would cost for only having one partial that isnt a torture device. Would consider going back to this practice if I could know that they would never use that first lab again and if they would adjust my charges to be the cost of one partial since that is all I have that is useable without pain.

I was pleased at how quickly the office was able to fit me in as a first time patient with an emergency visit. The office is lovely, the staff friendly, and the dentist who helped me did a fantastic job. There was a snafu with the temporary crown coming out. In a true testament to the professionalism of the practice, they immediately had me return where they refitted a new temporary crown. Im very happy with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Goodwin and his team.

I can not recommend this office any more highly. Both Dr. Goodman and Dr. Pruitt are exceptional dentists. They, as well as their entire staff, make having somebody working in your mouth an almost pleasant preposition. These folks take the worry and apprehension out of that proposition.You can be sure that they will endeavor to make any procedure as painless as possible.

Dr. Pruett and his staff epitomize professionalism. From top to bottom, beginning to end every aspect is efficient and as near painless as I have experienced in 55 years of periodic dental care.

The best dentist of my life!

It is unfortunate that an employee of a professional office believes it is appropriate to abruptly hang up on a potential client who asks questions concerning the qualifications of the dental staff. Inquiring about the current clinical skills or licensure of a retired dentist who is not listed on the practices website should not give offense and should not elicit a disdainful and abrupt reply. A person has a right to know who they are being scheduled to see and administrative staff should be trained to gladly give that information and not to end a telephone call with disdainful scorn.

This office is amazing. The staff of friendly and they let you know not only what to expect from the visit but also what steps they are taking and why. I felt informed the entire time. Dr. Goodman made me feel at ease and provided additional details for a follow up visit. I couldnt have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!!!

I ahead extreme anxiety around going to the dentist but the staff was very accommodating and Dr. Pruett has such a kind way of speaking. He gave me several options to choose from and never pressured me into spending more than I wanted.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in same day, on a Saturday! As soon as you walk in you can tell how friendly and genuine they are. The receptionist knew me by name by the second visit. I knew I was in the right place by all the awards proudly displayed on the walls. My wait has been short now both times, and while I was early they still saw me before my appointment time as well. Dr Good men is very honest, kind, and welcoming. You can tell that they truly care about you and you are not just another number to them. Ive already made them my new dentist even though my old one was a half mile from my house. They are that good!

Overpriced, very bad shotty workmanship.A crown he put in, fell off in less than 6 months.No warranty or refunds.Crown was installed next to a filling. The filling had a hole in it which caused an infection.A new replacement crown and a root canal and a new crown needed to be installed on the tooth that had a cavity next to the re placement crown.Bottom line we have to pay double for this horrible dentistry.Bottom line its all about the money.I do not recommend the company. We found a better dentist.

All of the office staff were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Shannon (my hygienist) was very thorough and gave me some great advice to help with my sensitive teeth. Dr. Pruett had a wonderful bedside manner. He let me ask as many clarification questions as I needed and never made me feel rushed. Is it total lunacy to say I look forward to my next trip to the dentist? Not anymore!

BROADMOOR DENTAL IS FOR PEOPLE WITH $$$I have been a patient at BD for years. I don’t know why I stayed so long because I never ended up getting complete care. Dr Prouhett has an excellent bedside manner however made many promises that were never kept. Dental treatment plans were insanely expensive and I usually could not afford the plan and left with only basic care ie fillings and cleanings. I’ve had numerous fillings fall out (sometimes the same day). After a decade and thousands of $$$$ I’ve ended my relationship with Broadmoor dental.After visiting another dentist with a much more basic approach to dental care....prioritizing my care and usage of my dental insurance. While I believe Dr Prouhett is a fine dentist, I don’t believe that a man being made rich by average people should be parking his Lamborghini in the first parking space outside of the building.Bottom Line: You will get good dental care if you can afford it. If you can’t afford the remainder of what your insurance provider doesn’t cover....don’t expect these folks to help prioritize your dental needs and help you through the process. They are making their money from people who don’t bat an eyelash at price tags and folks who’s insurance covers more than others.Be very cautious and note that the dentist actually spends very little time in exams. I have significant dental issues, have dental insurance.....and yet, I still have the same problems after many years.NOW: First visit with a new dentist and two of my significant problems have been resolved and the third will be resolved on June 18thThe dentist actually sat down with me to help create a treatment plan that addressed my financial and health needs.BOTTOM LINEBroadmoor Dental is for people with money!!

I had an emergency - my front tooth fell out while eating pizza Sunday night. I called and left a message to try to see Dr. Pruett as soon as possible on Monday. Got a call at 7:00am Monday and his staff told me to come right in and he would fit me in. He placed a temporary cap in the hole and prepped for the real thing which will go in next week. He and his entire staff were great (not the first experience like this over the past 10+ years). You would be hard pressed to find a practice of this quality.

I went for route canal treatment for my wife. After several visit it has been fixed with crown. I took another appointment for general checkup, at the time the same doctor told us, there is a decay in between the treated teeth and the crown has to be broken to fix it :-( damn.I am satisfied with deep cleaning. My son is not satisfied.The receptionist are so friendly and helpful.

This was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! I had a filling fall out on the first day of COVID-19 stay-at-home, and waited almost 8 weeks to reluctantly get it taken care of. I am new to the area and hadn’t found (or looked for) a dentist and chose Dr. Pruett because of being in-network and location. I was really impressed with the protocols and safety measure Dr. Pruett’s office has in place to ensure patient and worker protection. Everyone was super friendly, and I loved how clearly Dr. Pruett explained each step of the procedure (having a temporary crown put on). This helped me feel at ease. Overall, quite honestly one of the best experiences at a dentist’s office I’ve had in my entire life! I am really happy I found them.

So usually dentists visits are scary for me, especially because it had been a while since I had been to one. Everyone here is SO amazing and walks you through step by step, reassuring you each step of the way. I went into the dentist to get a filling, but ended up having a root canal as the tooth was beyond saving. My dentist, Dr. Pruett, calmly informed me of the situation and confirmed it by doing new X-rays and thoroughly going over them with me. Afterwards he started the procedure and kept me informed every step of the way. He was nice, thorough, and speedy as well since my entire appointment took only one hour. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The staff and doctor here really take time to talk and explain oral health and options! I always feel comfortable. They even have emotional support dogs and sedative options to help take the edge off anxiety! I am always happy when I leave.

I’m writing this review because in my 50 yrs of visiting Dentist offices, I can say without any reservation that Broadmoor Dental is the finest office I have ever been to; Period. I’ve been treated all over the world, and was fortunate enough to be introduced to Broadmore Dental while still in the Army stationed at Fort Carson. I’m now retired, can choose ANY dentist I want, but both my wife and I have chosen Broadmoor Dental as our choice for dental care.I think every Dentist’s offices aim is, and what they ultimately all strive for, is to have each and every patient leave after their visit feeling like they were treated like the most important person in the world. Broadmoor Dental achieves this. I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr Pruett and his staff are!“Perfection is the only option” was Dr Pruett’s motto as he did my cosmetic dental work. When I first met him I was pretty sure he was an artist/rockstar disguised as a dentist, so I knew he was the Dr. I wanted for the cosmetic side, but now I will go to him for minor work as well even though I live far away... I love his manner of informing his patient exactly what he is about to do and exactly what I will feel, whether it is vibration, noise, a poke, etc. So, if you are nervous about dental work, this is the dentist for you. He’s kind, patient, methodical, and very concerned for your comfort.It also helps that his staff is amazing. Trudy worked with me on the financial side and was one of the loveliest people I’ve met, and made me feel so comfortable!When my little girl and I walked in yesterday for our 6-month cleaning, the entire staff made us feel like they were welcoming old friends that they hadn’t seen for a long time. If I could give zero stars I would. This was my dentist for over a year. Selected this office because it was near the military base and in my insurance network and had decent reviews. I did not have good experiences with this office and will be far more selective when choosing a dentist from now on. Please choose a different office.

I have a very unique situation with my mouth and teeth. Dr. Pruett and his team did the most extensive evaluation I have had yet. I was recommended to him from a friend and I came in after getting previous mediocre consults as well as several other dentists wanting me to jump in to the cosmetic aspect and spend unnecessary money. Dr. Pruett was honest and more thoughtful about the long term goals and effects of what we do with my teeth verses jumping into something unnecessary. Im very thankful I found him and I will now be going here for not only my huge project of teeth but also my routine visits for cleanings as well.

Dr. Pruitt is a great guy, and I have liked him for a very long time. I recently brought my son in for an exam and cleaning. We were advised that my son had 13 cavities!!! It was estimated to cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Because of the high price tag, we got a second opinion. The other dentist said he had ZERO cavities. I dont know which dentist is correct - maybe the correct number is somewhere in between. That being said the difference between 13 vs. 0 cavities, is a pretty big discrepancy. When I complained to his staff about the problem, they were very rude to me, and they did nothing to try to resolve it. We have therefore left this practice, and we will not be returning.

Broadmoor Dental has the friendliest staff around. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. My wait time is very short, Dr. Pruett explains everything that is going to happen and his staff talk about cost up front so there are no hidden surprises.

My initial appointment was amazing. Dr. Pruett was very attentive and was very thorough. I went back to get the work done and the scheduling team only had half the work being done that day. Dr. Pruett said that he needed to do all that work at once otherwise it wouldn’t look right for the final product. He then Proceeded to ask me if I was in for the long haul. I said yes and we dove right in. We did and extraction, 4 teeth reshaped, a mock up of my new smile, a few molds and fixtures later I was out and feeling good enough to hit the Moonlight at the Zoo. If somebody asks me where to go or tells me of a bad experience I’ll tel them the only place to go is Broadmoor Dental period.

Such a warm and caring office and Dr. Pruett is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to. Im a big baby but he always explains what he is going to do on that visit and through every step of the procedure.The office staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and feel like family! Im glad my realtor recommended Dr Pruett.

I just had a crown put on a cracked tooth by Dr. Nicholas Pruett. He was extremely thorough and meticulous in both his evaluation of the tooth as well as the procedure and final outcome. I am 100% satisfied with the results and feel very grateful that I have found Dr. Pruett and his wonderful staff to take care of all of my dental needs. Everyone there is highly professional, upbeat, and they genuinely care about you. I highly recommend Broadmoor Dental they are awesome!!

I had two painless root canals very well done made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and answered my questions as we went through the process

My comfort level was just about the same as it would be if I was relaxing at home. The staff make everything very easy going and stress-free. I always feel very relaxed when I go in to get a cleaning.
