I am a provider for children with special needs. I have worked with several companies over the years and I must say TRE is the WORST. I went months without a return phone from their case workers to get services to children in need. I no longer will call them because they make up excuses like our phones were down ( for 6 months). Email and document everything this company tells you or doesnt tell you. What is sad is they are only hurting the children they are supposed to be helping. Leadership is desperately need in this company so that all employees are held accountable for their actions or lack there of!

I am a caregiver and honestly I am shocked of that it takes so long for help. Perhaps that is normal however I didn’t think it would take months before my lady would get help. My lady doesn’t want to bother them but she waits and waits.Caseworkers and their supervisors do not return phone calls. For WEEKS. What the heck??? Don’t you care?????

If i could give 0 stars i would! Worst service EVER! We have been calling for 9 weeks trying to get help for an elderly person that NEEDS help. Have only talked to a human 2 times & have left repeated messages, even with a supervisor! They said they were mailing papers the same day we talked to them, 2 weeks later we still have nothing. What the **** is goin on over there? Not helping people apparently!

Horrible service. I stayed with the company only because my boys had the pleasure of having vision therapy with Donna! She is the best of the best! The company is trash and never tried to help in anyway.

Awful customer service, poorly trained staff, lazy case managers. This place doesn’t really help the people who need it. Waivers take forever and all the staff “work from home” turn their work phones off - I have called a case manager 5 times in the last 2 weeks and have still not received a call back. Good luck if you have a family member that needs help, you are better off hiring a social worker to help you navigate through the mess that is the TRE process. I hate this place, they don’t care and don’t help the people that need it the most.

These people are the worst! I’ve been calling for 3 months already. Marrissa denies any voicemails being left even though I have proof that I’ve been calling non stop. I reached out to Her supervisor Amanda and still no calls have been returned. Why are these people doing in the office if they aren’t doing their job?

This is a very resourceful place with nice people. I totally recommend them. Been here with my child for over 2 years. They are great at what they do here.

This place send a person to my house she was 3 hours late fave me the wrong information. She did not have the medical records she needed and after complaining to their supervisor to be removed from my case she is still on it and I think she is trying to retaliate against me. Horrible people to work with when you really need help.

Not even going to say anything. Because, anyone who has dealt with them or when it was Rocky Mountain Options, already know. But its a shame when you finally have a caseworker that somewhat seems to care but their hands are tied. Money disappeared and nothing was done, now it starts again and ughhhhhh, nevermind. I dont think anyone can be trusted there not to mention they have a serious paperwork problem because it seems to take months for them to get an email, fax, or snail mail after its sent several times. So much for not saying anything. Better stop before they threaten to kick people out of the program.

We got our service coordinator last year (2018) Christen Toothman. It took her 3 weeks, 4+ calls, several emails, Julie and another service coordinator telling her we were trying to get ahold of her (and her acknowledging to them she knew), and finally requesting a new service coordinator to finally get back to us and when she did she flat out lied and said she wasn’t getting her messages and didn’t know we were trying to get in contact. So she finally calls and we tell her we want to switch companies for some of the services and it takes her a month to get that paperwork pushed threw. A few months go by and she comes out to do the yearly evaluation for the waiver and once again radio silence. I call her regarding therapies we are suppose to be receiving and are not to see if there is any other company we can go threw and once again its chasing her down and when I finally do get a hold of her, her kid is in the hospital. Months again go by so I was contacted by Public Health, and have them help me and they are having the same exact problems with Christen not calling them back, not answering emails, radio silence as well. The one time Public Health talks to Christen, she tells them her kid is in the hospital also. I don’t know any of the other families that are under her care but if her kid really is in the hospital this much then maybe she should hand over her cases to someone who can do their job. I have called and left messages for 3 different people regarding a new service coordinator, honestly I don’t have high hopes they will call me back in a timely manner.I just don’t understand how one department can be amazing and the other is absolutely horrendous but then again it could have just been the therapist themselves. Who knows at this point.

Its funny that all of these five star reviews are from employees....We have been needing services for a few years. Have had a waiver for as much time. Ive had to do MY OWN research to get providers. My case manager claims she cant find anyone and sends me lists to do HER JOB. Aspen Pointe has been more help than TRE!!! I wish another organization provided these services. These guys just dont care about the kids or the families, not one bit.

If I could give zero starts I would. Phone calls and emails go unanswered for months. When you do finally get to speak to someone, it’s the same “I’ll look into that and get back to you “, so we are back to square one and wait another 4 months for and answers.

We have nothing but great things to say about TRE! Without their help, we wouldnt have had the resources, home therapists and other great events happen for our son. The therapists have not only been knowledgeable and friendly, but we consider them like family. TRE has seen our son go from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs with weekly therapy. We have beat the docs prognosis on many things. The only downfall I see is that when my son turns 3, he will no longer have these wonderful services and will be moved into the school system. I will miss these people terribly!

These five star reviews are a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!! Thx to my ex husband and DHS screwing my son out of very important therapy that he should have had a long time ago TRE has been my last hope I applied for services a little over a month ago and lets say communication with ppl is a disaster first they say they cant help us over simple test scores then they say well if u go through another test they dnt even do them selves then they can help...... everytime I call to talk to the intake girl i always get her VM and have to wait hours or days to call me back if my son didnt need this so bad and I could get a different organization to help me out I wouldnt waste my time with these ppl if anything its just been another aggravation already and Im still waiting to get this moving TRE shame on u first off for having employees posting this garbage up as review instead of the real clients of thats the case second DAM IT get ur act together communication is huge start answering ur phones! And thirdly families dnt have time for stupid games figure out wht the he** ur doing and get things done you really close at 1130 on Friday u think my sons issues go on pause at 1130 on Friday and start up again on Monday seriously get real u claim to want to help our families out and provide us help then u got some wrk to do and closing at 1130 on Friday is inferriating and u should b open on Saturdays to at least a half a day finally as this continues it better get better cause if not Im willing to take this to the media!! I dnt need a advocate from the ARC to advocate for my son even they are a joke Ill do it my self and Im much harder to deal with then any advocate ull ever know I wont b put on hold any longer. One pissed off mama here! Ill update this review as things go on but as of right now TRE doesnt deserve even a half a star only got one cause u have to too put up a review .😡😡😡😡😡Well continuing this review again I got another call just this last Friday and once again turned down for services because of 1! point over their requirements R u kidding me! And was encouraged to appeal this decision I have now have left a VM this Tuesday for a supervisor and still yet to get a call back this is nuts. I cant believe the fight I am having to put up to get my son the therapy he needs again will continue to edit this review.

I was supposed to get an evaluation for my son, but the one of the staff members keeps rescheduling. I find this to be absolutely unprofessional. As a parent I would like to know whats going on with my child as soon as possible.

I even do not want to give them 1 start, but I have to. Otherwise, I cannot post it. My son had received the speech and occupation therapy services from the TRE; however, nothing has improved, and the family advocator judged about my house secure system, my family, and so on without any acknowledges. When they had home visit, they destroyed my foods. This service facility really bad, worse, and the worst.
