Very disappointed to write this. Mike was very responsive and personable at first. I dropped of paperwork to be served, before I had to leave town. He was unable to serve the paperwork over the course of 2 months. He had been unresponsive to my calls and messages since return to town. He did express complication he had in his several attempts to serve the papers. The 1 star rating is due to his unresponsiveness and ineffectiveness in my case. Given the great reviews I read about him, it causes me to wonder why my situation was so different.

I hired them on a Saturday to serve a tenant eviction papers. We had 5 days to get her served. They served her the very next day, on Sunday. The price was reasonable and they got the job done quickly. I had called other process servers and they considered it a RUSH job and wanted to charge accordingly. I will hire them for any future process serving jobs I have. Very responsive to my needs and fair with their price. Thank you for a job well done.

It wasnt a hard request. I gave Mike an intel sheet and it served him useless. I took him over a week to bring info to me that I had already knew. I called him out on his finding and he had a hissy-fit with me face to face. Long story short you were extremely ineffective. I hired someone same day to sit on the house I gave you in the intel and he got it done in about an hour.Take your business else where. Mike will only give you excuses.
