I don’t get by this store often but two weeks ago we purchased an item at the store and today I was back in the area and brought it back for an exchange and to make an additional purchase. Their return policy is a firm 7 days and my purchase was 15 days. Just make sure you purchase the right item as you won’t be able to exchange or return after 7 days. Their policy is clearly written on the receipt once I looked but it was still disappointing.

They are amazing!!! I went to multiple music stores looking for a specific brand of slide oil for my trombone. The other stores didnt know what they were doing at all. This store knew what I wanted, grabbed it, and checked out quickly! They have everything I needed for practice tomorrow 😩👐👐

Amazing experience. Took my son in yesterday to test out various instruments. We were immediately greeted by the gentleman there. He took his time and assisted my son with trying each instrument while abiding by the COVID guidelines, explained the rental plans, asked my decision on options provided and thoroughly explained every charge. They were also kind to assist in helping us find any additional materials needed for the school band and gave a discount.Very polite experience. Clean and neat store. Small but very great selection. The gentleman was very knowledgeable.Thank you so much. I am so happy to see my son start his band journey and thanks for making the experience a delight. We greatly appreciate it!

Awful customer service. Instead of greeting us when we walked in, the woman behind the counter told us to write down our names and they would get to us when they could. Then she proceeded to walk off.All I needed was a book. I stood there holding it for 20 minutes (being ignored) before I finally walked out and drove an extra 15 minutes to Graner music where they have always been nice to me.If you want fast and friendly help, I recommend going to Graner instead.***Response from the store owner has absolutely nothing to do with the fact the staff was rude to me and ignored me while I stood at the counter with only a book when there was only one other person in the store.

I agree with the man who said he felt rushed. Owner said they always ask How can I help you? Suggestion: That phrase assumes the customer NEEDS help, when they may know exactly where to go to help themselves. A better question would be Can I help you?. That leaves customer free to say No, thanks. I am good. My suggestion is more respectful, more friendly (customer knows staff sees them and is available without the pressure first question gives.) Know that there are many of us who would feel better about the second question. I have not been back after experiencing that first question. It just felt too pushy. Let us breathe.

Im not sure why those other reviews are complaining about the service, they are always really nice to me. They dont have a lot at this store but 5 stars for being so close to my house and always having basics like strings and drumsticks, the essentials.They have saved my a** a few times in the middle of practice when strings are broken or I need new sticks or guitar cord. Good prices as well.

These guys are great. They totally specialize in the school band rental market. Thats why were there. And they do it flawlessly!

They have very reasonable prices that’s not the issue at all, I walked in and literally before the door closed behind me the older woman says “what can I help you with”! Did I have something in mind I wanted to buy? Yes I did. I’ve never been in this store and I wanted to look around before purchasing my strings and picks. It would have been nice to have been greeted and asked if I needed help finding something and to take my time and look around rather than being rushed to inform this lady why I was in the store. After this experience I think I’ll just stick to guitar center.

I have gone to this Meeker Music for the past 5 years to rent/buy band instruments for my kids. They are always helpful and friendly. If an instrument needs repairs, it is done quickly and at a low price. They always have the piano music we are looking for. I was looking for a used piano to buy, and the clerk looked up the address and phone number for Piano Warehouse. Very nice of her.M. Wainwright

I walked in looking for a drum set and the sales clerk just stared at me until I said hello and greeted her. Unwelcoming and unhelpful. The clerk looked like she had just rolled out of bed and had nothing helpful to say. She whispered to another clerk in the store which would have been much less awkward if there had been any music playing in the store whatsoever. Very disappointed
