My first time here. The woman who helped me open an account was absolutely amazing. I had a wonderful conversation with her while she helped me open my account. I believe her name was Michele. She was very thorough and answered all my crazy questions. I will definitely drive across town just to go to her. If anyone is interested in getting an account through Ace or anything else that they provide you should go to she Michele. I give her 20 stars.

This store has been amazing. No matter what policies changes Michele has been amazing.

My thoughts about this store completely changed because of michelle! I recently gave one star but because she took the time to verify my check instead of just saying sorry cant help you. I was out of gas having the worst day and she helped me so much!!

Because Ace was the only company who helped me get my 2nd and 3rd stimulus checks cashed, they went further to verify my identification than anybody else was willing to and they charged me less than I was told by a friend of mine that they would. All said and done I would definitely recommend Ace to other people.

People only ever do a review for bad service or employees so I felt I needed to put it out there that this location has GREAT service & employees! Tuesday at 1040ish.... the lady working is extremely unprofessional, rude, and rather agressive. Went in to ask questions about my account... unwilling to help. At all. I have never been treated to rude in an Ace. She is just bad business for someone who does quite a bit of transactions with ace.
