Didnt even have the proper tools to get my delivery to my house. Was told, curbside is good enough which was at the bottom of my 15 foot driveway in the street. This is unacceptable, to me and very poor customer service. I was left to haul the (literal) ton of purchased goods into my garage by myself. When I tried to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue with a friendly phone call, they stated they completed the terms of their contract and admitted they did not have the pallet jacks necessary to perform a proper job on residential deliveries and usually only perform deliveries to loading docks.If you dont have the proper tools to do your job, maybe get them or consider renting them or dont take residential deliveries. One thing that a good businessman would not do is leave the customer to deal with the problem by themselves. You were paid to perform a service and the service was incomplete in my eyes.

I wish there was a way to give them 0 stars. Very unprofessional and they have rescheduled my delivery 5 times. We still do not have the product we ordered. I have never been treated this way by a company who believes that they can just reschedule any time they want and people can take off work so easily. There is barely any communication and when I called this evening because I didn’t receive my product, they were not even able to give me a legitimate reason why the product was not delivered and I was not notified. Again very very unprofessional and companies should not be using this delivery service if they want to retain customers.

Contacted us at 11:52 a.m. saying that they would be here in 30 minutes with my refrigerator. We called at 2:30 asking wherane it was. We were told that it would be delivered today. When we called at 5:30 we were told that the driver attempted to deliver but no one was home, then the story changed to truck problems after explaining that I havent had a front door all day while waiting for this delivery. They lied to us twice. They havent earned one star. At some point a manager will contact us to reschedule the delivery.

Absolutely unprofessional company! They have rescheduled multiple times (without calling me ahead of time to actually let me know that they wont be delivering my package), its near impossible to speak to an actual person, they have you wait around all day and wont show up. If you enjoy wasting time waiting for a delivery that is never going to come, only being able to reach automated messages, and having a company hold on to your expensive items for weeks at a time, this is the company you have been searching for! 🙄

Terrible company - called stating they are arriving in 30mins, never came. Called customer service 4 times to get a status update - got the same response every single time. Oh, it seems like your delivery is one stop away.Dont even try to call the customer service because they cant even reschedule your appointment, provide a proper status update or do anything.As for the office, no one ever answers the phone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They currently are holding onto an expensive delivery of mine and it’s clear the company is not being run professionally.They have rescheduled me twice. Each time, they emailed the day before the expected delivery (not called, emailed) telling me they had to cancel. The first time they gave me a date in the same week, which I took. They emailed the day before that date and cancelled a second time, with no offer of another date. Mind you, I have a difficult work schedule and have had to rearrange things to be available.They use an automated call system to confirm delivery dates and whoever enters in dates for them isn’t careful. Now I’m getting calls multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times in a day trying to confirm a date that’s a month away.I called their customer support and apparently they have regional and national teams that have different schedules. I was told my region only delivers on Friday’s (which they cancelled on me anyway), but then another person there told me they deliver on Saturdays. No one seems to know what they’re doing there. Unfortunately, the company Tonal is using them for delivery and installation of their very expensive products.Other reviewers of XPO have said their items arrived late as well, some were damaged, some of the delivery people were unprofessional, etc and that’s all in keeping with my experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a package supposed to be delivered in March 24. They marked it as delievery attempted. (They made a phone call) I don’t see that as an attempt. So they scheduled for March 30th between 2-5 pm. The 30th came still no package. They rescheduled again for April 6th, guess what, still no package. They tried to reschedule for another week, we cancelled this package because this place is a Joke.

Worse company ever! They rescheduled our delivery 7 times!! We still haven’t received our package and like someone else mentioned in the reviews XPO said that they attempted to deliver but that we weren’t there which was false. Wished the company we ordered from didn’t used them.

A nightmare dealing with this company for a delivery. Unfortunately the company we purchased from uses XPO as a 3rd party delivery service.Moving timelines, poor scheduling, call center can’t get in touch with local Aurora office, nobody answers at the office.Very poor standards as a company. I would recommend avoiding if at all possible.I’ll be amazed if anything ever shows up.

0 stars they have held my very expensive packages for weeks, rescheduled numerous times without telling me , cant get a live person to answer without getting a run around and nobody seems to know what is going on, very unprofessional!!!!

Amazon should not use this company for returns. After a confirmed appointment and a 3-hour pick up window, they never showed up. Called the 866 number and both me and my wife got the runaround. Horrible overseas customer service. The local number was much more helpful, but their service is atrocious.

This delivery company is the WORST. First, they cant seem to get my address correct. Theyve changed my delivery date 3 times. You cant understand the woman who calls you. I STILL havent recieved my shipment and who knows when I will be getting it!!

I see why this company only has 3 stars. I waited for a delivery all day just to find out now they wont delivery tell tomorrow. I am going to call the company I ordered from and let them know that I will not order from them again as long as they use XPO.

Ordered some large appliances last year, but XPO had an error in shipping them to me. Contacted them several times, and kept getting the run-around. Ended up having to go through my credit card company to dispute the items, as they were never shipped to me and the manufacturer refunded me. However, XPO continues to call me with an automated system saying that they have a delivery for me. Ive called multiple times to correct this, but am still getting called with the automated system. If you have any way to go through any other carrier, do it. Stay away from XPO if at all possible.

Worst shipping experience ever!! They have had our serta mattress for 3 weeks. It was scheduled to be delivered but it wasnt. I was on hold for 3 hours and then no one could help me! They would not give me local number to where my mattress is so I googled it. I called and they said I will have to wait 3 more weeks! I ordered from Sams club who forwarded to serta. DO NOT ORDER FROM SERTA!!!

This company is the worst!!!! Every time I talk to someone I get a different answer. I have been told because I live 83 miles from the warehouse that the reason my delivery date keep shifting. Do not use this company because no one you talk to has an answer
