First time mowing our lawn they ripped out a healthy 4-5 foot tree growing out of an established tree. Please see pictures; they ripped it out. Then they proceeded to whip the same established tree excessively damaging the bark... who in the hell trims like this? It sounds a lot different, and feels different when youre hitting a tree vs. hitting weeds. This wasnt an oops, this was deliberate. They also sheared off a sprinkler in the front yard, and while I completely understand it can happen when they arent used to our yard, no one told us about it. They just set it back down leaving a sprinkler wide open to waste water while the rest of the zone doesnt get watered properly due to lack of pressure. Im short on time this summer because my wife broke her leg. Im experienced enough with trimming and mowing lawns to say this company was negligent mowing our lawn today.

Surprised I havent left a review yet but Its because service is always so smooth and easy that I rarley have to think about it. The communication is super efficient and easy and the employees are great. We are set up on a maintenance schedule and all we have to do is confirm services before they happen (and make sure the dogs are inside).Plan to use these guys for years to come.

We highly recommend this company. Working with their knowledgeable and professional crew was so enjoyable. They totally transformed our front and back yard including new watering systems, plants and a split rail fence. They completed the job on time and we are thrilled with the results. We hired Colorado Stoneworks for clean up, planting and pruning this spring and they did a great job. There were a few items that needed a second go around and Mike Martinez, our project manager, came out immediately without any questions and had it taken care of. They have someone dedicated to scheduling which makes the set up very easy. I highly recommend Colorado Stoneworks.

Based off my neighbor I decided to give this company a chance called a dozen times throughout the day but it seems no one wants to answer so I will be taking my business else where guess my neighbor and I will have a competition between companies.

Very helpful, and generous with time and information.When I called and said that I only had questions, and wasnt currently looking to hire labor, a knowledgeable, helpful, experienced employee happily spent a full 30 minutes giving me valuable and useful information and guidance, all off of the top of her head. Any time time I do have labor needs, they have earned my business in advance.

Im a property manager in Colorado Springs and have been working with Colorado Stone Works for about 9 years. HANDS DOWN - BEST COMPANY IN TOWN. Reliable, professional, friendly, and they do quality work.

They said they could meet my 4k budget for back yard landscape on a track home lot however they are soooo booked they cant get to my lot probably at all. they caused a fake urgency on the phone that irked me. I told them they can either help me with my date (HOA requirement) or I can find elsewhere. He wasnt mean on the phone but it was frustrating. Wouldnt and couldnt send a tech to give me an estimate until 1.5 months.

They told me what I need to know.

I have tried and tried to call this place to get them to help clean up our yard, and after much effort, we finally got someone out for an estimate. The person said hed get an estimate back in a few days.... Its been almost 2 weeks. I wouldnt recommend this company.
