Nice, clean, and quiet. Due to some circumstances I had to do quite a bunch of laundry today and it took several hours. Looking forward to using this place again if needed.

The place was clean it had a slot dispenser in a soda dispensary and a Miss Pac-Man and the washers are 250 and up depending on what cycle you choose the dryers are a quarter for 6 minutes no I normally put an order in for 8 minutes and I only have used 1 quarter I need dryers Im already at my third quarter but only five pieces of clothing and theyre still not dry so Ill be taking them home wet other than that place is okay

The prices have gone up a lot! There used to be timers on the machines so the customer could see how long a load will take to wash. It is clean except now it is a homeless hang out.

Facility was clean, well stocked, and while not actively staffed its clear its regularly (probably daily) cleaned. Twenty dryers and one large one. Eleven top loading washers, three largeoad front load washers, and two jumbo sized washers. The is a change machine, as well as a quarter operated dispenser for soap, bleach, and laundry sheets. They also have vending for drinks and snacks, as well as an arcade machine to pass the time. As an added reassurance there are security cameras on site. The unisex bathroom was clean and stocked. The doors automatically lock at 9pm, you can leave, but cant enter until 7am. My experience with washers and dryers has always been positive, but if theres ever a problem be sure to use the refund box, fill out a form and youll have your refund mailed to you.

The prices are nice. But the dryers are not great. They take forever, even with small loads. It was dirty when I went. It smelled really bad as well.

Out and about on the Northwest side of Colorado Springs where I rarely go except to fly up the road to the Best Buy on the North Academy exit off of I 25 and yet I needed to find a laundromat that was close by where I could take care of some business in 4 different places today and Windchime Laundry was the place! Tucked away and yet very clean, very friendly people, full service with soaps, change machines, and good local FM music piped in, and yet not all that busy.. a great experience and I will definitely keep THIS particular place in mind when Im on this side of town! Clean and nice. I am the only person here. However, the bathroom toilet is broken and flooded. There is no other business anywhere close by with a bathroom, so that is an issue. I called the company, so hopefully, it is a one-time issue.

Clean well kept with the exception of the backed up unusable toilet.

Super busy and multiple washers were down.

Always clean and very rarely crowded. Variety of washer sizes for clothes and comforters.

Sorry the one star was a mistake on my part.

Spent about 4 hours here today because my dryer in my apartment is broken. Between a single mom and 3 daughters, we have a lot of laundry. Felt very comfortable at this location. Everything worked great, no problems. My youngest daughter loved the MS. Pac man game.

Descent little place until owner raised prices. Why did you wait until week 6 of covid19? It’s not like there’s a shortage of water or electricity. Just another scumbag trying to capitalize! Pls respond....

Washed clothes four times here, always fast and not busy. Kept clean, sometimes theres no toilet paper in bathroom though. Security cameras, probably fake. Best early in the morning.

I had a great time here. Everything was clean and working perfectly. I had the whole place to myself for four hours while I did a ridiculous amount of laundry. Would definitely return to this place.

At first it was really clean and looked after but we used the # 15 washer, it didnt fill up on the cold setting, so we put it in warm, then it worked. I was willing to over look that but we used the dryers after our clothes was done washing. So half our clothes got dry but the other half we had to be dryed again. If you want to waste your money doing your laundry, then this is the place for you.

Basic coin-operated laundromat with the usual features. Was not crowded and we were able to get a quick load done. They do have a unisex bathroom, and they play KKFM, so you have something to listen to while you wait.

I like it here, is pretty quiet and clean. Plays 80s music! :-) Plan to bring enough cash bills as none of the nearby stores carry cash to break a $20 or larger. Inside, the machine will break up anything up to a $20.Get the feeling they do it as a precaution too from potential robbers, unfortunate to get that vibe from 4 different stores. Came here 2 weeks ago and beat the rush where every washer and dryer was taken by the time i left. Think weekends actually get busy.

I love this laundromat. Small, but never crowded. Machines work well, I can get in and out pretty quickly with little stress.

Clean facility. Popped in on a Sunday expecting a wait...Broncos game saved me Im guessing. Few people, reasonable rates and over all a solid spot. Ms. Pacman is helping...only the one restroom, but its not terrible. My only real moot complaint is the lack of power outlets to charge my phone.

Machines work fine and the clothes are clean!

Our washing machine died on wash day. Saw good reviews for windchime. Glad we came here. Clean nice area of town all machines worked.

Bad and untrustworthy machines. Machine 14 left all our clothes in water and it stopped working. Had to put clothes jn machine 12 and hope that machine 12 will work. Lost $2 so far. Machine 13 kept stopping so we took out the load and reloaded 3 times during Rinse and Spin cycle. Another woman was also having problems with her machine. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else to do your laundry. I took a picture of machine 14 which still has water in it but there does not seem to be a way to upload photo.

I love washing my clothes here definitely seen more business here now then when I first came here.

All worked as expected. Has clean restroom as well. Came in Tuesday at 8 and was the only one. Nice that it has classic Pac-Man

Dont waste your time or your money here.. First experience with a Laundry Mat and this one was horrible,.... NO HOT WATER for my whites were not thoroughly cleaned... Will find another Facility HORRIBLE !WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

So, its clean enough. HOWEVER, 2$ for a SMALL load of laundry and an additional 1.50$ to dry. We were moving and had to wash clothing for our family before the movers delivered our things. I had no idea I could either wash clothes or go to a nice dinner.

The machines are very picky on taking change. 15 doesnt wash very well and the dryers all dry differently though this is my choice laundromat. Fix minor issues for 5 star.
