99% of the staff is amazing and great people skills. Due to so many people using the facilities the machines do break down but they are always on top of it. I always feel welcome when I go there and the different size machines are a plus. I went from dry cleaning my comforters ($25- $50) to washing and drying the for under $8. Love this place.

I love this place. Awesome washer and dryers! When we went a dryer did not dry our clothes so they gave us a free dry and a free wash for the next time in. The people there are so friendly and its very clean!!

Its a laundromat... I mean what can you really say about a laundromat... I do like the front load washers since they run for 40 or 45 minutes and theres a countdown timer on the front and nobody can steal your stuff out of it because they cant open it until after the wash is done it did allow me time to run home and get my wallet that I have forgotten and then since the dryer locked also it let me go and do my little bit of shopping before the drive-in that I was washing a huge quilt for that does not fit in my washer or dryer at home... So I got everything done at once without risking the blanket that was my deceased mothers and has significantly more sentimental value then Financial value!

I love the ladies that work here. Always extra friendky switch your clothes over for you. And always willing to assist with anything

Told my neighbor and that we can no longer go there because of my service dog. They continuously harassed me and i tried working with them up until they wanted beyond what the ada requires. Its not even my neighbors service dog and she is banned from there because she is my ride. My service dog is well behaved and is quiet

Horrible place. Very old and not worth it. The machines look disgusting. And I changed machines twice before giving up and not even attempting it. Half the washers are broke with no handles to close them. Both I used had broken handles that didnt close. I recommend not even attempting it. Worst laundry mat iv been to ever and iv been to allot.

I come from out of town. dropped off my laundry while I go to work. The price is decent. however, for the last 3 separate occasions I have used their service, a few of my articles of clothing have come up missing. Of course they deny. A few years back this place was great. But now, Im looking for a much better place to do business.

Expensive machines, over half are out of order. The attendant was very helpful though. There are better laundromat Im the area

I go here cuz there is never anyone here. For good reason the dryers never work. Most are marked some are not. Good luck getting refund. Open til 9 but wont let u start a load after 7:30pm

Very friendly Customer service the lady working is Very helpful the environment is clean And the machines are all in working order I Would definitely return here for my big laundry needs i cant do in my house laundry machine.

Google hours says its open at 8am as well as the sign on the door. I sit here at 9am and jts still closed. I drove by last night before closing hours and they wernt open then either. Maybe they shut down? Either way... very dissappointed

The place no one wants to be but also needs to be. This place has decent equipment and the staff is usually pretty helpful. A weeks laundry for 2 people is on average about 10 bucks. We dont come here often but we havent had any problems.The staff is helpful whenever we need it etc. The only thing that would be the difference between a 4 star and 5 is just the state and cleanliness of the location. Theres a kids entertainment center which is outdated and has fallen into disuse. Neither TV looks like it works. I get its a laundromat but these would be nice things for sure.

New owners, new staff and new equipment !!!Place is alot cleaner then before, theyre way more attentive too your needs and problems and they even started a new club card system were after 3-4 washes you get a free was and dry on them ! Excellent service Now. Ill Saturday coming back for sure !!!

This place sucks. Washers dont close right more than half the dryers dont work the staff are zero help.They dont tell you that things are broke until you already try to use them. Waste of my time and money

This place has gone down hill! Lucky to get a washer and dryer because so many are out of order last I saw 11 washers and 14 dryers nothing has been repaired for months. I wonder how in the world this establishment is still running with how much is broke down. The attendant always on the phone. Uses foul language and has a bad attitude cant even give a smile. Would never recommend anyone going here till they fix the machines and get some friendly people to work there. A star( thats being generous!) from actually opening on time for the last 2 times I have shown up and for the machines that do work!

Everytime I used this laundromat I had trouble with a washer or a dryer. There are always wet rags on the floor soaking up leaking water. Fairly clean otherwise.

All industrial washers and good dryers. The lady attendant was very nice and patient with my kids. I will return soon :)

Dirty washers, most of the machines are not working, dryers do not dry at all. There is supposed to be a play area, tv not working and carpet is nasty. Never again! Lady working there with her grand daughter was rude, my clothes got stuck in the washer because the door would not open and she was on a personal call so she told me to wait. Do not go!!! Been to better places.

Its laundry town and itfull blown getto. Washers dooors would not close. Tried three different washers, all the same.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the place is small and over half the dryers do not work. I have been here multiple times and the dryers have out of order notes on them.

Lady at night was so rude. Most dryers do not work. Buyer beware, she wouldn’t even refund my money for a dryer that took my money and then would not start. Go some place else.

Machines are broke, the other people here are wildly rude and the employees seem disinterested in doing anything. Go to literally any other laundromat because this place is trash.

They open up at 7am it’s almost 8am and the attendant is sitting in there with the doors locked,I have a large like a Santa sack with 4 loads of laundry this person asked me was I looking for an atm when there’s a gas station and supermarket in the same lot with atm’s I’m looking the dryers and standing infront of the change machine when she asked was I looking for the change so I start putting change in the washer when this woman told me it would start and I asked sarcastically with the door open 3 times and when said that’s the protocol and that’s what it should be so start loading my clothes in the dryer moneys in the machine and woman was asking did I need help with something by this time I had it and I said I can figure out how to operate a dryer and that was a few minutes ago I live right across the street and I mean will never ,ever ,ever,ever ever come over here again

All I can say is 85-90 percent of the machines are out of order or have glitch. On top of it all the associate will tell you everything is okay. Dont waste your time here.

The dryers like to randomly open and throw your clothes on the floor. You should load less than a reasonable amount and watch them spin the whole time to prevent this.

As laundrymats go its okay. Clean, competicely priced especially if you throw a bunch of laundry in their epic giant machines. But about a third of their machines are down at any one time and the other ones have tricks to getting them take quarters or make the door shut right. They got rid of some really obnoxious now-former employees so they get a 4th star for that.

Plenty of washers and dryers. Big open space to fold clothes. Restrooms.

We got our laundry done but a lot of washers and dryers were out of order so we had to really spread out while washing clothes, drying wasnt as bad though.

We have been going here for several years, it is clean and they have an attendant to assist you.
