My first visit here. Laundromat was Clean. The small washing machine prices are a little overpriced $2.75 and I was charged a few dollars more when using the debit card option for the bigger Machine which is $5.25. if you use anything other then cold water your asked to put in an additional .25 for warm and. .50 for hot. Suggest getting change and using quarters to avoid the overcharge. Plenty of seats to wait and a few places to grab food while you wait. Super clean and looks like brand new washers and dryers. The attendant was awesome, she watched a guy come in that didnt have any laundry and politely asked him to leave unless he is doing laundry. Made me feel safe about the place. Kinda glad my dryer isnt currently working, its a nice spot

Great place to do your laundry, its easy laid back, clean. If you in a crunch for time the offer an excellent wash and fold service for $1.65 I believe a pound and free delivery pickup for that matter. I will come back to do my laundry.

6/30/21 we arrived at 8:20 with two loads. The lady intially was really nice and seemed very helpful and diligent about cleaning. The website says closes AT 10:00 PM. At 09:45 the attendant said “we’ll be closing soon.” No big deal. By 9:49 she’s TURNING OFF THE LIGHTS. She said I’m walking out this door and locking it with or without you guys. I was under the impression that closed at 10 means all store is closed. But apparently 9:50 means to this worker get the hell out. This lady locked the doors, was clocked out and was driving away at 10:00 ON THE DOT. We had four towels left to fold and had to fold before 9:53, put everything into baskets and make our way to the front door IN THE DARK. I’m a paying customer and I’d like to think that my hard earned money goes towards at least keeping the lights on until the designated closing time. We felt rushed and burden until I said something to her. We as two customers had to help two other ladies with their laundry out the door because the attendant was In a rush to go home. Besides this, the machines are clean, hold big loads, and are in working order.

During my visits here the staff have been incredibly polite and more than happy to answer questions for a newcomer.To anyone stating negative remarks, I can only imagine that they were rude or difficult people in the first place. My multiple experiences here have been very good and the staff have been wonderful - even remembering my name.I primarily utilize the laundry service, which can be a little pricey but I appreciate the convenience.My only concern is that these small, black fuzzy deposits remain on some of my clothes - primarily socks. Not entirely sure how that’s happening.But I plan to continue to use their services. Thank you! 🙂

So far I have been very pleased with this place. It is large enough that the two times I’ve been here on the weekend, there were always machines open. It is pretty clean and well takes care of. For those interested, it has:Washers: 4x 8 load, 6x 6 load, 13x 4 load, 12x 2 load.Dryers: 14x 5 load, 24x 3 load.

This is truly the nicest laundry facility I’ve ever seen. The equipment was all functioning and was clean and well-maintained. The use of an app to pay for machines rather than only traditional coins was very nice, and they had a good selection of detergents and laundry supplies in the machine out front. Fanny was very professional and helpful in explaining their dropoff/pickup/delivery service. It sounds like a great deal if you’re looking for that type of service as well. Highly recommended!

I will never ever come back to this place. We got here right about 8:45ish. It says last load is at 9. As soon as we walked in the manager or owner approached us. She said you came just in the nick of time. (Me in tears because of a family emergency not more than 10 min before we got there) said yes, thank you. Well be out by 10, I promise. All was okay at that point. Then she stepped back a little and just stood there watching us. I spilled a little of my scent beads on the floor & I immediately starting picking them up. She shooed me out of the way & started sweeping them up. Unfortunately I was a bit unorganized & didnt get my washers all the way going until about 9:10. Within that time frame she made at least 6 comments about the last load is supposed to be at 9:00, they lock the doors at 10:00 & we wont be able to dry the clothes. The washers are 24 min. That puts us at 9:34. They dont lock the doors until 10:00 so why cant I utilize my last 25 min??? This Woman was rude and very disrespectful to me and my family. Not at all professional. Im sure shes not above us where she never has anything going on in her life. We felt rushed and felt like we were doing something wrong or something that she had to watch us like a hawk. I will never return here and I honestly felt like taking all of my stuff out of the washers and just leaving. We left at 9:40 pm. Good riddance we will never be back.

LITERALLY the worst laundry place Ive ever been to. They have a limited number of machines to wash also a limited number of dryers. all of the dryers are always full because there is no rule to take your clothes out immediately after using. The old lady has the worst customer service skills Ive ever experienced. The other employees are not much better. I used to send my clothes here to be washed and folded, they were always losing my clothes and my clothes were always coming back dirty and folded, the employees were always complaining about the amount of clothes that my baby has. So I started washing them here on my own, and its safe to say Im NEVER coming here again.

This is my first time here at the Hancock plaza location and I enjoyed it so very much. The attendant on duty, Wendy was so friendly & welcoming!! Even though I arrived 5 minutes past 9pm - last load in @9 please! I am definitely going to be returning to this location. Thank you for making doing the laundry a more enjoyable chore.

If I could rate the Laundry Lounge 0 stars I would. I used to regularly do my laundry here until my recent experience. I went in and did my laundry as usual but when I came back the associate had removed my clothes from the dryer. The sign states that if you leave your laundry for 20 minutes they will remove it. My clothes were not even done for 5 minutes when I came to get them. It is completely unacceptable for someone to be touching my things especially with no gloves. When I asked for a refund because I no longer felt my clothes were sanitary and had to rewash them the associate refused to help and was down right rude. Completely unacceptable!

When I came in, there were homeless people laying on the chairs and floor. The attendant was too busy gambling on the quarter machine to attend to the facility or its occupants. At the very least, the chairs needed to be cleaned/disinfected. The smell was less than pleasant.

This place is the nicest laundry mat that we have ever been to. Clean. Well maintained. Nice new machines. Enjoy

I like this laundromat!!!!The staff are kind and easy to talk to and always there when you need to talk to them.The machines are clean, always work fine and I never have any problems with getting coins eaten up or having the machine break down.I used to go to a TERRIBLE place down the street called Astrozon Laundry 😱I left a detailed review on that place too.

Pick up was fine but delivery I dont know what happened not looking at addresses. I got the text you order was delivered I looked no where to be found and then I thought they most of took it to North. They delivered my clothes to North not South. I tryed calling and left a message and no call back I payed $70 for the service. Which was fine I was so happy until you made a mistake on my first order and you wont even call to apologize. That I had to go pick up my clothes at someone elses houses. Horrible.

EDIT: Not only have prices gone up, but the dryers are no longer efficient. As soon as my rewards card here is empty I will be switching to a new laundromat. Used to be four stars.Warning: warm water costs twenty-five cents and hot water costs fifty cents OVER what the machine readout says. That makes them more expensive than comparable machines at other mats.HOWEVER, the dryers I used were very efficient and made up for the extra cost of hot water.All in all the expense was the same as at other laundromats in the city. The place is well lit, very clean, exceptionally roomy, and the attendant was polite. The other patrons were also polite.I will go back so long as the dryers continue to make up for the dumb extra cost for hot water.

Omgosh thank the Lord I’ve found a really nice laundromat. This has to best I’ve been to thus far. I’m very impressed clean, staff are nice and homebody, it’s 2:23pm . I can only judge and give my opinion during these hours , can’t speak on what it’s like at night, I read another spoke on the homeless family and I just moved here from Atlanta and I seen non in site now, besides their just ppl who are experiencing a ruff time. Just show kindness and love. Sometimes those same people you shun may be the same ones who will have your back at night. Anyway thank you to the nice ladies for being polite.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a year now. it’s clean and cheap. Last week while my boyfriend was doing our laundry someone went into our dryer and stole all of our sweatpants / the only pair of jeans he owns. You can’t wait inside for your clothes due to Covid. Use at your own risk!!! I am never coming to this side of town again to do our laundry.

I have had services done at this location twice. Both times the employee had problems ringing me up. The first time she didn’t know how to enter my card in the system, the second time she charged me $16 which I knew could not rbe right and I brought it to her attention but she insisted.When I came back the next day to pick up my items ( I went to the location, did not get a call to let me know my items were ready) I was told that I was not charged the right amount. Even though I knew that was the case I did not feel like I should have been responsible for their mistake.The woman had issues ringing me up again after swiping my card several times, so after waiting about 15-20 minutes I just pulled cash out of the ATM.The next day I noticed that I had two charges for the amount of cash I pulled out. I called and the woman on the phone said she would inform the manager. I never got a phone call. I called back again today and I was told the manager told the employee I spoke to that there was no charge and that they didn’t owe me any money. Someone needs to fix this. This is not ok.

Found them last night after the rain got all our clothes in the back of the truck. Got there at 9:05 for their last wash and left a little after closing. Brandy was great! Helped me with the change machine and made sure I had enough carts to do my loads. Even helped me carry my bags to the car as she was locking up. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean and friendly place even in the midst of Covid-19. So nice to have a safe and happy place to do laundry. 👍👍

At one time I gave this place 5 stars. The machines are great .the place is clean. But within the last 2 years the area has become dangerous. There is an increase of hostile homeless people roaming about. Do you laundry before 6pm .just to be safe.

I agree with the reviews that this place was over the top clean and bright and super user friendly. Very modern, up to date and “cool”. Masks were required, expected that, but a sign on the door suggested you to sit in your car once your laundry was loaded and to consider folding at home.A little over the top for me, they had even turned all chairs upside down and with signs saying not to move them. I did ask the girl, before I saw the signs saying to go to your car, etc., if we weren’t allowed to sit down at all and she said “we would prefer you sit in your car”. I didn’t argue or anything but dutifully went back to our motor home. Trekked back in to put everything in the dryers then back out again and then back in again. We did fold most of our things because I like to catch them out of the dryer before they wrinkle.The attendant was very kind and friendly. Super nice place. I just thought the no chair policy was a little much myself.

The facilities are well maintained and clean. That being said the covid restrictions have all but ruined the experience. No folding in the facility and limits on people in the store make it a massive hassle to do your laundry. Also beware when using your card here, the machines put 10 dollars on hold no matter the price of the swipe. Last time we used a card here we had 100 held until the day after.

Walking in for the first time and Jerry was super sweet and helpful. Prices are a bit high but I would say it is worth it so far. They take card and have fast card to rack up points and you get $ on the card. So far so good. Thank you!

I would say Im very disappointed with tonight experience. Ive been coming here for over a year and Ive never had an issues if doing laundry and going to run somewhere and come back and my things would be fine. Tonight was a different situation I put my things In the dryer about 640 and had 70 mins on dryer as I was cleaning blankets and some sentamentall things and I come back around 715 and 2 out of 3 dryers gone... Which has all my towels sheets sentamental blankets my undergarments and the clerk was like all I can do is take ur # and hope it comes back.... She knows who the people where washing clothes for and acted as if it was no big deal. Sorry but it is....

Nicest newest and cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. Busy, but not packed on a Sunday morning. Able to get any size washer or dryer desired without issue.

They charge you for hot water when there is none, they are always unprepared and yell at you. They always have some excuse on why the bill changer does not work. The owners are no where to found and u can not contact them

Ive done my laundry here the last couple of months and found that every single time I come in the women who work behind the counter are always extremely helpful and very sweet. They have this cool laundry card that you can add money on to from your debit card and for every $10 you get a dollar for every $20 you get $2 and in the long run it ends up making my laundry so much cheaper while I earn points. Its clean, well lit, and easy to access. Id definitely recommend.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! This is the only other laundry mat in all of the springs that has totally impressed me. The staff is super friendly, the place is absolutely spotless, and they even cleaned the machines after I was done with them. It was like being on an episode of The Jetsons where Rosie comes instantly to get the task done. Their washers are amazing you cant beat a double load washer for $1.00 and $.25 to dry. I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Accidently left my wallet on top of a washer, at the end of the day it is picked up by employees and looked through to try to contact me. Then some guy comes in, says its his girlfriends wallet and she gives it to him. Nevermind the fact that it is obviously a womans wallet, and there are 3 pieces of ID in there that have my picture in addition to having mine and my husbands ss cards in there because I needed them earlier in the day. The guy then proceeded to attempt to use my card at the laundromat and King Soopers. My whole identity is compromised now and I have had to cancel my cards and put a freeze on my credit. All because their employee gave my wallet away to some random guy. This was told to me by one of their employees but they are now trying to cover themselves by saying no one looked in my wallet even though the employee I spoke to told me what she found in my wallet but the police have been called and I have contacted an attorney.Update:Spoke with the owner Keith who told me to text his manager Brandhi what I thought was fair to replace my stuff in my wallet and cover a year of life lock when I showed up to pick up the check the amount was less than what we agreed. He refused to pay what we agreed upon and refused to talk to me like a coward. Figures.

This is the first time I have been to this location. I was impressed with how clean and efficient the machines are. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Julia and Brianna were absolutely fabulous and very informative as far as th drop off service. I would definitely recommend this place. They are also opening another location further north on Academy so that will definitely be closer to home... but I believe that it was well worth the trip to travel to the Hancock location. Keep up the great service.

I love how there is always someone there when the laundry is open. I’ve had bad experiences in other states where faulty machines took our $$ but wouldn’t work. It’s spacious, clean and inviting. It’s safe to take your kids. There are benches, chairs & comfy seats to sit & wait. Would definitely recommend this place. 👍

My family is in between homes and the hotel we are staying in does not have laundry services. I heard about laundry lounge from the sign holder on the street and decided to try them out. The staff are so helpful. I really appreciate that someone holds the door for you when you come in so you don’t have to struggle with laundry.The facility is clean and bright and there are different sized washers. I love that I can do my family’s laundry in one giant load and not spend my whole day in the laundromat. There are many machines, places to sit and tables to fold laundry on.Everything you need is inside.There is complimentary coffee, water fountain and vending machines with snacks and laundry items. There’s an ATM, a machine that breaks larger bills into smaller bills and a change machine. If you don’t want to jaw quarters for the machine you can use a credit or debit card. They also offer a loyal customers program with discounted laundry services.

This laundry facility is like no other I’ve ever experienced in all my 48 years. The cleanliness and professionalism of the workers is superb. Curbside assistances and warm welcoming makes it so comfortable to even consider utilizing a laundry facility if you’ve never had to. I do my laundry here often! It’s always clean and neat. The washers and dryers and also always clean. Many different sizes to choose from. They also have products for sale if you for get your laundry detergent. They also offer and drop off service and a pick up service that’s reasonably priced. I’ve used that service as well and my clothes came back folded nicely and packaged to keep them from getting any dirt when delivered.I would definitely recommend this place to others.
