Super helpful. I had several things I wanted to talk to them about. Needed to find out why a machine wasnt working then use another sewing machine as a trade in. They started showing their most expensive, which I totally got, a little to rich for my blood, but a beautiful machine. I ended up getting the b38 bernette which gives me the motor I needed for making wallets and purses but also has some fancier stitches and alphabet and a number mode as well. They gave me the lowest price found on the internet. Was happy with my purchase.After my purchase they said that I could come back and trade the machine for a more expensive one in the future. I have had my machines cleaned and serviced by them for several years now. It is cheaper than the competition and you are in control if they find something wrong and whether to fix it or not. Family owned as well. Give them a call, you will he glad you did.

We just got the BEST carpet cleaning EVER from Adam and Renee! Over the years, we have tried different companies for truck mounted and steam cleaning. After drying, the carpets always felt less soft. In our new home, we have good quality carpeting that was very soft. I hesitated to get them cleaned, although they were getting trodden down from wear. Walked into All Discount last year to get my Oreck vacuum repaired. They were wonderfully kind. I am so glad that I enquired about carpet cleaning - Adam, the owner, mentioned that they do chemical free, non steam carpet cleaning that is great for the carpet. He was not kidding! Our carpeting has not only been revived, but it feel wonderfully clean and softer than ever. My youngest child and I ran through the house just to enjoy the feel under our feet. No waiting for it to dry! We will definitely be using Adam and Renees service again and again. Try their vacuums too. We absolutely love the Riccar that we eventually got from them - what a workhorse!

Mark and Adam were so helpful to get me the correct and quality power head and hose package (Riccar brand) that would work for my Beam central vacuum system. My old power head and old hose never worked well at all. I just love my new Riccar system. The product is excellent quality and it has great features that are really helpful to me, such as lighter weight and the swivel power head and the carpet height adjustment and wood floor attachments. Adam checked my outlets and the central vac unit to make sure all was in good order. Very nice people to work with and awesome product at a great price. Central vacuum system cleaning is so much easier on the back and no dust to irritate my allergies.

I’ve purchased 2 vacuums from them (the first was refurbished and lasted several years, the second I just bought and hope it will last a long, long time), and now they’re repairing an antique table lamp for me. They offer free “anytime” tune-ups on the vacuums. I recommend them!

Owners were friendly and offered me a good amount for my trade-in, but came across as pushy and were trying to sell me a vacuum 2 or 3 times my price point. When I mentioned my budget, they had one I had seen at another discount vacuum place in town, but for ~$100 more. If you have the money to spend on a top line, expensive model I would recommend, otherwise you may have a hard time finding something in your price range.

I have been going to All Discount Vacuum since I was a kid and my parents serviced and bought vacuums there. I love that it’s still there and giving awesome service and deals. I went in Recently with some coupons and a lamp repair and was delighted with the service and sales style of Cody. I came out with a new Riccar vacuum, the stick vacuum I came for plus a Nellie Wow mop, left my old Shark vac behind. The Riccar is awesome and outdid my expectations. I vacuumed my basement wall-to-wall carpet as usual and was stunned at how fluffy and luxurious it felt afterward on my bare feet! It clearly out surpasses any vacuum I’ve known of. This stick vac is perfect for upstairs where I have hardwood floors and area rugs and it’s so convenient. I highly recommend all Discount Vacuum for all you lamp, sewing machines and vacuum needs.👍

Could not ask for better service. I needed the brush head repaired on my central vacuum within 24 hours. They went out of their way to accommodate my request and actually fixed it while I waited so that I didn’t have to come back the next day. They had the part in stock, whereas other vacuum repair shops I called had to order the part (which is currently on back order). Cody was very pleasant to speak with.

Fast service on my (essential) vacuum repair. Bought it new there in 2011 and first time it needed a repair ... done @no charge. I went ahead and had my vacuum serviced and yes it was expensive. My only issue was I presumed my filters would be replaced as part of the servicing but that was extra. Good thing I asked. But I will be back for all my vacuum needs.

I exchanged my old 25 year old oreck vacuum for a new Riccar 8 months ago and love my new machine. So powerful with great suction. I finally after 8 months needed a new bag. I also use a Nellie mop system and love how easy it is to use. All vacuum has great customer service and products. I highly recommend them.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. No High Pressure Sales!!! The latter alone would have had me never come back. I went in for a hose replacement for a portable canister unit and asked about a bag-less vacuum compared to the bag type .sure explained my husbands increased breathing issues. We have/HAD bag-less ones. So i thought about his offer over the weekend. I have a refurbished Oreck for downstairs a new Riccar that i can transport up and down the stairs with ease. Its so light .pulls me along doing a lot if the work for me. I also received a Nellie mop and I think Im almost as excited about the mop as i am the vacuums!! I was using a wring mop with industrial bucket .years of habit and flat out stubbornness. And having trouble with the handling of that amount of water Nellie mop is light weight. Uses a plant based cleaning solution that covers an incredible amount if area and gets it CLEAN . i would recommend the products and the store and their staff. I cant emphasize enough about that mop .cat drool? (From oral med) this is a great spot cleaner as well.

Very pleasant sales experience, polite, knowledgeable, not pushy. We have used Simplicity vacuums for many years In our office and homes. Before purchasing our first Simplicity for the office we would wear out the typical Hoover, Eureka, and Phantom vacs you would find in the Big Box Stores every 1-2 years. The sand would just eat them up. The simplicity we purchased has been working for 10-12 years with no repairs. We recently purchased two Riccars (Simplicities) for our home and have moved our home vacuum to the office because of its extension hose capability. Very happy with the quality of the vacuums as well as the purchase and sales experience.

Come to find out it was the wrong vacuum for the carpet I have. They offered to fix it under warranty but said I would still have the same problem. They talked me through the options and ended up giving me a full refund on my vacuum and taking it off of a model better suited to my needs.They are very accommodating and I had no hassle at all. They even carried it out to my car and loaded it up for me. Great service! I bought a sewing machine a couple weeks ago and my mom got one today. They are very helpful and have great prices.

Machine seems to work fine, tension still a little tight. The turn around was 4 days . . . a bit long. It would be nice to get a loaner machine, (nothing fancy, just a simple running stitch), when you are making face masks and time is important to our nurses.

I had multiple issues with an old singer and they went above and beyond to fix everything and didnt charge me a dime more than my original cost paid.

The slide plate came off my Singer limited edition machine and I was told to bring it by and the man I spoke to could fix it in a couple of minutes. I drove 14 miles to take it there, he took it in and came back out and sat it on the pavement (social distancing) and said no charge. I gave him some money for his trouble anyway. I got the machine home and found that he did not reattach the plate, he only laid it on top so it appeared to be attached. Wasted trip, wasted money. I would have felt ok if he had been honest about it and said lady, I cant fix this, I dont know why. I dont like being lied to...……..

My wife and I have worked with Adam twice thus far, and have been incredibly happy with both the purchases themselves, as well as the experience. Not taking the experience lightly due to having purchased many cheap (both quality and cost) vacuums in the past, Adam was very patient with our many questions and understandable trepidation with spending so much money. Ultimately, our purchases have allowed for a better cleaning experience in our home, and the quality of service at All Discount Vacuum cannot be matched in this area! We will certainly be returning for future purchases.

They actually send out junk calls, like we dont get enough junk calls. The old recorded message trying to make it sound like its a real person live, leaving a message. Any one who adds to my junk calls is off my list, forever.

The store was arranged well. Selections were placed like models together. There were 2 sales persons and both were busy, when I arrived. i was acknowledged immediately. But, I had time.to shop since, sales were.busy. When I did get waited on, i was immediately impressed with a Riccar self propelled upright. I wanted one least expensive. Afterwards I bought the Riccars upright. I went and told him my vacuum wasnt working well. He plugged it in, flipped the switch, it didnt turn on and he said my wife had burned out the motor. He then tried to sell me a $1600 vacuum. He wanted to keep my vacuum but I took it home anyway. It still doesnt work well, but it does actually turn on and works reasonably well. I feel like he was trying to scam me... or the outlets in his building dont work.

Went in to buy a Dyson that I had seen advertised online at $149. The store was very clean and well organized, and they had a decent selection of stuff on the sales floor.Only one salesman was working at the time I arrived. He was with another customer but greeted me and let me know hed be with me shortly. I found the Dyson from the ad online and brought it up. He let me test it out and everything seemed to work fine.The price he stated for it was different from what had been advertised online, so I pulled up the ad and he honored the price, as well as gave me a couple of tips for maintenance on the Dyson.Overall a very decent experience; I dont understand why so many people walk into a place that sells a product and then get upset when a salesman tries to sell them one of those products.If I could change one thing about this place, I would like to see the prices clearly posted on the products.

They took over in Colorado Springs when Oreck left so I went for a visit and was pleasantly surprised! They told me more about the Oreck Orbitor than I had been told by Oreck years ago. They have all the supplies you need and are very friendly. They are salesmen but not pushy!

Quick, friendly and thorough service. I bought a Simplicity vacuum 8 years ago and recently had one of the motors replaced. Otherwise the vacuum has been maintenance free. The new motor was installed quickly at a very fair price.

Ive worked with All Discount on a couple of occasions to have an older sewing machine repaired. Price usually is about $100 to have a service done on it. Attendants there are friendly and attentive. Service on my old machine usually takes a couple weeks but they get er going again and it runs for about a year before needing service again.
