I was told I would get an email when my promotion was set to expire. Shocker: that did happen, and they have been charging me an extra $20/month since. When I called in I got an agent who barely understood spoke English, and after 20 minutes waiting for her supervisor the call was disconnect. I called back and spoke to a different guy and he was JUST as useless, and also offered no solutions. Called a third time and spoke to a third agent whit a crying baby in the background. Grossly unprofessional, and when I asked to be transferred, she disconnected the call. Xfinity is garbage service, and they hire people of that same caliber for the call centers and their stores. They know they offer the worst possible customer service and legitimately do not care about their customers experiences.

They love to make you a better deal by getting you into a contract in which you are held liable for canceling or making changes. However, they are free to make changes such as removing channels that were once a part of your package deal. In other words, you will eventually PAY MORE FOR LESS services. Way to treat your customers! I will be looking for better options with better customer service.

Really disappointed in Xfinity right now. Walked into the store to switch to their mobile service and a representative was super condescending. My husband is the account holder, and told me that she couldn’t just “give me $1000 phone” without him there. I left called up customer service and boom, porting my number, and getting a new phone. Lady who works on commission, you need to check yourself! Hopefully you learn some customer service skills soon!

I had to go to your store here in Colorado Springs Colorado due to an issue I couldnt fix over the phone. My account name was my nickname and I needed to have my proper name on file due to the emergency broadband FCC program. The young man at front changed my name without even asking me for id! Im glad he changed it but I was surprised that he just went in and changed it. Also I asked him about Xfinity and their participation in the emergency broadband FCC program and he was no help at all he didnt even know what it meant he just blew me me off! He did not want to inquire or ask anybody else or provide any kind of good customer service. I was very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars that is what I would do. I have xfinity and the company and services have went extremely down hill in the last 2 years. Unfortunately they are 1 of the only cable and Internet service providers in my area. To get to a live representative is extremely hard, then they try to avoid speaking with u by saying they have a text assistant available, only to get put in a never ending circle. I work from home and go to school from home and my internet and TV habe been out for 3 days now, I had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon that was scheduled 72 hours ago, last night I received a automated call saying that the problem in my area was fixed and I should cancel my appointment so I did, immediately after I canceled it, my TV and internet went back out, now I have been on hold for 90 minutes trying to speak to a supervisor and have been prompted by the representative to jusy use the text assistant, my issue is that the company lied to me that the service was fixed and had me cancel my appointment for it to just go back out. I would suggest getting any other company then xfinity for your service providers

The worse customer service! The worse network!! Super rude and unprofessional employees!!The first day(12/02/2020) I was here to get an Xfinity sim card and the lady was so rude but since it was my first time I gave grace. Today on January 7th,2021 I am here to unlock my phone after fully paid off I had to wait 50 minutes to get answers that I have to wait two months to be unlocked.The network is horrible and you have to wait for hours and hours on the phone if you have to call customer support. The network was horrible and monthly bill way higher than T-Mobile. Because of that I have moved to T-Mobile again.

Short review: the new saying in our house is “if the day ends with ‘Y’ our internet will die.” Do yourself a favor and don’t get xfinity. They’ll charge you ridiculous prices for internet/cable and you’ll receive unreliable and underwhelming services.Long review: a quick rundown of all the major issues I’ve had with xfinity.2018: signed up for cable/internet. Specifically asked if my rates would go up in a year and was told no. A year later they went up and the guy at the store told me “yeah whoever told you that straight up lied to you.”2019: changed addresses. Had a collection agency contact me for a $25 charge that I hadn’t paid. Did some digging and turns out xfinity applied a charge to my previous address but I couldn’t see it because my account was tied to my new address. Contacted xfinity and basically got a virtual shoulder shrug from them.2020: canceled my cable because most days it just didn’t work. Would turn on the tv and have to restart the box over and over until it worked. Internet would go down at least monthly.2021: they “upgraded” the internet in our area. The whole thing was a mess to the point where they couldn’t even tell us the correct date that the internet would go down. Since then our internet goes out at least weekly.2021: got a xfinity flex for free because the internet went down. 2 weeks later I still can’t activate it and the extent of their support is “unplug it and plug it back in.”I’ve spent countless hours on the phone or in chat rooms with xfinity support. I’ve left multiple reviews going very in depth on the problems I’m having and they never follow up. This company is a joke and does nothing to correct their issues. Happy to say I’ll be leaving xfinity soon.

I have been trying to pay my bill over the phone for 3 months now since I moved. Every time I call they give me a different amount and then hang up on me when I ask why it’s changed. Worst internet company ever! I’ve now been informed that my bill was sent to collections for an amount that is still unknown. I paid my last bill before I moved but they tell me it was for a cancellation fee.

*Review for the internet service, not specific store.It’s okay.It’s a bit of a headache if you purchase your own modem/router because their is essentially no help.The App isn’t great, constantly getting error messages. (Which is awesome since you need it to activate your service)But once you eventually get it hooked up, it works. That’s all that matters?100-200mbps speed gets it done but the price isn’t great, especially considering it increases (significantly) after the first year.

I had just started internet service online, and had to pick up my modem from a store close to me.As I walking up, a gentleman working there opened the door, and held it open, waiting for me.I had to question if I was at an Xfinity store, as I have read bad reviews and kind of expected the worst, but you know... Internet. He was friendly, fast in service, but still amiable. Employee had just moved from Denver, so I truly hope he stays to show his co-workers just how to wow people with exceptional service.

The one and only reason we are giving 5 stars is because of the sales rep Ryan. Every other experience we’ve had at this store has been trash until today. He didn’t make us feel pressured to buy or upgrade anything and helped us to decided what would be best for us personally, not him. We will absolutely be back to switch our phones over as well but will only have Ryan help us. If anyone is thinking about going and want to have Ryan help them he only works Tuesday’s through Saturday’s. We wish all the reps in this store were as helpful as him. Everyone else is just incompetent and judgmental. Xfinity please give this man a raise or promote him.

Man....every month I have to call in to make my payment. I cant seem to set up auto pay because my account number doesnt exist. It doesnt exist online or the automated service. Ive physically been into the store to sort it and I left feeling like it was fine but then the second I tried to set up my account it didnt recognize my account number. I have to call and talk to a actual human to pay my bill. Which is super difficult to even get to because Sorry, I dont recognize that account lets try something else...SORRY You can stuff your sorries in a sac, Miss. Its maddening.

Before moving across the country, I submitted a transfer request on their website, assuming they’d take care of it. They didn’t. Then I chatted with a rep asking about when my self-install kit would arrive since it was 1 day late already. He said wait 1 day. I did. Then I went to this store and they said my modem’s MAC address needed to be transferred from my previous service from another region and the at they “couldn’t do it in the store” and told me to call customer service. So I did, and luckily I got an American rep who fixed that all for me even though they said the store rep could have done it in the store, so yeah expect no help at this store!

Called this company 4 times to come to my home that is being rebuilt from a fire to ID which cable was cable and which was internet. Four calls Four appointments no service. Just rewired my house I hope there are no issues. I will try again when it is complete. May be going with dish.

Wow. I am literally speechless at how awful this company is. Ordered everything I needed online, entered all personal info, entered card info, got a confirmation that boxes etc would be read at store within 1 hour. Bank got charged (twice!) for the $50 deposit. Shown up at store and they have nothing. They have name and email, but no order and no account. Money (again, twice!) has been taken from bank account and product cannot be delivered because there is no record of an order??? Despite the bank transactions and confirmation. How is that even possible? The guy kept offering to restart the order, but that would mean ANOTHER charge. We walked out with nothing and no service. Hoping to get money back.

Store: Service was fast (I only waited less than 10 minutes), staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Had cellphones available to view and try as well as purchase, along with accessories. Definitely book an appointment in advance (via their website) to reduce wait time.Service: Highly recommend Xfinity over any other cable provider (inc. CenturyLink, Dish, Direct). Excellent pricing and value. Also recommend for mobile service. Amazing value; I had Verizon before and the only difference Ive noticed is a 100% savings! They also offer home security and home phone if youre interested. Exceptional customer service. Really top notch company.

Tony Triplett is our favorite rep to work with because he’s knowledgeable and experienced. The location is convenient. The manager was very rude and lazy. He refused to do his job properly. He needs to be replaced by someone else. Twice I have been here and every time its like Im dealing with a cold robot. The attitude makes you want to cringe. Unwilling to be helpful in any way or manner. Disinterested in customer service. Just plain Trash! I would not even rate this place 1 star. They charge you as much as they can but wont even bother showing you the bill and throw in as much free as they possibly can. They have lied about multiple things. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care because this place does not!

Maybe I should give them 2 stars. I had to make only 2 visits get an account transfer executed. Thats way better than anyone should expect from Comcast. Of course, my services which were working before I went to the store werent working when I got home. So 2 hours with the store, including drive time, and 3 hours trying to get the Comcast phone robot to direct me to some help. Now Im motivated. Im going to get completely unplugged from Comcast. I hope they go out of business.

Everytime I have gone in I have had a great experience. The people are friendly and extremely helpful. I went in to return a modem, that was no longer in use. The person that assisted me looked into my account, and helped lower the bill and upgrade my equipment still in use. They went above and way beyond what they had to in order to make sure we had all we needed. The prices arent the lowest but get what you pay for. What you get is incredible and reliable service, from knowledgeable professional staff.

On August 21 I dropped by and was helped by Matt Metcalf, who told me that my phone had been recalled, but that he could not help with my replacement phone. He gave me a number to call. I have called that number multiple times. I have been on hold for many hours. Xfinity persons have hung up on me twice. I have now called that number 5 times & right now remain on hold. It should not be this hard.

I have been to this location many times after switching to Xfinity. Everyone I have worked with is very friendly and knowledgeable. Each time a rep has taken care of what ever it is I needed. The only thing I would say needs improvement would be to maybe have more workers on and get a better system so there are not so many customers at once and waiting. I always suggest making an appointment it will get you in and out faster.
