I use this service once a month and this month in particular they really went the extra mile to help me. They are great about getting back to you if you have questions or requests and then- like this time- can do such an overwhelmingly good job and right when I needed it the most- it was so helpful and I appreciate the work they do tremendously.

MaidPro is an excellent Cleaning Service, Ive used them many times over the last few years and will continue to do so in the future. The most recent employee cleaning my home (Molly) was very thorough and eager for instant and continual feedback as she cleaned my home, I could not have been more pleased.

Had stuff get stolen not a fan

I’ve used Maidpro for over a year now. Most of the time, the cleaners have been good. Occasionally you’ll get someone that misses way to much stuff but the staff I communicate with do a great job of fixing the problem and ensuring I’m a happy customer. I use Maidpro for both the pricing and the customer service.

We have used Maid Pro for approximately a year. I recently stopped because services were hit and miss. I like that they have a specific checklist however not all the cleaners use it. I prefer the same cleaners and 2 people to minimize my time away from work and they never seemed to understand that and i had to reiterate each time. Every time theyChanged my people i had to re educate them on the products i like. I finally just provided all the products to accommodate. Yet each time i walked through the checklist i had to remind them to do multiple NOT completed items

Wow!!! Above and beyond all expectations. I was literally in tears when I came home today! I had a baby recently and just returned back to work. My house wasnt that dirty but we needed a deep clean to get get to the things that we have missed lately due to life demands. They got ever crack of this house. My baseboards look brand-new and my toilets have NEVER looked they way they do right now. Im still trying to figure out how they did it! Lol very friendly, professional and I HIGHLY recommend!! Im so happy I havent stopped smiling since I got home. Now more time to spend with my baby and not cleaning!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am completely dissatisfied with Kevin, the owner. We set an appointment to have our grandmothers house cleaned after she moved out. We gave the code and instructions to the lock box on her door. We spent quite a while talking to Sandra and she assured us that it would be taken care of. Sandra did NOT talk to us about their terms of service or their very specific cancellation policy. We found out days later that the house was never cleaned because they could not access the property. Even though the house wasnt cleaned, we were charged the full amount. When I reached out to the company Kevin was argumentative and unwilling to understand There was an AMAZING company Super Steam who made it into the house with the same instructions that SAME day. No problems. We also had a photographer and 17 showings that week without any incident. This company saw an opportunity to take advantage. The way Kevin, Sandra and this whole company handled this situation is ridiculous. The owner doesnt care about its customers. Only the money. What a horrible company.

I must say that MaidPro has been a life saver for our family. MaidPro allows us to maintain our home clean while we live our very busy life with our 4 teenagers and full working schedules. Also, it helps me personally because of my back and hip problems I am unable to get into the nooks and crannies and they do amazing job at that. Our first cleaning was very good, although the next 2 were not up to par, MaidPro was always willing to work with us to ensure our cleaning is how we wanted. They sent their best worker Candace and she is absolutely amazing and very friendly, always working very hard and willing to do what is necessary with a smile on her face and her amazing friendliness takes away the awkwardness you may feel with someone cleaning your teenagers messes. I would highly suggest MaidPro. They are there to help you live less stressful and more comfortable life in your home.

I have been using MaidPro since December 2018 and have had a very good experience. Scheduling is easy and the staff arrive promptly within the promised window of time. Sophia is an amazing manager that has so many priorities to balance and she handles her job very gracefully. She treats every client equally and she is a very genuine person. If there are any issues they are accommodating and work with you until you are satisfied. I feel obliged to write a review because they really do deserve to be recognized for their caring nature, it is very rare to see any cleaning company with this level of consideration not only toward their customers, but toward their employees. Its important for a business to treat their employees with the same amount of respect they do their clients. I wasnt told to write a review, I did on my own accord because I believe any business that carries humane values like this should be recognized. I have worked many jobs and felt dehumanized by all of them except this one, and I feel that this is the type of peace of mind every customer needs; a customer needs to feel as if they can trust the right service. It is important to have the peace of mind that the person cleaning your home is being treated righteously.

MaidPro Cleaner Linda did an AWESOME JOB on my home!! She was able to get all the pet hair up off my couches!! My kids loved their rooms and their bathrooms. *UPDATE The owner reached out this morning to make this situation right and I appreciate the time she took to further explain their process as well as what they are implementing to keep this from happening again.My experience with Maid Pro started out great. Lisa, Ashley, and Crystal showed up right on time, cleaned our house until it was shining and almost everything was perfect, the things that werent were of no consequence and I was so happy with their services.This last week was a totally different experience. According to the quote I had received, two pros were supposed to show up for two hours of work. Candace showed up right on time, my daughter showed her what rooms to clean as I was caught on a phone call and I clarified when I was done. She washed dishes from that morning that were left in the sink and put clean sheets on my bed. She was moving fast through the house and everything looked pretty good. When she was done she filled out my sheet, filled out hers and apparently claimed 4 hours of work while only being in my home for two.On Friday, after my Wednesday clean, I noticed my card had been charged for 4 hours of cleaning. I called and spoke to Josh who said he would need to look into things. On Monday morning he called again to let me know that there was nothing he would do because he wouldnt call his pro a liar. His response was to believe one of his pros over three people who were in the house at the time service was completed. The theft of services goes beyond stealing from me, it also is a theft from the company since I cancelled the remainder of the year.I hired Maid Pro because of all the positive reviews. Their company over the other three had the most positive reviews and I am so disappointed that their management doesnt know the first thing about trust and integrity. I am posting this review to my social media platforms to be insured its seen by as many people as possible.

I am an Army officer who works late hours, so I hired this service every other week. The first few cleanings were good until today. I left my home with my 2 cats inside and was notified by phone that the maid was in my home around 11am. I got home at 5:30 pm to find ONE cat crying at the door. The maid cleaned and locked the door behind her. But she failed to mention letting my cat out or taking it with her. The cat is nowhere to be found.I called management after hours and now the MaidPro company is claiming she left my cats in the home and locked the door. Now Im dealing with the police, animal police, animal control and local vets. But you know what is despicable? Had she just told the truth I would understand. Why lie about this? The cat didnt leave and lock the door behind herself. The company wont have her call me to explain herself, so I dont even get closure. One cat is missing, the other is upset, and I countless questions.This experience will leave emotional scars as the result of our loss of what we viewed as a family member, a friend, and a companion. These cats have been cared for like children and now I feel like Ive lost a child.I am posting this review to get the word out because no matter how much you trust that a company is legit, you never know who they are sending to your home. I wish I had security cameras in my home, so that I could have watched. Now I am spending countless hours driving around and posting listings to find my cat.Get cameras before you trust this organization or any other. Better yet, clean your own house so you dont have to deal with this. I have a maid claiming she didnt let my animal out, and a company claiming they train the person not to do that very thing. But what I dont have is the cat that I left in the home that morning. I am the only person in this mess who acknowledges that a cat isnt going to just stand up and unlock a door and leave. MaidPro will make you feel like a crazy person over some money. Honestly I dont care about her job or this organization since she didnt care about my cat.

Was hesitant to use the service at first but i am happy i gave you guys the opportunity. The Pros were both professional and hard working the whole time they were at our house. I knew what to expect before they arrived and both of the Pros and Josh at the office were communicative and helpful. It was definitely a team effort and the results were definitely worth it. Worse place to do business with! We called and they told us they cleaned RVs and couches and furniture. When one (1) person showed up (to do the job of three) to clean she said no we dont provide that service so we turned her away. Now the shady owner wants to charge a $70 cancellation fee. For what? She couldnt provide the services we wanted so we sent her away. U would think that is a normal transaction. No service no pay! Now they are wanting to charge a $70 fee for doing nothing. The owner is very unprofessional, not cooperative and this business is poorly operated. I highly discourage from using this thieving company and finding someone else.

I cant say enough about my wonderful experience with having Candace and Sarah from MaidPro come and clean my house! It was just so nice and shining clean afterwards! Kitchen, bathrooms, everything! I had them clean on June 25, so I am writing this a bit after the fact, but not because I wasnt thrilled with their work. I just had company at my house for a week afterwards--what a joy to show them such a sparkling house!--and then have been dealing with health issues this month. But I really hope they can still receive all the praise and rewards possible for going above and beyond for me. I am disabled and my husband has other health problems so we cant clean very well, and our house was genuinely dirty. Candace and Sarah were both so nice when I apologized for this, said it didnt matter and told me their mission was just to make it nice and clean so I could feel good about it. And they did! They even went above and beyond, picking up some things I hadnt had time to get picked up since they were a bit early. They did a five and a half hour deep clean for me, the rates were very reasonable, and Im going to ask for them to come on a regular basis soon!

Buyer beware.VERY DISAPPOINTING CLEANING and VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.Based on the strong reviews here, we engaged this franchise to service our home. We moved to CS about a year ago and the cleaning lady (that we had in the home for the first year) - did a very thorough job, but had to stop working due to medical reasons- so we had to find a new solution.The quote I received from Maidpro seemed acceptable and we scheduled the first cleaning. Even though the original quote was for $121.00 for 3 hours- I was told the first clean would need to be for 4 hours and at a higher cost- I agreed.The time that the service was scheduled for was from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.The cleaning lady (M) came into the house at 12:55 and started to clean. She came across as very young and low energy. She left at 4:00pm -without letting me know she was leaving- but my adult sons, that were at the Kitchen table, both said she left at 4:00pm. I came downstairs at 4:15 and she was gone.Concerns-1. On the work order M claimed that she worked from 12:45-4:30 that day. That is impossible because no one was home at 12:45 and she was scheduled for 1:00. We opened the door for her at 12:55 and she brought her equipment into the house. She left at 4:00pm and not 4:30pm per two witnesses. I know for a fact her car was gone at 4:15pm when I came down to see how things were going.2. The quality of the work was disappointing. The kitchen counters were greasy- I took photos of the paper towels I used to check on the surfaces right after she completed the work in the kitchen. The baseboards were not clean (had a caked on piece of food) and there were crumbs on the window sill. The handles of the appliance were sticky (included the blender)- there were dishes in the sink and the sink was dirty (I was told dishes were only special request- and when I requested to do them= she said that needs to go through the office to see if there was enough time...)- Trash was not taken out- her excuse was that it was not completely full and she did not want to waste a bag... I left sheets to make one twin bed. The cleaning lady sat on my bed with her street clothes for about 15 minutes with a clean duvet cover on the floor (which had not been cleaned yet)- trying to figure out how to load a duvet into a duvet cover. These are a few examples of the not so professional quality of the cleaning.3. As soon as I discovered the cleaning lady left early, I started to write a detailed email with supporting photos documenting my concerns to Maid pro. This email got sent at 4:49. The next day I received a call from the owner in which I reiterated my concerns. Turns out my credit card was charged already for FOUR hours of cleaning- when only 3 hours were completed.4. the next day (today) the owner called again and said that since the work order said M was here for 3 hours and 45 minutes - he would credit me 15 minutes. I stated that it was only a three hour cleaning and he refused to credit the hour. So- not only did we receive a mediocre service- we are also being charged time that was falsified. What I learned was that if a Maidpro maid says on her time sheet that she spent more time at the site than she actually spent...you will be charged.My recommendation-if you work with this company- document everything- figure out a way to time stamp the entry and exit of the maid.While the company offered to send the cleaner back within 24 hours to remedy the poor service- I was not comfortable having someone in my home that clearly lied about her time, thereby putting a significant doubt on her overall integrity. I went over all the areas that were poorly handled and cleaned them myself. I wasted a lot of time on the phone with the owner trying to get him to see my perspective- and still the result is that I am being charge for a service I did not receive. That will be disputed with my credit card company as well. Owner responds with a shrug- saying he has different facts...really? Why would anyone make this up?

MAIDPRO FAN! I have utilized Maid Pro services for almost 2 yrs (I think) since its inception. The first person they sent out will the last (in my book). Haley is THE BEST and attention-to-detail cleaner we have ever EVER had ;) She is professional, upbeat, personable, and very thorough. We request her every time we a clean! Lisa has been cleaning our house for 8 months now and always does a wonderful job. She works very hard, has a fun personality, pays attention to the details and we always look forward to a super clean house when she’s done.
