Great job! Ive never had my house professionally cleaned, so seeing the difference between before and after was startling. We have several pets, and Robbyn and Shae were able to get pretty much all the fur and dust that had accumulated over the years. These guys made getting ready to move that much easier.

This was the first time I have had my house professionally cleaned and Im glad I went with Cottage Care. The manager Mia walked me through everything over the phone and answered all my questions. I was texted a friendly reminder about the cleaning the day before. As promised the ladies, Hailey and Tess were on time with all of their own equipment. They asked for a tour of the house and got right to work. They emptied all the trash cans and left the trash in the garage for me to take out later. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a living room, rec room, and did a beautiful job in the kitchen and on the stairs. 2 kids, 2 dogs AND 2 full time jobs keep us busy! The house needed a good scrubbing. I feel like this service has opened HOURS of new freedom and time for myself and my family. No harsh chemical smells at all. Honestly, this was better than Christmas. Weve signed up for bi- weekly service. There is no required contract and we can adjust or cancel service time at anytime. I feel the price is reasonable for the square footage of our home; well worth every penny.

Jess is the best house keeper we’ve had. She is great with our kids. She’s just a super easy going person. She’s always helped us out with moving a few things around to make sure we get the best clean. She always asks if there is something she could do better than last time and then she does it and keeps doing it every time. Great company, great staff, and I won’t go anywhere else.

Riley and Madz arrived on time and after a tour of my house, they went to work cleaning. They were professional and did a fabulous job cleaning each room. My house smells and looks so good. A lady from Cottage Care came to inspect the cleaners work and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I have scheduled with Cottage Care for weekly house cleaning.

Rachel and Karina did an awesome job even though my house wasnt picked up before they got here. They jumped right in and got it cleaned. Very nice people too.

Had an initial cleaning done by Robbyn and Riley. We were on the fence about hiring a housekeeper, but once it was done we were sold! Robbyn and Riley were wonderful, efficient, friendly, and did an awesome job! They even put up with my 3 year old who tried to talk their ear off the whole time! They were comfortable with my dog who can come off a little scary at first. Looking forward to continuing with their services!

I would recommend avoiding, had a cleaning done and there was 2 people. The person that did upstairs was really good but the one that did down stairs was the absolute worst cleaning I ever seen.. she didnt do anything. I cant have these inconsistencies in service. Look somewhere else

I was very impressed with their customer service and appreciated the follow up. I thought the walk through would have been done at the end of services and the handles/light switches werent wiped down in every room but I made some last minute changes and those were easy things to manage myself. Everything is was done very well and very efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Claire and Robbyn were amazing! We moved into a new home that desperately needed a deep clean before my family could really unpack and feel at home. They did an incredible job with our home! We had to leave half way through for a well check for my 8 year old. When we returned she exclaimed, “Mommy! It smells like our home now! It’s so fresh and clean!”I can’t thank these two enough!

I was pleased with service over all. Jess and Claire showed up on time, very friendly and got right to work. However there were a few things I thought would be cleaned that were not (apparently add-ons) as this was an already moved in and the people that moved out left the house yucky, deep clean. I dont believe I got the deep clean service. Not the girls fault as it may have been a miss communication when I called. Things I thought would be included in cleaning... Bedroom mirror, garden tub in master bath, wipe down counters in the kitchen (behind appliances) and kitchen floors moped. (Disclaimer I did ask about the tub and she offered to wipe out and I said I got it.) The other things Im just seeing, maybe thats my fault. I would use them again, I will have to learn to be more direct about what I want cleaned.

I hired CottageCare Colorado Springs to clean my Mom and Aunts house. They are getting older and having trouble keeping up on the chores. Chelsea and Jade were wonderful! They did more than we expected and were friendly and quick! Mia the office manager is very nice and really on the ball. I would highly recommend this company!

On June 30th, we had a very small clean, just 2 bathrooms. Our cleaner, T, knocked on our door half an hour before the scheduled arrival of 12-1, so we werent quite ready for her yet.But the worst part was that she did a very half-hearted clean in both bathrooms, particularly the basement 3/4 bath. She didnt clean the soap scum from the shower tiles, she didnt wipe down any of the fixtures except the sink faucet, and didnt detail the floors (all corners still had dirt).As we are having guests this weekend, I am unfortunately having to go over her work and correct her mistakes. Will not be using Cottage Care again.For a clean this small, I am very shocked that she apparently couldnt get the job done correctly.

I booked Cottage Care to clean the house I was renting so it would be ready for the move-out inspection. Brooke, Kassie, and Brooklynn did a wonderful job cleaning my rented property. They were very accommodating when I came to the house to move the remaining stuff and helped by clearing out the fridge before cleaning it. The owner of the property was very impressed with how clean the property was during the inspection.

Brooke cleaned for me today. She was fabulous! As I am working from home, she was very conscious of business calls and made certain she didnt interfere. Brooke was focused, thorough, quiet, and dis an amazing job.

I had never used (or needed) a cleaning service before, but six months ago we moved to a house that was much bigger than our old one. With five pets, two kids doing online school & my husband working from home two days a week (while I worked out of the home three days a week), I began to feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with it. The breaking point came when the holidays rolled around & I had to choose between cleaning or decorating. I chose Cottage Care Cleaning based on their reviews & was not disappointed! Kendall & Angela absolutely rocked socks cleaning our house! My mother was a housekeeping manager for 25 years and I spent summers working with her. PLUS 20 years ago I actually worked for this company. I worked for a few housecleaning companies actually. I know other companies dilute their cleaning products to save money and all kinds of other nonsense that makes the cleaning either half done or not last that long. These guys do not. I go with Cottage Care because they clearly set high standards for themselves. Because of that I have really high standards. Like checking with white gloves kind of standards. (Not really but I think you get the picture). I came home and it made me feel like a queen walking into a spotless house. Totally worth it! I also host a workplace/consumer podcast called Q as in Cucumber and we talk about companies we love and we have had bad experiences with.
