Edit: The second time the crew came they did not mention anything about a walk through or offer it, so it IS ridiculous. It should have been an initiated thing by one of the crew to say hey, let’s do a walk through to make sure everything is what you requested per your guarantee. But that did not happen. They were there for MAYBE an hour and packed their things and walked out the front door and left. I should not have to clean after hired cleaners cleaned. Smh. My complaint is about the price compared to the quality of work that was done… TWICE. This home was left in worse condition in some areas after the first crew left. There is dried oven cleaner all over the ovens now that I had to clean off myself.The first crew that came walked in and said that their vacuum might go out and that they have a second one that smells bad. The photos here were taken after the first crew cleaned for 2 1/2 hours. A second crew was sent to clean and fix it the next day. The racks in the oven were still not cleaned, had to ask them to clean the dirty vent in the master AFTER my husband showed them these areas on concern, and a closet still was not swept and dishwasher not wiped down. Ridiculous. I should not have to walk around and point out things to clean, this should be the crews job to know what routine things to wipe and clean in every home. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For 518 dollars this should have been a very thorough move out clean. I still had to clean after the second crew left the second day.

Our landlord forced us to use a cleaning company for our home and we were very happy that we did. They did great and we had no issues after we moved out.

I was a bit nervous because some of the reviews but my experience was above and beyond! They did excellent in my kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. They arrived on time too!

I have utilized this company twice for move-out cleans. The first experience was great. The two employees did an incredible job and I had no issues. The second time was not as smooth. I went to check on the house after they were complete. Two areas had not even been cleaned and there were visible clumps of dog hair still on the floor and in closets. Microwave had not been cleaned and the sink had remnants of whatever equipment I had been rinsed. I followed up with the owner, who offered to have them come back out to correct. Unfortunately, I had to turn in my keys and this was unable to be remedied. Though I understand their policy is that they offer a guarantee, she also did nothing to accommodate the fact that the situation could not be remedied (ie: take money off my final bill). I was told she would follow up with me about the situation, which did not occur. Next thing I know, my credit card was charged for the full service. I was by no means unwilling to pay. However, I did not feel I should be charged the full amount as the job was subpar, and I had to spend extra time correcting myself.I appreciate their guarantee policy, however, there were very obvious areas that were not cleaned. I wrote this as more a consumer beware to schedule yourself time for the “guarantee” to occur. I also did not feel the situation was handled in a professional manner and certainly did not appreciate that my next interaction was a bill.

Called them to come and do a deep cleaning of the furnished house we were moving out of and they were able to get us scheduled for the very next day! The management company recommended them to us and told us that they like dealing with this company because they guarantee the job they do and dont give them a hard time about coming back to correct any issues with the cleaning if there is any kind of problem. They are also a BBB accredited business which is reassuring. Our experience was excellent! The crew did an wonderful job for us and the cleaning passed our property managers inspection without a problem! It is obvious to us that these people know what they are doing and take the time to get it done right! They were very easy to work with and they will for sure our first choice when we need cleaning again.

We hired this company to clean our home so that it was clean for a party that we were hosting. I had to go back over the toilets and oven fronts because they were very poorly cleaned. The oven had streaks all over the front as if there wasnt even an attempt at removing the spots. They did not clean the mirror and there was still toothpaste and marks in the bathroom sinks. Im not sure a cleaning spray was actually even used. Our shower doors had streaks all over them and there was no attempt at cleaning the glass behind where the towels hung because you could not see that part of the glass from the outside of the shower, as the hanging towels covered it, which is simply laziness. The work was not quality and they did not take their time to ensure that they were actually cleaning. I shouldnt have to clean the same places that we paid someone to clean in the same day. I would not recommend this company. It was not worth the money, as I ended up just having to clean over it anyway.

I have been using Colorado Springs House Cleaning for years and they are excellent! They do all of my rental home cleanings as well as my own home every other week and they always do a great job. These people care about their customers and it shows in the customer service they provide. I felt it was time to update my review and let you know that your teams are still doing an excellent job every time they come to clean my own home and when they clean our rentals.Previous Review from a year ago:I had a tenant move out of my rental home and they left it a mess. I had new tenants moving the next day and so I was in a real bind. I called this company to see if they could help me and to my surprise they were able to get me on that same day .. that was a real relief! The cleaning crew was very professional and got right to work! After about 4 hours they had the place in great shape and it was a real relief. The carpet cleaning company they recommended came in later that day and we were good to go for my new tenant. This company is now on my list of great contractors and I will use them again the next time I need cleaning.

Been using them for over 10 years now. The family has always treated our family well and we wouldnt consider anyone else. Over the years as girls have come and gone we have liked some more than others but we always end up finding a new crew that meets our needs. It does seem like there are some that are better than others but whenever we call and request a team they are pretty good about getting us the crew we want. I appreciate them and their honesty.

We started using Colorado Springs Cleaning for routine cleaning. The first call was great everything was professional however everything after that was a disaster. The first clean we asked them NOT to do laundry, well the did and they charged us for it - not a big deal. The first clean was horrible, the floors, microwave, and counter tops weren’t touched. So we decided we were going to try another company instead.We told Colorado Springs Cleaning we were satisfied and would like to cancel, the receptionist insisted they wanted to make things right and would come out for to a complementary clean. Unfortunately that clean was not up to par either, mind you we are not excessively messy and have had other cleaners do a great job in the past.A week later we were charged for the complementary clean. My husband called to ask what we were being charged for and the receptionist couldn’t tell him, she very professional apologized and agreed to refund our money. Less than 5 minutes later she called my husband back and said she could not refund us because she had already paid her cleaners. She became extremely rude and unprofessional and stated we would be “black listed”...never been told that by a company. The money went back into our account as promised, however, 2 weeks later we received a noticed from a collection agency for the amount refunded. It sad companies like this are still around.

We used them for a move out service and were happy with the results. They did however miss a few things (like a couple of the window tracts) but overall everything was done pretty good. I must say that after talking with them they offered to come back and to fix it for us but since it was such a small oversight we just took care of it ourselves... Everyone was very friendly especially the workers in the office! We liked that they were a family business and like supporting local businesses so going with them was the obvious choice for us.

The crew arrived close to the time they confirmed me for. I really liked the communication and everything went off without a hitch. The crew did miss a few things but I walked thru before they left and told them about so no worries! Will be using them again.

Asked for a moving clean just moved in a week ago. Found dead bugs in the windows. Carpet wasn’t clean. It was disgusting in here. This was a joke of a cleaning. Don’t waste your money. This was embarrassing

I just had a deep clean done by CSHCS and it looked wonderful!! They did things I didnt even expect. My doors and windows were spotless!! They arranged my daughters bedding in the most precious way, they set up her little stuffed animals for her and everything. They fixed my messy counter top in my bathroom and arranged all of my essential oils in a cute way. The crew went above and beyond. They were SO nice and respectful while they were there as well. The price was very reasonable, and I feel I got much more than what I paid for. I will be booking with them again for sure!!

I did not personally hire Colorado Cleaning Services, but they were the contractor the sellers used when we bought our house. The receipt we were given for the cleaning services was $398. After walking through the house its obvious they dont know what deep cleaning or cleaning in general actually means. With a price tag of $398 its rediculous that the bath tubs, walls, oven, baseboards, and blinds were not cleaned. And when I say not cleaned I mean there was obviously no attempt to clean them. Appliances were never pulled out or even attempted clean underneath or have the sides wiped down either. The previous home owners used this property as a rental andtand it honestly looks like nothing more than what a tenant would clean and most likely is. We were really looking forward to moving into a clean sanitized home (especially with the current pandemic) instead were still trying to clean before we can actually unpack.

We were in need of a move out deep cleaning after living in our home 20 years. We never had it cleaned professionally during that time and like many people did routine spit and polish cleaning with weekly vacuuming, dusting etc. After speaking to several companies I was confident CSHCS, Inc was the best choice. They were and we highly recommend them.

This cleaning service is AMAZING! I had to move sooner than I had expected, and they made my move-out process so much less stressful. Their price is extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and they even swept/wiped down my upstairs when I only paid for cleaning on my main floor. I came home from a deployment to find my house had been essentially partied in for 9 months. Sharon and Phil got back to me right away, were able to work around my limited schedule to get me in as soon as possible, and the price was very fair. The woman who came did an amazing job. They were recommended to us by our property manager who told us they are easy to work with and guarantee the job they do, which is always a good thing to have. We called their office and spoke to Michelle over there and she was very friendly and helpful and set things up for us over the phone. The day before the cleaning was scheduled we got a call confirming the appointment and they gave us an approximate arrival time for the next day. The next day they showed at the time they told us! Impressive!. They did a wonderful job and the crew had us double check to make sure we were happy before they left. We looked around and everything looked great and sow we sent them on their way. The crew was very nice and told us that if we noticed any problem after they left to just call their office and the office will be happy to send them back to correct any concerns..in my opinion that is just great customer service and it was reassuring to know that if our property manager decided to be overly picky we could depend on them to return at no charge to do what is necessary to please our property manager. Fortunately our property manager was very happy with the job they did and everything went smoothly. Great experience! They are now in my address book for the next time we move :)

Great experience with Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service! They clean my home bi-weekly and I feel very comfortable having them in my home. The company explained to me that they run thorough background checks on their employees and I am very comfortable leaving them alone in my home. I have found them to be very reliable and they do show up on the day and time they promise. I like the fact that they always come prepared with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment they need and just get on with the job. Excellent Service! We had them do a deep cleaning of our house last week in preparation for all of our guests coming to visit for my sons graduation and they did an excellent job! We had two very professional cleaning ladies come and spend about 6 hours cleaning our home from top to bottom and they did a fantastic job! Nivea is a very conscientious lady. She works hard and aims to please. We are grateful to have someone who seems to care about our home and family. Does every cleaner do things like you would do. Don’t think so. But she is someone who will seek to learn your preferences. If you don’t like things after you teach her, then you need to do it yourself, because no one will be good enough! We had them do a deep cleaning of our home last week and we are very pleased with the outcome. They spent about 4 hours cleaning our home and we were very impressed .. they did an excellent job for us! They were very detailed and did everything we expected. It was also a pleasure dealing with the office staff, they were friendly and were able to book us for the day and time we needed. Overall a great experience dealing with this company. They will certainly be our first choice when we need cleaning again.

The company provides a free phone estimate, based on many details including square footage, # of bathrooms, bedrooms, pets, condition of home...enough for professionals to provide an informed bid for deep cleaning (which they recommended for the initial visit). They gave me a price of $398 for 7 work hours (3.5 hours times two workers). They did not describe this as a base-price, but as my price. The workers arrived with a 4,500-word, extremely small font, 4-page document that they made me sign before they would even begin preparing to work. So I signed immediately. They also required full payment before work started. After the 3.5 hours, the workers had completed half of the agreed project (cleaning my whole home). They said we need to re-schedule for completion. When they saw I was unhappy, they said that the estimator (Phil, whom I spoke with) always underestimates. Ultimately, the company offered to complete the job, but only if I paid an additional $294...74% above the price they gave me over the phone. This sounds like bait and switch--especially for a company advertising 30 years experience. Moreover, their final voicemail message also dared to propose, for recurring non-deep cleaning, they would need a total of 15 work hours (more than double the original 7 hours they estimated for DEEP cleaning an 8,000 square foot home). Had the company provided an accurate estimate that reflected the ultimate charge, I would have continued to shop around. Instead, I paid 100% for just over 50% (with sloppy results). Since the document that they force you to sign before work starts is so different from the impression they give you over the phone, they should either e-mail it in advance, or describe it when giving the estimate. Im contacting BBB to review their contract language and practices.

I dont write reviews often but thought it would be appropriate to add my two cents here since we are so pleased with the job this company did. We hired them to do a deep cleaning in preparation for family arriving soon for Thanksgiving and they had two of their employees for over 5 hours in our home and it is now spotless! Very impressed! They were recommended by a neighbor who told us that they are very busy because of the great work they do but their scheduler moved some things around and got us on their schedule and we are very grateful! If you are looking for a great cleaning company this is it!

I called on Dec 4th to schedule a cleaning before my guests arrive on Dec 22nd.. I schedule for Friday am Dec 20 at 830 am. I received a call Thursday stating the crew would arrive at 230pm. (Have to be at work at 1pm)So basically even though I called almost 3 weeks in advance No service for me. They offered to come Monday after my guests arrive. No Thank YouSo the people who got their houses cleaned Friday probably called after I did and got service. So in the midst of all the Christmas rush. I get to clean the house also... Did I mention I was a returning customer?

This company is fantastic! We called them last minute yesterday morning and they were able to fit us in later in the day in the afternoon. We had just spent the whole weekend moving our stuff out of our rental house into our new home that we just purchased and thought we would be able to do the cleaning of the old house ourselves, but by yesterday morning we were exhausted and we needed to turn the rental house over to the landlord today. We called Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service and they were very nice. I spoke to a lady in their office and she arranged everything for me. They arrived at the time promised and got right to work and did a fantastic job! When they were done they asked to us walk through the house with them to check to make sure everything was done the way we expected. They assured me that if there were any problems they would take care of it. Everything looked fine to us and we signed off that we were happy, but I did tell them that I was concerned that my landlord may find things wrong that I didnt see. They assured me that if that was the case all we needed to do was call their office and the company would send somebody back to fix the problem if necessary. We had a great experience with this company are happy with what they did. This morning when we met with the landlord to turn over the keys she there were no problems with the cleaning! Other than have us replace a few light bulbs she had no issues and was very pleased with the cleaning that was done. This company is excellent and I am happy to recommend them. I will definitely use them again when I need cleaning done.

They were completely up front with the cost and the time required. I needed the work done on a specific date and time and they met each of my requests with professional courtesy and high thought to customer service. The cleaning crew arrived on time and as expected.The cleaning crew was great! They were very thorough and very helpful to me in getting his house ready for his return. Top that off with being very kind and personable. Very professional and reliable. I use Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service every few months when I cant take the mess in my house any longer and they consistently provide excellent service no matter which team they send me. Their employees are always very friendly and dont seem to mind what condition my home is in, even when its a little worse than usual. I just let them know ahead of time to plan on some extra time because of that and they just get on and take care of everything for me. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing and its always so impressive how nice my home looks after they get done. Its really nice knowing that when I am overwhelmed I can just call or e-mail them and they will get me on their schedule the very next day. I call that excellent customer service!

I have occasional cleaning done with this company. The price for the quality of service is pretty spot on. Fast scheduling, I can count on same day or next day service. Several different people have been but most of the crews seem to have good attitudes and do quality work so Im not complaining.

I have just finished a divorce about tow months ago now. I have thee smaller kids so they make plenty of messes and there is a lot that I have to do just to keep up with their daily needs of food, laundry, dishes, etc. So cleaning is pretty far down on the list. Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service came in and with very little direction from me they transformed my house! Baseboards, bathrooms, floors, counters, dusting, I am in shock at the difference! They were on time and worked dilligently to clean the whole house! I am so pleased! I am having them come regularly to keep it in good shape!Thank you so much for helping me keep a clean house with all the craziness in my life! You guys rock!

Ive had to move several times this year already and every time I’ve used these guys. They are SO thorough and flexible on times they’ve helped me out and made sure I have one less thing to stress over. Worth every single penny!

Beware! These people are poorly organized and demand payment up front for move out cleaning. They dont take credit cards. Demanded cashiers check or money order.We contacted them and made arrangements for service and payment to be made after cleaning and inspection by my real estate agent. We agreed on a process to collect payment at end of service. I was then contacted by the manager stating that they must have payment up front. I put them in contact w/ my agent and arrangements were made to pay after service....everything should be fine, right? NO! They called the morning of service stating that unless they were payed up front, they would not perform the service. I had already given the cashiers check to my RE agent and have moved out of town. They have caused untold hassle over what should have been a simple business transaction.My advice ......Hire someone else...these people are not to be trusted.

Very pleased with the cleaning done. We were putting our house on the market for sale and we had them come last week and do a deep cleaning for us to help get it ready. We told them that had not done any kind of deep cleaning for years and we were concerned about getting it done right. They explained that their rates are based on the amount of time it takes and that they would book an initial amount of time ajnd see how much they could do in that time. After that time was up we could decide if we wanted additional time, which they would provide to us at a lower rate. We agreed to initially book 7 hours with a crew of 2 people and see how far they got. To my surprise by the time the 7 hours were done our house looked GREAT! They pointed out to us a few areas that they were not able to get to in the time they had and told us that the office could schedule a little more time the next day, but I was so pleased with what they had achieved in that initial amount of time that I decided that I could take care of those areas myself since they had done the bulk of the work. We were very pleased with the outcome and this weekend we got an offer on the house! Thank you for a great experience!

Our experience with Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service was very positive. We called them last week for a cleaning of our daughters home after she moved out and they were able to come and do it for us the very next day. Their employees both on the phone and the cleaning personnel were polite and professional and I am happy to say did everything we expected (they have a move out checklist on their website that spells out what they do for that type of cleaning so there were no surprises). In my opinion they did an excellent job and I am sure the new buyers will be happy with the end result! Its really nice when you are able to find a company that delivers what they advertise and these people do what they say. What made me pick them is the fact that they offer a service guarantee on their service, which means that if there is any problem with the cleaning done they will return at no charge to correct any concerns. Also because they are with the Better Business Bureau I knew that they will do what they promise if there is a problem. For us it was not necessary to have anybody return, it was done right the first time, but its good to know that they offer that peace of mind if necessary. Nice people to work with :)

Ive been using Colorado Springs House Cleaning for many years! They are very attentive to my needs and the office employees are very sweet and helpful. Theyve been doing regular service for me for a long time, but theyve helped me out in a pinch a few times with a really deep cleaning too which was nice when my husband came home from deployment! Really appreciate all the help your teams have given me over the years and Im extremely grateful to have them.

We had 2 wonderful ladies (Jessica & Bree) come in to clean our house today, and they did a WONDERFUL job! I left them a list a little on the long side- but they got it all knocked out, and the house looks great.VERY impressed with this company, I will definitely recommend.Thank you!

Hired them for a deep cleaning of my home when we moved in and I was surprised how detailed they were. Unfortunately the people who we purchased the house from did not leave the place in good shape and this company came in and did such a fantastic job! Very Pleased! Thank You! JA

The absolute worst....I paid $310 for a deep move out cleaning and the job they did was horrendous. They had minimal to no training, were talking about how they had gotten drunk the night before with her boyfriend, and did not have any kind of checklist for what was to be done....the cleaning that was provided was a standard $75 dollar cleaning at best and was FAR from being a deep move out clean.The woman who answers the phone was great, courteous and did everything she could to get us the service we were expecting, but the field crews were the worst. They returned 3 times but were looking to us to know what to clean every time; it was seriously ridiculous. GO ELSEWHERE FOR CLEANING SERVICE! If I can post photos of the cleaning I will but Im not sure Ill be able to.

The crew came and cleaned for us yesterday. We had a Move Out service done and we are having our Move In Service done today. Both girls Kelly and Shantel were very sweet and they did a really nice job. They are here doing our Move in Service today and after seeing the quality from yesterdays cleaning I know my home is going to sparkle. The prices were very reasonable and altogether the quality of the work just blew me away. You wouldnt know we lived in this home for over 10 years! The crew showed up right on time. They were friendly, efficient, worked very hard. They asked if there was anything specifically outside what they may normally do that I needed. Did a great job cleaning and made my bathroom look like a hotel with all the folding of the towels and even toilet paper. A+ service.

I cannot believe the level of detail they were able to get. My family and I just relocated to Colorado Springs with the Air Force. We moved into the home blind. It was so gunky and nasty. GROSS We had to stay in a hotel until we could get the house in shape. We have 2 littles at home a 2 year old and a 9 month old. The whole experience has been very stressful. I was expecting to have to gut the kitchen given the level of gunk and grime. Caked on grease on the cabinets and stove top. All of the appliances were modern, but omg the previous owners left it so grimy! They had pets, there was fur everywhere, there was a layer of greasy grime on everything. The cleaning crew did such a nice job. The ladies were so sweet. I was shocked at what they were able to accomplish in 4 hours. The dog smell is gone. I really thought I was going to have to gut the kitchen, they were able to get grease off that has been there for years. I sent some photos to them before hand to give them an idea of what kind of job this was. I added on here a before and after photo of the glass stove top.

We have used this company for a number of years and I have previously left a review for them a few years ago when we called them for a last minute deep cleaning and they were able to accommodate us and did an excellent job! We are now using them regularly so its time to update my review. In our experience they are a great service! A few years ago we called them at the last minute because we had last minute company coming and needed to get our home cleaned quickly! Up until then we had been cleaning our home ourselves but found that that was taking a lot of our free time on the weekend, and that was not fun. Because of our experience with their response to our last last minute call and the outstanding deep cleaning they did we decided to set up regular bi-weekly service. We are very very pleased. with what they do for us on a regular basis. Our place has never looked so good! Trust me we are not slobs but they go above and beyond every time they come ... they do an excellent job! We are also now doing a two times per year deep cleaning / spring cleaning service to take care of the maintenance areas. Our place looks great and even my picky wife agrees its worth every penny having them come regularly. This company is friendly and easy to work with. When we originally set this up they were able to do an estimate over the phone and were able to come and take care of this the very next day! Do I recommend these people? Absolutely YES! Someone just asked me for a recommendation for a house cleaning service, and I realized I owed Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service a long-overdue review! We had five or six of the areas top cleaning services work our house over the years. My sons Medicaid waiver paid for it due to the severe allergies he had at that time, so we really got to know the competition. Everyone did a great job for us, but then Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service came through and put them to such shame! No detail was too small for them. They even scrubbed the sliding glass door tracks! Im not kidding, I was so amazed looking over their work that all I could do was laugh!

BEWARE - STOLE MONEY!!!!!!This company stole almost $200.00 in cash from us. When I called the company, the man was so unhelpful and almost screaming at me. Luckily a lady got on the phone and was much more pleasant. She did say that sometimes people hide their payment, but if this is true and they believed it was a payment, why did they also take the full payment from my husband shortly thereafter. The lady said she would call me back once she got a hold of the two ladies that cleaned our house....which never happened. I wanted to give them an opportunity to return the money before calling the police, but unfortunately they did not want to cooperate. The cleaning services werent terrible, but I wouldnt say they were great either. I still had to clean for several hours to make it look good enough to move out. And after reading some of the owners responses on other complaints in these reviews, I have a feeling this company is not going to take responsibility for their mistakes. I never leave reviews but I just knew I needed to warn good people of this company. ***UPDATE*** Response from company sounds exactly like they sounded when I called to make the complaint, dont want to take any responsibility. No, you personally may not steal $200, but someone working for you did. You ask why they would jeopardize their future, well unfortunately people do that all the time, you would actually have to ask them in order for you to know why they did it. If you truly were worried about one of your employees stealing from your customers, you would have not yelled at me on the phone and actually called me back. I have absolutely no motive to write a bad review about you or any other company, except for the simple fact that money was stolen from me. In fact, I wouldnt of even written a review of this company if my money wasnt stolen. And to answer your question....yes a police report has been filed.

Before hiring this company, you should go over to their offices and see how completely filthy and disorganized the place is. I made the mistake of hiring them to do cleaning of two vacation rentals of mine. They totally screwed up the schedule, got very defensive when they did not show up to clean on a date they had confirmed with me via email and then hung up on me when I shared my concern that they might be disorganized. They never apologized for their error and instead continuously blamed me for not communicating clearly (even though the email came from them). The dirt and grime all over their personal corporate office should be a dead giveaway.

We are very impressed! We hired them to do a deep cleaning of our home. We have just not had the time to do this ourselves and we finally decided it was time to just hire somebody to do it for us. Worth every penny! They did an exceptional job and in 4 1/2 hours they had the place sparking clean! We should have done this sooner..lol. That was a LOT easier than trying to do it ourselves .. this is definately the way we will go in the future rather than trying to make time on the weekend to clean it ourselves. These people are great! Friendly office staff, hardworking cleaning people, very easy to book with them .. all round a very positive experience.
