I love Amys cleaning. The cleaners themselves are so sweet and trust worthy. I have a pet and they make sure she is safe and comfortable while they work. If I ever have a question Amy is ready to help. I love the level of communication and reminders. I have a small home and a relatively small job, but never feel less important to them.Thank you

Amy’s is the best cleaning service I have ever used. Her communication is top notch - she always texts at least 48 hours ahead of time to confirm her time of arrival and any changes in schedule. If she needs to make changes, she always does so in a timely manner. She is so friendly and warm, it is like having a friend stop by. She works quickly but throughly, getting everything planned finished. I often need to come up with one or two more tasks for her to do! She and her co-worker do a fabulous job - I love the way my little house looks after they leave. I have had chronic pain for over 20 years, and Amy has made my life so much better, allowing me to relax and enjoy my home in a new way. She has been a tremendous gift to me. Don’t know what I’d do without her. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. A great local business.

Wow--I couldnt be happier with the service that Amy provides. I have high standards and didnt expect them to be met and just wanted my house cleaned on a regular basis. However, she surpasses my expectations by far and is very reasonably priced. And she is very accommodating for a household with dogs and the occasional foster dog. I highly recommend her to you.

Amy and her colleague did a reasonably good job, though they were slow compared to other housecleaners Ive worked with. The problem I have with Amy is poor communication and she quit on me with no warning on the day she was scheduled. I signed up for twice a month. She came once then skipped the following two week appointment which was Thanksgiving, which was fine but she said she was going to find a time to fit us in but never got back to me. But today, at the time she was supposed to come, which is 4 weeks after her first cleaning, she wanted to change her time to a time I couldnt be here, so she quit. I had waited 4 weeks for her to come back and she did not give me the courtesy of trying to work something out. I paid and tipped her well.I dont know why she quit because she refused to respond to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
