I had the opportunity to visit this gym thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Charles Poliquin achieved the rare feat of becoming a legend in his own time due to his intellect, personality, and results. Unfortunately, Coach Poliquin is no longer with us but his legacy lives on and this gym is part of said legacy. Anyone who uses the resources of this gym will undoubtedly become stronger and better at their respective craft.
