We had major hail damage following the huge storm in May of this year. Our Gutter Helmet team assessed damage, removed the older product, waited until the roofing was repaired/replaced, and promptly reinstalled the new product on our gutters. Their team, from the owner, staff and field team are nothing but the best! Weve been doing business with them for 16 years and have to tell you that I would give them 10 stars if possible! Our installer, Theron, was absolutely phenomenal! Great at what he does, took the time to explain things to us through the process of removal and install and left our place better that when he arrived!

We had Gutter Helmets installed in 2005. In 2016, after severe hail storms we had both the roof and the Gutter Helmets replaced. We have been happy with the product and with the fantastic service Gutter Helmet provided. For example, Kirk, one of the owners, came out the same day I called and repaired the Gutter Helmets where they had been slightly damaged by hail. While he was on the roof he caulked a few spots where the roof had been damaged. Kirt and Vickie did a great job of handling my insurance claim. Theron did a awesome job of installing new and reinstalling old gutter helmet after new roof. He brought two colors for me to consider. We purchased Gutter Helmets in 2005 and these gutters are fantastic! We called this week thinking they needed better drainage. However, it turned out that the lower downspout was plugged from root blockage and debris. Kirk and Max were professional and so courteous. It was our fault yet they still replaced the old clips and hosed all the gutters. They went over and above our expectation. I would highly recommend these gutters and these great guys! I bought gutters from them in 2010. I had my house stuccoed this year (2021). They came out and did an assessment for me prior to the stucco work starting. After the stucco they came out and painted the the new metal down spout holders to match the gutters. They didnt charge me for the service they provided. Ive only had to call them a few times but when I have they have been very professional and timely. Their office staff is also very professional and friendly. This is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I sent them an email about the issue with my gutter helmet in back being stopped up. They immediately responded to my email. Kirt came out today and checked out the gutters all around my house. It was an easy fix to the problem out back and he was done in less than 15 minutes - no charge (as advertised). In this day and age it is wonderful to see a company stand behind their guarantee!!

The Gutter Helmet gutters have been excellent in keeping out pine needles as well as leaves, much better that previous systems I have tried in the 45 years I have owned my house. I had gutter helmet protection installed on our house 10-15 years ago and it has worked well. Recently something went wrong and one part of our gutter wasn’t draining right. I called Gutter Helmet and, they sent two workers out an hour later. They were very cheerful and helpful. They did a good job on my mothers house. Could have been done quicker.

Defective gutter guard that is a horrible design that clogs constantly. Leaks in the Spring and icicles during the winter. Have to get up on a ladder to spray out debris with garden hose, which defeats the purpose. Worthless!

This company has made several promises in doing right by us via corporate and through our attorney to no avail; its been nothing but lies. And to make matter worse, they continue to delete our review from the general public. We ended up paying another company to fix Gutter Helmets mistakes...disgraceful. Youve been warned!ORIGINAL REVIEW:In all good conscious, we cannot recommend Gutter Helmet after their blatant mismanagement: professionally, ethically and legally. After doing business with Gutter Helmet, water damage started to appear.We later discovered that Gutter Helmet’s install was not done properly and needed to be readjusted. An easy fix, right? Wrong! Once we addressed our concerns with the company’s owner (Kirt Byerly) he illegally voided our warranty and refused assistance.We complained about our mistreatment online where Gutter Helmet tried everything in their power to discredit our complaints. Gutter Helmet saved the day for me so to speak. I had received misinformation from other contractors. Kirt took the time to explain and show me what was done on my roof then showed and explained to me how it should have been done. Although the problem I had was with another business, Kirt and his staff walked me through how to fix it under the Gutter Helmet product warranty.
