After weeks of trying to make an appointment, I finally went to our appointment only to be told she could not because shes allergic to smoke...Go to Maggies shoppe. Theyre walk in, easy, and much less expensive.In response to the owners reply:I called her to set an appointment letting her know I just had spinal surgery, but she was on the way to a crime scene and could not set one. I left messages for her and did not get a return call. I had to call again to set an appointment. Today is exactly 3 weeks from my first call As a result of that surgery I have to wear a back brace which popped off after parking in her must pay parking space. I was unaware of any skin showing and dealing with limited mobility and difficulty in daily activities. Her response to the situation is evident below... This is not how a professional should treat anyone. Theres proof in my phone records of attempted contact.I would highly encourage anyone to support a different business. She can refuse service to anyone she pleased, although Im not sure if that includes someone with a temporary disability. We can choose to support or not any business we choose. You can see by her petty response calling me a liar her utter lack of professionalism.

My experience at Ignis Forensics could not have been better. Diana was super friendly, professional, and quick as I was crunched for time. She explained thoroughly what to do with my fingerprinting cards and even gave me recommendations for where to go to send them. She called FedEx and let them know I was coming in where I received yet again, great help. She went above and beyond to make sure my fingerprinting cards got to where they needed to go because I had a very bad experience prior to and the company lost my fingerprints and never retrieved them. I have used the Pueblo Judicial Branch in the past , but I would use Diana over and over again!!

I contacted IGNIS Forensics via the website contact page about getting two sets of fingerprints done. Within an hour Dianna had gotten back to me via e-mail with some follow up questions. I had my appointment today (6/26/2020) Dianna was very professional and informative. She provided great advice on filling out my cards if they needed more info, as well as the best method to get them mailed out. I highly recommend her services!

Excellent service. Diana was very professional and personable and took diligent care to make sure that my fingerprint cards were completed accurately. She took the time to wipe down the machine, when image was not perfect, to make sure that the best possible image was captured. She provided detailed instructions about how to mail in the prints to ensure that they arrived safely at their destination safely.

Very professional, very friendly and phone calls returned in a very timely fashion.My experience with Mrs Taylor was amazing! I contacted her and the appointment was made for the following day. There was a cancelation and she tried to accommodate me early. Mrs Taylor explained everything before we started, ensured I had the correct paperwork for my needs and how to use them.

Dianna is exceptionally professional, thorough, and fast. Her customer service is amazing. Instead of dealing with phone prompt after phone prompt, when you call her you get....HER. She tells you exactly what you need, schedules a time for you so there is no waiting in line, and gets you taken care of. She also went above and beyond in finding other colleagues that operate similarly whom I can refer out of state agents to, and emailed me a list! She is truly incredible. Dianna was amazing on the day I was getting fingerprinted. She then went above and beyond for me when I found an additional form after about a week from being fingerprinted. (Cheapest fingerprints in COS also!)

This lady is amazing and takes very good care of her clients. She went out our her way to make sure our paternity testing was collected properly and that we were at ease with everything. We have a two month old and she was very gentle with her and she never cried one time. This is a thank you to Miss Dianna for taking such good care of us.
