I have been seeing Sara for three years. She is absolutely the BEST counselor anyone could ask for, not to mention a wonderful person that TRULY cares. She has been an absolute life savor for me. I could not have made it through the last three years without her. My appointments with her are the highlight of my week! Her cognitive therapy approach is one of the best and I have had my fair share of counselors over the last ten years. She will literally take my multiple insanely stressful situations I am dealing with and help me prioritize what to deal with first and walks me through the things I need to do to get it accomplished, which is what is needed when you have 10 different urgent and highly significant issues to deal with.SHE IS AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
