If I could do 0 stars I would. Went here JUST for boxes. Somehow $40 worth of boxes turned into a $125 charge on my card. Went in and showed the manager and his toothless friend he keeps behind the counter the charge on my account. They proceed to laugh and tell me they werent going to do anything to fix this. SHADY AS HELL! Literally save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE! horrible people just looking to rip anyone they can off to fund their crack shack. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!

As a landscaper, we rent from All Star Rental all the time. From Uhaul Trucks to haul big loads of plants, to Uhaul trailers to haul trees & various materials, to renting equipment we need to get the landscape jobs done. The location is convenient, easy fast in and out, friendly helpful staff and good equipment each time. We have never had any issues. Great to do business with.. 5 Stars.

Rent a truck in January. Staff were great but truck had bald tires on rear. We we moving items from mountains so when it started to snow, we found out how bad tire were. We should have checked all the tires. Oddly front tires looked brand new. We did get stuck in driveway and needed a pulled. Tires so bald that driving in any snow was dangerous. The check-engine light came on an hour after we got the truck and stayed on until we returned it. Trucks need to be serviced better.

If I could rate lower we would. Last minute move with the whole pandemic thing going on we had to use this company and that’s the ONLY reason we did. We reserved the truck and at pickup we’re informed we would have to return the truck to the same location. That means drive it back from Westminster Colorado to this little shop in Colorado Springs as they reserved it the next day to be driven out of state. We agreed, DIDNT have too much of an option, to then be told we wouldn’t be charged mileage( well duh considering we’re doubling the mileage having to bring the truck back). Fine. We get the truck there then seems to be the next issue if no gas. Had to fill 35 gallons. Drive it, moved our belongings, and drove it back the next morning. We made sure to fill it to the 3/4th tank like our paperwork says we’re supposed to receive the truck and return the truck. Right. We get to the shop that supposedly reserved it that day and they’re closed on sundays. This little janky shop is a rip off. We were in desperate times and needed a truck so we knew half of what we got ourselves into. Look elsewhere. Don’t agree with anything anyone here tries to sell you because it’s all tricks.

This place gives great service at fair prices. Staff are very polite as well.

We are very happy with our service at u haul. We rented truck at Columbus Ohio and drove all the way here, truck was in great condition as well as trailer that we towed our car with. Person who made this experience even better is Elijah who works here. He made everything go smooth. I recommend this place to everyone especially for one way long trip what we had.

Price is decent, very friendly. This place is my to go spot for all rental. Awesome company.

Been using them for yrs renting Uhaul...now propane. Eveyone thats ever worked/works here have been great.

Awesome service. I have rented from them several times and they are always super helpful. Im a horrible procrastinator and needed to buy and install a hitch for my upcoming move. They went above and beyond to get the hitch installed installed just in time.

I only dropped of a uhaul trailer here, but they were very helpful and fast.

I have come in a couple times now -- each time they didnt have the vehicle I reserved, and always try to upsell me into a larger truck. The first time, I had to wait at the store for over an hour for them to get the van. The second time, they flat out told me someone else had the pick-up truck and I would have to get something larger -- something that wouldnt fit under the awning. I left the store without a vehicle, after having been dropped off.Uhaul customer service isnt winning any awards either. It is a Wednesday at 2 PM and I have been waiting for over an hour for phone customer service; chat customer service only took 45 minutes to respond.The reservation guarantee isnt guaranteed by Uhaul at all, and is really up to the location whether they will honor it or not. I was told by Uhaul customer service that the location manager would try to make things right, and will contact me within 3-5 business days. I wont be choosing Uhaul or All Star Rental in the future.

This place is crap. I had a rental for 3 hours and reserved it online for 3 hours! I rented furniture pads and didnt even use them and they charged me 152 for 3 hours use of a piece of crap truck. Dont go here.

For propane and propane accessories... dont ask for Hank Hill, but theyll take care of your needs.

These guys always have a utility trailer in stock for rent when I need to haul rock, dirt and other landscaping materials.

Miscommunication/subterfuge and overzealous profiteering really contradict the christian bible passages this weirdo has posted all over his store. charlatans! go elsewhere, if you can!
