LATE and MISSING ITEMS. I ordered my cap and gown in a package deal for my masters graduation and the other items were not received. My cap and gown arrived the day before I needed it, and when I tried to call customer service they asked me to leave a call back number. Five hours later a rep called but said she was from the high school side and would be unable to do anything for me, esp since everyone had already gone home.Dont buy from these people or trust that theyll send your stuff on time. Theyre based 30 minutes from me and couldnt get my order right/on time. They shipped the weekend of my graduation! Great planning, Herff Jones. πŸ™„

Virtual ceremony on 5/1-- our order was not delivered until 5/13....I put in order in March..... absolutely horrible service would not give me a refund, or partial refund..... dont even bother with this company, look elsewhere for a cap and gown

They don’t communicate clearly, and you can’t get ahold of anyone (text or call). They forgot to add my memory tassel to my order as well. It is unprofessional and it was a very frustrating experience.

My first child (of 9) to graduate. Purchased a class ring as a Christmas present, WELL IN ADVANCE. Its 2 weeks before Christmas and I still dont have it. I wont be returning for anything from these people. Customer service is trash, other reviews arent even exaggerating. Get your graduation needs somewhere elsewhere. Lots of companies sell class rings, graduation cap/gown, and anything else you might night. These people are completely over-priced and Ive waited 2 months, after I sent tons of money to them, to be told that they dont even have the order on record. Wow, seriously? My check hasnt even gone through the bank! If I didnt keep an eye on my spending, the money wouldnt be there! NEVER AGAIN! The stress from this situation was completely unnecessary.

I ordered graduation announcement cards along with some other items for what was supposed to be my Spring 2020 graduation. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic my graduation ceremony has been postponed to December 2020. I wanted to see how I could get a refund on my items and Im APPALLED that you are not giving any refunds for grad announcements. I get that youre giving out free printable cards to put in the announcements. BUT, that doesnt makeup for the fact that Im still going to have to spend another hundred some dollars on new cards that contain a new date. The class of 2020 has worked for years to get here. The fact that youre offering up free downloadable inserts that anyone could have written themselves is HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, AWFUL, TERRIBLE, and most importantly DISHEARTENING. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID HERFF JONES AT ALL COSTS.

Graduation Pickup today at Widefield High School a Disaster. Paid $170 + for a Package didnt get the Jewelry I ordered for my Son. When I talked to the old Representative and the young one I was told I didnt payed for Cap and Gown only for 25 Invitation Package. Insulting me, horrible Representives should be fired by the Company for saying that HQ dont know what they are doing. Well will call HQ and file a Complain. Will call Principal and tell them to use Jestins for 2021.

I really should have looked at these reviews before I gave this company my business for my sons letter jacket. I ordered it in November, and was told it would be ready in 8 weeks, 10 at the absolute latest. I called yesterday, which was week 12, to see whats going on. Low and behold it just got there. Yeah right! However I wasnt going to say anything, even though it wasnt here in time for his 16th birthday. I asked the lady on the phone what hours someone will be there today. She told me that she should be there all day between 9-4. I get there a little before 10 today just for the office to be closed and no one around. The sign on the window said someone would be back by 2:30pm. This was very rude and inconvenient as I live 50 miles away round trip. I showed back up this afternoon to pick up the jacket and got attitude from one of the women saying well I had to deliver some items to a high school. I can understand that, what I dont understand is why it took 2 people to do that, especially when I was told someone would be there all day. Their official hours of operation are 2:30-4 M-F! Really?! Maybe if they were open longer than 7 1/2 hours a week their customer service would be better, and it wouldnt take 12 weeks to get something in. I would highly recommend one of the other places in town for your graduation and letter jacket needs. Ill be trying to make sure my sons high school doesnt recommend this business any longer.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered my cap and gown for graduation two months in advance. A month later I called the 800 number on the website and asked why I had not received it. They said they had my order but had a problem with their payment processing system. I then called the local office in Colorado Springs and they state I have to pay twice as much because its now a rushed order. I explained that the school received notification that I had already ordered it which gave me no reason to think I needed to do anything further. Both people in their CO springs office spoke to me like I was an idiot, and were very condescending. Even calling me sweetie while they refused to apologize for their mistake and interrupted me on the phone. Then they said I have to come to their office to pick up the cap and gown but they close at 4pm. Which means if I go there, I now have to take off work to do so. I will be ordering my regalia on Amazon with two day shipping instead. Your graduation should be a time to celebrate, dont deal with these jerks.

Full package not received, Since May 21, several calls , promises of call backs within 24 hours still no Diploma plaque, not fair for our 2020 graduates specially on this time, I feel I have been robed by Heff Jones, next step BBB

This company is full of bs and they dont care about you, only your money. On top of that their customer service is trash. When describing an order mixup to a fellow named Brad, he calmly responded with what, am I supposed to feel bad for you? Find someone else to help you.Get this, they sent me my gown with a hole in one side and a cap without a tassel 10 days before graduation, which meant it couldnt be fixed, sneaky bastards.
