Was seen during Labor Day weekend for extremely painful tooth. I had contact with the receptionist who was polite and Dr Joshua who was efficient.I would like to specially thank Stephanie who was very gentle at taking my x rays, for giving me information about my extracted molar after the procedure and for her warm personality. She really made things better.PS: Just for information purposes my 2 X-rays and simple molar extraction came to a total of $480

My wife was in so much pain from a dying nerve in her back tooth and her regular dentist didnt have any availability for like a week or so just to have it pulled. This dentist was able to see her immediately and do an xray and extraction right then. They were nice and professional and good at what they do.

I had to go in for a broken front tooth. It would have been good to tell me it was a minimum of $95 and that no work would be done unless I could make arrangements for min $6000 before I drove an hour and a half there and she wanted to throw my tooth away when everything I read said bring it. So needless to say I drove the hour and a half back home with my tooth not fixed. :(People were nice overall though.

Staff was very friendly and informative! I needed to go in on a Sunday cause I had some concerns that I couldnt wait until the next day. The only the complaints I have is that no one was there and took them over 30 mins to see me. They told me they were cleaning a room, But I dont see how it took so long when they had a lot of rooms and no one else was there. After getting my plan for my dental work it was very high priced and made me wait to go to my dentist. Other wise they would have had my business and im understanding how dental work is not cheap!! But they where about 2k more than what I needed to have done from my dentist.

Dentist and staff were great. Calmed my wife down. Were kind, gental, and understanding.She was nervous but through humor and talking to her like family helped a lot. All in all good experience.

I was having a MAJOR emergency. I had two teeth that needed extracted. I went to my normal dentist, they gave me a string of antibiotics and a referral to get them pulled. When I called the referral surgeon they said itd be weeks. I was so worried because the antibiotics didnt work. My face swelled so bad I couldnt talk. No one would take me seriously...I FINALLY got the help I needed. I called here and they got me in that very day. I got my teeth pulled easily and some more antibiotics and the next day my face was already better. Doctor Laughlin saved the day! His assistant was awesome too. I wash I got her name. Either way, these people saved the day for me and I plan on making them my permanent dentist.

The care I received from all the staff was excellent and very caring and kind. I had and extraction and large abscess drained. I was there for about two hours but it was totally understandable since the single dentist on handled 4 cases including mine during that time. The dentist gave each patient his total focus and resolved each case with positive results for all. The dentist gave me clear instructions on how to care for my mouth and even emphasized needing to continue to the very end all my meds and medicated mouth wash to get the best healing. If I were to have another dental emergency I would go back with no hesitation!!!!!

My wife had a toothache Labor Day weekend, Dr Laughlin recommended a root canal, they charged us $1000+ even with dental insurance, my wife was not given after care instructions or any paperwork after the procedure, they sent her home without meds, she continued having pain so she got a 2nd opinion, we found out the Dr didn’t take out all the roots, we had to pay more money elsewhere, we requested a refund several times and they keep giving us the run-around. This place charges too much for bad service. We were totally ripped off by this dental clinic. The manager Stephanie has failed to reach back to us after several attempts.

They are so nice and funny. Prices are great. Im so afraid of dentist do to past experiences. The dentist was gentle and very sweet. Ill keep going back and I will also recommend them to anyone who needs a great place to go for dental care.Thank you.

My husband went in for an emergency tooth pulling. Not only did they break 2 of his other teeth, they left a sharp pointed piece of tooth behind that he had to pull out himself after cutting his tongue. They also over charged us and keep taking money out of my account! They have charged my account 2 extra times after signing an agreement meant only for one payment. I am so disappointed and distraught! They keep taking my grocery money!!! Do not go here!! They have awful service!!!

I definitely recommend this place. They are good at getting an appointment set up quickly. Im usually able to get in same day, if not then the next day depending on availability. Dr. Camerino has done an excellent job at getting me taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Tonight I had a wisdom tooth extraction done at Emergency Dental. They were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The doctor took the time to listen to my fears and try his best to work around them. I would definitely go back if I ever have an emergency.

Went in for wisdom tooth pain and was promptly taken care of. Received consultation and extraction within four hours of initially calling and within two hours of appointment time. Was definitely affordable for emergency care without insurance. Would definitely recommend if experiencing any dental emergency!!

Very proficient, called 4 other so called emergency dental places that said open 7 days a week. Only one that answered and got me in quickly for my abscessed tooth for extraction. Will use them again and reccomend

Absolutely fantastic group of people- I was in the Springs spending time with family and cracked a molar one night at dinner- they got me in quickly got the tooth removed (there was no hope of saving it- it was cracked straight through) made sure I understood what was going on, explained billing etc. and generally made me feel confident that I was getting the best care.

I woke up in excruciating pain on Saturday morning. By that afternoon I had the issue fixed. No long waiting around in pain. They were so polite and concerned for me too! Highly recommend for emergencies.

They did a fine job. Got me in promptly, saw me promptly, and gave me 3 courses of action. Would use again.

I came in on Sunday with the worst toothache and a chipped molar that was exposing the nerve. We did x-rays and reveals a lot of work to be done. I thought I was going to have to schedule out an appointment for a root canal but im so happy they got me right in, they walked me through every part of the procedure, they were very comforting and professional. I feel a billion times better and it was waaaaaay cheaper than I expected. I highly recommend for any tooth issues or upkeep. (:

Be aware of their pricing I guess because they can get you in on the same day they charged twice what my normal dentist would charge. Im in the middle of dental work but have a gum recession thats causing pain I have another week before my dentist appointment so I came in here I am having some other work done so I did not want him to pull it I want to wait it was $60 for the visit and she took two X-Rays then they told me it would be $435 to pull the tooth they said my insurance would pay $235 so it would be $200. I have a quote from my dentist to remove two teeth with my insurance and it would be $180 total. I ended up leaving and they didnt even give me a prescription for pain meds I already have antibiotic if you can wait for a regular dentist or you dont care about the price go ahead

Really really was scared and the Dentist and hygienist were so caring and gentle. Im petrified of Dentist and I never felt more at ease and been living with my pain for 7 months just not to go. So happy with my experience. Will be returning for further tooth pain.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous! After filling out all the paperwork and waiting well over an hour, I left! The dentist could have seen me, but I was told that if I didn’t want to pay for X-rays again, I could wait for my dentist to send them over! Finally, as I had to leave for another appointment, the X-rays came! Why didn’t the dentist see me while we were waiting for the X-rays? They charge for a consultation, so he could have made that money while we were waiting for the X-rays! I saw a dentist nearby who was able to get me in right away and the consultation was free! I won’t be going back to the emergency dental!

I cannot stand going to the dentist! But, from the moment that I called to the moment of leaving the building, I had the best experience. I plan on using them for my regular dentist check ups from here on out!

I recently started having severe dental pain, and my regular dentist was unavailable due to the holiday schedule. The staff here were able to get me in and determined the source of my dental problem very quickly. When it became apparent I needed a fair amount of work done, they discussed all treatment options and payment plans in easy-to-understand terms. And when I chose to have the work done, they proceeded without fuss or requesting that I wait. Throughout this entire time, they were always pleasant and professional, which was very much appreciated.

Had such a rough experience. The dentist was extremely rough, kept hitting my other teeth hard and pinching my face btw which is bruised now. He twisted, pulled at, and even pried. He was pressing down so hard the the jaw on the other side was hurting. He kept saying my tooth was stubborn. After about 2 hours and the numbing wore off. But guess what.... he still could not get the roots out and advised me I would have to come back the next day. The only reason they got 2 stars was due to Dr. C and his dental assistant. I am in so much pain and lost 2 days of work and can not eat. This was a simple extraction! Plus trying to find out why I am paying the same amount my son paid when I have insiramce and he did not. Please be careful and DO NOT let the Doctor that is I believe pf Chinese decent. He is really rpugh and sorry to say not knowledgible about his profession.

Stopped by in an out of state visit for a dental emergency while in Colorado Springs - even when everywhere else was closed, they were able to get me into an appointment almost right away.Staff were extremely courteous and the suite is very modern/well equipped. I was pleased with my initial visit. However, since it was a Sunday, and my insurance company was closed, they werent able to verify my insurance so I had to pay $480 out of pocket which I was assured once insurance was verified I would be reimbursed in a timely manner.Well, its been over two months since my insurance was verified and Emergency Dental received payment from my insurance.There is no number to call for corporate. There is an email address for someone named Erica Shirk who doesnt respond either.Ive spoken to Kylie and Angie several times and keep getting the run around. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at the lack of professionalism or ability to communicate with anyone at all. I keep being told it will be another two weeks.If I send a check right now to anywhere in the USA it will be there within five days. So where is my money!? Anybody want to call me!? How does a corporation not have a telephone number? This is a horrible time for people economically and you should be ashamed of yourselves for not even attempting to reach out to me.I do want to say the doctor was very professional and did a great job with my extraction. Other than that I am 100% dissatisfied with the after care communication.

This place is horrible not only do they not do their job they try and take extra money from you. DO NOT GO HERE. They barely give you any numbing medicine and the dentist yells at you if u move too much from discomfort of them having their whole hand in ur mouth

It was Thanksgiving morning, my tooth had broke and I needed help quickly. Emergency Dental was there for me. They gave up their holiday morning to help me out and I truly appreciate everything they did for me...even pulling my tooth!! I am not a fan of the dentist... But Jennifer and Dr. Cantua are awesome. Not only did they make the experience enjoyable they are actually open on a Friday and after I get off work. Ive already scheduled my next appointment. Ive finally found my dentist!!!!

I had a crown break off on New Years Eve. I call Emergency Dental Care USA on January 2 and they were able to get me in that day. After the x-Ray, the dentist determined that the tooth needed to be extracted. The extraction was painless and the whole appointment took about 90 minutes. The cost was about half of what I was expecting.

They refused to give my wife more pain medic after a tooth extraction. Was up every 2 hours to medicate here and it still wasnt enough. If you are going to treat someone at least keep them comfortable

They took care of his wisdom teeth, he had minimum discomfort and he is back to normal. They took the time to answer every question and made the situation go so smoothly!!! But, then they called in a dentist who did an amazing job and did everything professionally and quickly. I just wish I knew his name so I could request him again. I had the misfortune to bite the inside of my cheek and, after nearly 24 hours, the bleeding still hadnt stopped. I lost an entire nights sleep because of it. The dentist I saw was very thorough. He spent more than an hour trying to get the bleeding under control and finally succeeded, so I left very relieved and very happy@

Dr.Kramer is truly a life saver!!! Saturday night i started having the most excruciating dental pain. Not only was my mouth hurting but my eye was throbbing as well as my head from being in so much pain 😫😫. I use Google to find a dental office that was open and while they were 30 minutes away I still made the drive. I wasnt even in the office good and the nurse game me a topical to stop some of the throbbing until it was my turn to see the Dr. All of the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Kramer arrived to the rescue and numbed me right up and got me taken care of. I only wish they werent so far away because i wouldve definitely switched Dental offices🥰. Thank you guys again for all your help and Ive never been so excited to take an antibiotic in my life 💃🏿💃🏿

The whole team was great. I needed an extraction, and my normal dentist was out of town. Check-in was seamless, front desk was helpful, the tech (London) was proficient, and the doc (Cramer - sp?) was a pro. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, and the whole process was ideal...minus the part where I had to have a tooth pulled.

Amazing customer service and even better treatment. Will be going here for all future dental needs. Dr. Carter is the best!

I was visiting family in Colorado and towards the end of our trip developed terrible pain in my tooth. I found this office through Google and decided to give it a try. They were very kind and straight to the point. The doctor informed me I had an abscess where a previous root canal was done. He prescribed me an antibiotic and pain medication to get me through until I made it back home. I would definitely recommend this place.

Folks were nice but all I needed was a temporary shell until I could get to my regular dentist where I have already paid for a permanent crown which is ready. I am on a fire assignment for the Colorado fires and will be going home the 15th of September. They wanted to change me $508.00 for a temp. Shell Which will be replaced in 2 weeks. So beware of their exorbitant pricing.

I had an Extraction a week ago at my Dentist.In this, I had Dry SocketAlso called: alveolar osteitis.My Dentist is not available on weekends. so I went to tge ER Dentist (Dr Kevin G).He and his staff were so friendly, professional and kind. They assisted me with my needs, offered to do dore if I needed, and made me feel very comfortable.Dentist are typically unpleasant to deal with. Not here. They are great!

I’m so scared of dentist that I let two of my teeth in the top row rot away in the back, the numbing solution often doesn’t work on the left side of my face. (Been this way since a child hence my fear) he made sure I was very comfortable anytime I made a face or a noise he would ask if it was painful & always made sure I stayed breathing. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist ever! Very patient & was even willing to completely save my teeth! Just couldn’t pay that amount. Highly recommended.

It was so frustrating to have gone to this clinic, with terrible tooth pain and to be treated so poorly by the receptionist... from the moment I walked in the door it felt like I was the problem. The doctor was nice enough as was the dental assistant, but after the third rude interaction with the receptionist I was unwilling to continue patronizing the clinic. I hope that the bedside manner of the receptionist becomes more welcoming as to not push away future clients.

My experience was wonderful. They were able to get me in right away, and everyone was very nice. I was experiencing a lot of pain due to an infected root canal that came on pretty suddenly. The dentist put me at ease, and was able to treat me. I am really glad I went! I highly recommend!
