The service man, Gregg, was personable and worked untii he solved the problem. There are still problems with the copier It just has not been the ideal copier for our needs. We need to make copies on legal size paper and this machine is not designed to do this.

I have been in an agreement with Verticomm and All Copy now for about 2.5 years and am very disappointed in the overall service that I have received from the company as a whole. Originally, the solution they presented failed miserably but the service is converted to a lease that is one sided in their behalf. We have experienced hacking into our systems and computers despite having their cyber security that seems to conflict with other security offerings they have which caused the breach. We have had every negative issue possible from billing, site service, selling and providing copiers that do not fit our needs or fit within the space provided, site IT services that are poorly coordinated. They focus their efforts on the larger customers and if you are a small business, I would recommend not doing business with either company. I have tried to communicate with them on multiple occasions and they are unwilling to release us from this one sided agreement.

Called to get an older HP all in one served, first after being on eternal hold I get a lady who sounded like she hated her job. Then Im told they wont work on my printer because its old and they dont have keep parts that old, I said Im ok if they have to be ordered. Then Im told if they break something, theyd be liable for it, well the same would be for a new printer, how about lets not plan on breaking anything. Then I ask, what if theres no parts needed, I get the we just dont work on printers that age. These people got a whole lot of quit in them or we cant or dont going on. They try harder not to do work than actually doing work.Hey geniuses heres a news flash, people with older broken printers are more likely to buy a new printer than people with new printers. Now youre the last people Id call for a new printer......... Hello, can anybody say possible new printer lead waisted!

Their technicians are outstanding as well; Brad and Niels are the best copy/print techs in their field and always respond quickly and make sure the job is completed in a timely fashion!

This company has very unsavory practices based on taking advantage of clients through a very sneaky lease contract. Extremely bad value Be very aware. Very unprofessional service as well, nearly vulgar. Dont waste your money or time. We bought 2 commercial printers from them with no follow up service. The printers still do not work after 3 months

Do yourself a favor and purchase a copier outright. All Copy Products is a rip off. The contract states that they can increase your payment and image charges by a maximum of 15% at each successive 12 month period. Bait and switch. Service is terrible. You pay for all the paper too.

I just received a sales call from this company pretending that I already have been doing business with them. I have no relationship with this company and when I called them out on it, they proceeded to try to sell me on their services. This is a terrible and dishonest way of selling. I would never do business with a company that is dishonest with its sales practices.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Leased a copier from them, as soon as they picked up our old copier (which they said they would return to our old copier provider) and never returned it. I also was told that the remainder of our old lease would be paid off by All Copy, which was also never paid. Horrible, time consuming experience!

I couldnt get over the price of the business equipment supplies here. The service was also impeccable.
