I had no idea this place actually existed until it was recommend to me from Batteries Plus. Most of the workers here are very professional and have great insight about the company. I highly recommend Matt or Tyler; both are very respectful, patient, and understanding throughout many visits. I absolutely love a company that focuses on customer satisfaction/ quality rather than sales, and Matt and Tyler strongly hit that mark. Repair wise, they were very fast with foreign parts delivered in < a week. The repair for my phone took under 30 minutes and was fairly priced. They gave me a discount too!

Needed a screen repair on a newer phone. This was the least expensive option locally, and also offers warranty renewal and a new battery. VERY great service, and very happy with the results! Phone looks brand new! Will definitely return if services are needed again!

Best price to fix my Note 10+ That i could find in town! They were very friendly, helpful and communicative. They got my phone fixed in 2 hours, other places told me it would be a whole day. Definitely recommend!

The 2 people I spoke with were very personable and knowledgeable. When I left my switch I knew what was being done, and how much it would be in the end. No surprises or anything. It got done ahead of schedule by 2 days, I received several texts along the way and a phone call when it was done. Would absolutely recommend them!

My phone was having issues with the mic on my phone and they were able to get it fixed within a couple hours. Since the phone was under warranty, and theyre an authorized Samsung service center, it was fixed at no cost to me. Everybody I talked to was very friendly and professional. I will happily come back even if the next repair is on me

Walked in, told.me how to get ahold of insurance, dropped my phone off all in 10 minutes. Told me to come back in 2-2.5 hours or they will text another number to let you know its ready. They text me just under 2 hours and its ready fixed and Im using it to.leave this review for them. Great work.

They did a great job advocating for me. My phone wouldnt run the diagnostic test because of a program on my phone, but they took the time and effort to petition Samsung for an exception. Plus, they did a full repair and it looks great!

Took our switch in to be repaired as it was no longer turning on. We did all of the tricks so we needed the pros. $163 later it was back on,awesome, but the microSD card reader was not reading our microsd card. We didnt have time to bring it back in since we were leaving for vacation. Get back from vacation,bring it in and are told we need the microSD card slot replaced at $120. At this point Im close to spending as much money as it would cost to buy a new one. I gave in,put down a deposit and went home with the switch to wait for the part. After doing some googling I found out I could do this fix myself for WAY less than I was being charged. I called the store to cancel my order which they did. The part I ordered came in and my 13yr old son showed me how the current microSD card was not even connected to our switch. How could that be?! I find it very suspicious that this particular part was disconnected but I have no doubt in my mind that whoever was in our device last had either mistakenly or deliberately disconnected the readerI really hope it was a mistake. Either way my gut said do it yourself and Im glad I did. Our switch microSD card reader works fine since all I had to do was connect the reader to the switch. I implore this establishment to double check their work before handing devices back to their owners as they could be costing unsuspecting customers hundreds of dollars for something that was most likely the stores mistake. Customer service is great btw everyone I came across in the store was really nice.

My phone is only 3 weeks old, and the sound stopped coming through the microphone. I took it to T-Mobile to find out what was going on with it and they told me that my phone was corroded with water and Id need to purchase another phone!!!!! I have not had it around any water and was absolutely baffled by where they got that. Anyway, we stopped at uBreakiFix after leaving T-Mobile. I almost purchased another phone. But at the last minute decided not to. Took my phone to uBreakiFix, and he said there was absolutely no corrosion in the phone and all it had was a tiny piece of dust and he took that out in about 10 seconds. My phone is perfect now! I am very discouraged and disappointed with T-Mobile, but VERY EXCITED about finding uBreakiFix! John was so kind and such a great employee to encounter. Will now go to uBreakiFix before ever going to T-Mobile.......no words for what almost happened with a brand new phone!

Called for a quote and they asked me to come in to give an accurate quote. After driving the 25 minutes to get there they told me I owned the one model they could not fix. That would have been great to know before driving all the way there. Or at least that it would be a possibility they could not assist.Update: the response from the company is not what occurred. There is much more value in simply apologizing for a mistake instead of being dishonest.

I was referred here by AT&T who could not fix my phone . I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff when I took my phone in to their store. I picked up my phoneToday and the cost was very reasonable. And my phone works. Like ÷new!!!

Quick service. Good parts. Little expensive. I didn’t NEED a new battery, but I won’t complain about it in a year when the original battery starting acting up. It w probably save $100 though. Data privacy on work consent is a little laissez-faire in saying “we are not responsible for any data breaches” when they ask for your password and it is in their account profile for you (hopefully encrypted at rest), especially when Work profiles are involved. It would be a better policy to have owner there once repair is to that point (if needed), but I understand the trade offs involved there as well from doing IT and PC repair myself.

Last night my Xbox One just stopped working. Wouldnt even turn on. Ive used uBreakiFix in the past when Ive had issues on my other devices. They quoted me a couple of days to be able to properly diagnose and see what the issue was. I got a call no more than a couple hours later saying that my power supply was the issue, said it was ready to be picked up! They offered a new replacement of the power supply and the diagnostic was free. Couldnt have been more happy about this outcome! Thank you!

Super friendly and very helpful! Wish I could give 5 stars. I went in for a cracked screen and had it replaced. When the new screen gave out on me for no reason they happily fixed it without charging me extra. However, a few days after getting the good screen, my facial recognition has stopped working and my phone says that its no longer available on my phone.

Absolutely the best experience, stayed in contact with us when it turned out to take a little longer to find the source of the problem. They wanted to give us the phone back the next day but two days and a working phone later, Im one happy customer.

Nice new screen(seems a bit thicker maybe? Works perfectly). $130 and some changeThe ONLY thing I dont like is that you need to give your passcode or they have to factory reset, and they refuse to do the diagnostic in front of you, so you have to trust they wont snoop on your phone. If youre concerned about your privacy AND your files are not backed up, consider another option first perhaps.

The best customer service ever! I originally went in for a screen repair for my phone. I received my phone and the screen was in perfect condition, but my phone unfortunately wouldnt connect to my Verizon network anymore. I brought my phone back to the store and after spending all day trying to figure out the problem, they called me and told me they were unable to resolve the issue but will provide me with a brand new phone at no cost. I was given a loaner phone until the new one came in. Im a satisfied customer and would 100% recommend their services! And thank you for supporting us Frontline workers!

You told me 2 hours to fix it took 5 not very happy with your being productive. If its going to take longer than expected then dont tell them an expected time.

This place is AMAZING!!! We were having trouble with our android phones with software issues and were referred here by a big box retail store. I was skeptical as I had already been to another local uBreakiFix with no luck. I had spent HOURS on the phone with the manufacture with no avail and poor customer service.The staff was extremely friendly as we were greeted very quickly by Alex, who happens to be from corporate. Alex worked with us and then asked Loren to assist since he knew some of the details of our particular phones. Loren spend a great deal of time with us and was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Loren was far more knowledgeable than even the brand specialist at the big box retail store.As we were waiting, we met the owner, Matt who was also very pleasant and we told him how incredible Loren and Alex were and what great customer service they had provided. Loren spent a significant amount of time with us, graciously even staying late, to make sure we were taken care of and our phones were working. They saved us well over $1000.All places are not created equal. I would HIGHLY recommend this specific business. A+++ rating all the way around.

Clean store, friendly employees. I recently broke my Note 10+ screen while gardening (slipped out of my pocket). I gave them a call the next morning for a quote and yikes, Samsung parts are expensive. Still less than a quarter of what the phone actually cost. Dropped it off an hour later, got a phone call 3 hours after and picked it back up. I did a close inspection of it and Im pleasantly surprised. You cant even tell this isnt the original screen. Just took my Galaxy S8 here last week to get a new screen (since Im a klutz and shattered mine on two corners!). Turns out, with a new screen you also get a new battery (woo!) and a new frame (whatever that means). This shop was able to install the new screen in just about 2.5 hours after I dropped off my phone and its been working great! Great service!

Loren was so friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my problem was and fixed it in under 10 minutes. AT&T wanted to charge me $300 to get the my Note 10 replaced but he took it in the back and cleaned the top speaker free of charge. Im coming here from now on!
