Fantastic!! Got 2 Dell computers for my daughters which are working great after 2 weeks we purchased them. They didnt have webcams or mic so the technician installed them for us and also include one year warranty and 2 mice, AND a 20% discount for everything so we got everything for 400 USD. Only one computer had a minor issue with the mic so we downloaded the driver again but it didnt work so we took it back for the technician to take a look at, left it with him and less than an hour later he called us letting us know that he fixed it and it was all good, for free of course because of the warranty. So, great service, great computers, great prices. I recommend them 100% :D

I am so happy I found these guys. I just needed a replacement laptop and didnt want to spend $500-$800 and still wait for it to be shipped. Brad walked me through what they had and gave me the information I needed to make a decision without any pressure. After I finally made my decision Brad offered to move my files from my old machine to the new one and he and his crew stayed late to finish the transfer so I only missed one day of work. I needed an older Mac that could be partitioned into the latest operating system as well as boot into an older operating system to run some older software programs. I spoke with Brad a few times and he had the computer that was perfect for what I needed. He was also able to partition the Mac for me as well. If you have a laptop that is not working this is the ONLY place to take it for repair! Apple or PC. Brad is one of the most amazing techs in the industry. Brought in a Dell XPS 15 laptop which was just 2 years old which the screen was flickering. We even tried an external monitor and had the same screen behavior. We had always kept up with all the factory updates as well as all windows updates. (At least the ones they provided us) We took it to Think Green Computers, where Brad diagnosed the entire computer. He was very honest and upfront as he was not sure what the problem might be such as a graphics card which is on the mother board or something else. He however took a day and continued to diagnose it by updating all the firmware and all the software for everything and the machine works perfectly now. NO CHARGE! I was blown away. I will tell everyone of our business clients about this company. They TOTALY GET IT when it comes to customer service and computer repair! Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys know what theyre doing, replaced the hard drive in my laptop and made sure all the ports are operational. You can either buy the hard drive from them or theyll install one you bring in. I elected in have them install a 1 tb solid-state drive. My labor cost was a reasonable $50.

This is the ONLY place to shop for computers and service! Needed to upgrade and was looking at Dell and HP websites as well as local shops Best Buy. Most PCs were up there in cost and did not quite have what I needed. With online refurbs, you roll the dice and hope. Called Think Green and Brad had several that he could modify to my specs at very reasonable price. Ended up with an I7 quad, 16 GB and a 240 SSD that is absolutely making my life easier. Add to that the one year LOCAL warranty, no shipping just drop off get a coffee and come back. Highly recommend Think Green computers for all of your computing needs.

Hard to find. The place looks like is still under construction. If your interested in cheap products and service, This is the place for you. The bs about how products you might trade is never popular. I tried to sell them my surface pro 4... but it is not popular? Wow no wonder why they can’t afford to put flooring in their shop. They are thinking why they don’t have green because the owner is cheap.Then this guy calls my store complaining that I gave him a bad review. Grow up and just face the facts that your store is cheap. Just spend some money to fix up your place and then you can Think Green but right now your thinking Red as in the Negative.

My 7 year old HP dv7 died unexpectedly, and I needed something today. Drove over to Brads shop and found a Toshiba Satellite C55D laptop for $270 w/tax. Has everything I need & use already loaded - Open Office, Avast Anti-Virus, Chrome & more. Its like I set it up myself, what a find this place is! I will definitely be back.

I have been taking my PCs in to Think Green Computers for about six months now. During that time I have purchased an Apple and Brad has done virus removal on one of my computers. I was selling a laptop and needed the HDD reformatted to remove my personal information. Not only was Brad very expeditious in completing the work but did so at very fair charge. I really cant say enough superlatives about Brad and how he manages his shop. So long as I live in the Springs and Brad has a shop, I will always be a committed patron.
