Tim is the best IT expert I have ever worked with! His knowledge is vast and his responsiveness is swift. There is nothing he hasnt been able to solve and fix in a timely manner. He makes house calls at our office to fix issues on our computers, but often fixes the problem from a remote location which is very quick and convenient. He can fix anything from virus infection to network issues and everything in between. Tim is honest, reliable and trustworthy. I cant recommend him enough!

The Support the team provides is exceptional! They are able to almost 99% of everything they can from anywhere. They do not need to be onsite. If a special project comes up, they determine the best plan to transition servers, move equipment, or anything else, with a minimum of interruption.
