I saw an ad for grout cleaning and resealing and decided to give Colorado Springs Grout Cleaning a call. Ivan responded rapidly and came out that same day for an estimate. I liked that he offered a reasonable estimate for 2 showers and said he could have his team come out the next week. On the day of the work, he showed up with Jared on time and he got Jared right to work. Ivan said he would be back before his employee was finished to inspect the work and see if I had any concerns. Two thirds of the way through the job, Ivan called to say he was sending another employee over to help finish up the work. Ivan returned to inspect the job. Ivan even offered to return after the scheduled tub resurfacing job was completed to re caulk if needed. Ivans team worked hard and finished on time. They also made sure I was satisfied with the job they did. The tile and showers look new again! I would recommend this company to others who are interested in restoring their shower tile! We had an issue with mold in our master bedroom shower, so I called Ivan to see if he could help. He came out THE SAME DAY to provide an estimate, and then scheduled us in to perform the work only a couple of days later. He is very professional and thorough, and when we found a small area that looked like it needed a touch up, he came out within 24 hours and took care of it with no charge! Ivan and his team did a great job on our steam shower last week. We had originally thought that we would need to have the shower torn out and re-tile, but after exploring the options we decided to give the grout clean shot. They were able to pull out some of the old grout that was discolored and dirty, and they were able to fill-in with the new consistent grout that brought all of the color back to the shower. One thing that I did not notice, was that the ceiling of our steam shower hot black from some sort of residue on the grout and Ivan and his team were able to not only clean that out, but they were able to put new grout on the ceiling that makes the tile pop out like it never has before. I would highly recommend their service.

It is always such a pleasant surprise to have a company exceed your expectations! I have to say that this was the case with Colorado Springs Grout Cleaning! They actually do what they say and even more. The estimate was clear and there were no surprises at the end of the work. And the work! They were actually on time, the team of two awesome young men, Tristan and Jared, moved all the furniture necessary including four very large very prickly plants! They worked from 8 am until 2:30, with a couple of short breaks so stuff could dry, and put all of the big stuff, including the plants, back, and actually cleaned up. Ivan, the owner, checked in once and also came back to check on the final product and help with cleaning up. The work consisted of cleaning and sealing the grout (with a new color of stain) in three rooms of tile floor, repairing grout around the sink (and matching the existing grout), and doing the same in the bathroom around the tub. I wanted to see about getting an estimate for my kitchen tiles. I was in the area and stopped by their office only to find out that its a fake location and actually a mailbox at the ups store. Further investigation of this company shows that they are indeed not local and their real company name is grout superior based out of Alabama. I dont know about their work but this makes me very skeptical about the intent and integrity of this business.
