They scheduled the appointment for 11 oclock in the, and word there at 10:55. Told me the job would take 30 minutes to do, and they were done in 22 minutes. Told me it would cost $90 to complete the job, actually charged me $85. That’s just the kind of thing you cant complain about. Every expectation they set for me they did better than what they told me they would do. That is just unreal. A really fantastic service that they provide here, and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a good chimney sweep.

Weve hired their service months ago. Compared to other companies who will greet you with an answering machine, they have friendly customer support ready to greet you. It is not just random customer support, from our conversation, you can tell how proficient and knowledgeable she is. I had to go to work, so I couldn’t supervise their work. To my surprise, they took a video and photos of the problems and send it to me when I was at the office. I was happy with the service and will use them again.

They may need to re-work their IVR, because as a caller I cannot get through. I call in and receive the options to press 1 to input my zip code, which I am told by the IVR that no one is in the area to service, followed by hanging up. And option 2 just leads to a dead-end and hang-up as well.Overall: cant request service if I cant speak to anyone.
