I used the Charlotte, NC branch through USAA. Very professional, timely, and very informative about the process. It took a little longer than wanted, but ended up being the right amount of time due to the holiday season. It would have been unfortunate to be displace during Thanksgiving or Christmas. Brian was a great Project Manager and ensured that everything was done to a high level. I will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future.
