Very disappointed and upset when they told me my car locked with the keys inside. I have an X6 BMW for 5 years and never happened to me before, they just didn’t take responsibility and lack of attention. The owner showed like no big deal we will get it unlocked. Few minutes later someone trying unlocking my vehicle with a tool and large wire stick. He got it unlocked but oh surprise when I got home I noticed all the scratches. I feel upset that I didn’t notice that there since I was in a rush and chasing my two little kids. Awful service, poor quality. Just business like this one does not move further and will always remain been little with low standards. No responsibility at all. Definitely no coming back and no taking my new X7. Pictures of scratches.

I don’t normally write reviews. But I came here expecting to get in and out relatively quickly. There was some people in front of me but I didn’t expect to wait 45 minutes to find out my car has only been vacuumed. The employees looked like they were picked off the streets. Only thing nice was the older lady inside. They don’t tell you how long the wait is when you pull up unless you have hours to kill. You are better off taking it to self service wash & doing it yourself.

You can get the same quality for a lot less almost anywhere else you go. I’ve come here before, it was great but the most recent time I was using this place the service had to have me return a second time and I had to pick up my car originally in the rain, leaving work to do so. I was also charged $300 for what cost me $140 just 2 years ago. My friend that had to detail for the Lexus dealership says I’m getting ripped off and I believe him. Happy with the work. Not happy with the communication or price. Even an employee apologized to me for the price being sooo high.

Detail was nothing to brag about. Interior was soaked with product. Overspay on the windows was not cleaned off.

The Hub is awesome!! Prices are super reasonable, staff was excellent! Had my F250 for less than 30 minutes and it is extremely clean. The big thing for me is my windows. Most places just wipe them down but dont really clean them. The guys got all the bugs off my windshield and absolutely no streaks! Highly recommended and will definitely be going back!!

This hub car wash location is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I own two businesses and a couple dozen different types of vehicles. I’ve use them for over 18 years and over the last five years I’ve noticed a drastic decline in customer service and quality. They are always understaffed, do not pay attention to detail. I’m not sure what their issue has become, but they have really declined in managing their operations and even before Covid we’re always understaffed for their needs which has only gotten worse now that they have an excuse.

While the car wash is service is good do not under any circumstance allow ClearVision, a third party provider at their location, to do a rock chip repair. ClearVision is abysmal. They will tell you they work directly with your insurance provider and there is nothing you need to do. This is a total and complete lie. They will hassle you phone for weeks on end and put you on the hook to resolve it with your insurance. And they will bill you for the repair. Do not allow these fly-by-night people to do a chip repair. And, now, 4 months later I can see the chip again!

Good value, staff is friendly and sincere in wanting to do a good job. Hand drying is a major plus if done well and it is.

I was SO HAPPY to see that I could still sit comfortably inside and wait, and the waiting room also doubles as a shop with many nicknacks and christmas gifts to browse - good quality gifts, too! I use The Hub car wash monthly. It is near my house, so very convenient and they do a fair job. I am disappointed that none of their employees wear face covering when engaging with customers. Dont they know they are REQUIRED?

I just got home with my car after an interior detail ($129) and I wish I would have just saved myself the money and done it myself. Some parts were good, like they wipes down the dashboard area but not the back windshield area? And was told this is not part of the interior (someone please clarify this for me, it literally makes NO sense), it looks like they only spot cleaned my seats and did not throughly vacuum. I mean, seriously, I could have done with they did myself and saved at least $100. I figured since I knew someone who came here and liked it, despite the low reviews, it would be okay. You all lost someone who could have been a frequent returner and I will not be recommending this place to people around me who asked me to tell them how it went.

Extremely upset with this place. They had it all day and did a great job on the actual cleaning of the vehicle but someone broke my windshield wipers and they had the vehicle fixed in a day and covered the costs, but I was without a vehicle for most of the weekend. After I got it home after all of this I realized my carpet in the front seat was ripped open. After everything that has happened, I will not be returning to this place for future cleanings.

My wife and I have been to the Hub on multiple occasions and I really don’t know why we keep coming because every time we do, we are less than satisfied. I paid for their most expensive wash (about $30) which is supposed to include everything from the cup holders and console to tire cleaning. I get in my car and they didn’t even touch part of the console and half wiped the rest of it.I asked the gentlemen if the cup holders and console are included and he said yes but they just wipe it. The cup holders pop out mind you. It was just as messy as when I brought it in. Had them re do it and it was still a disaster.

I have a small car, chevy spark. They are now charging the same as they would charge for a Chevy Tahoe because my mini car has a hatchback. I have supported this place from the day it open until yesterday. You lost good customers.

I was not impressed with The Hub. I paid for a service through the detail shop and patiently waited the 2 hours for my car to be finished. I was hoping they used this time to pay attention to detail and really take care of my vehicle. This did not happen. The entire car was really poorly done. Despite specifically asking and paying for certain services, they were skipped over. The “shine” was wiped on only some potions of the seats and dash, as if they quickly wiped down the area missing portions entirely. The vehicle was not vacuumed well. There was white oily product dripping from several areas of the car, the steering wheel, around the shift knob, the window door locks. The mats were not rinsed as promised and cleaning Product was puddled on the passenger seat and back seat mats from when they were wiping down the interior. The women that showed me the car said it would dry clear. It dried oily. I could go on, but the bottom line is do not waste your money on their detail packages. They do not pay attention to detail and rush through the service.

Cam and her staff are the best. The services they provide the company fleet and my personal autos is top notch. Recommend their services to anyone wanting a clean vehicle at an affordable rate.

This place is great! Very cheap for a car wash, hand dry, vacuum and 24 hour weather guarentee! Plus they have a very nice waiting room with snacks and restrooms. They do a hood job on the cleaning and are very friendly. Honestly, why would you go anywhere else!?

Great place to take your car for a absolute clean inside and out.I had just returned on a 1200 mile trip and my car was filled with bug juiceand they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned off.theyve raised their prices a little but theyre efficient job of making sure that vehicle was clean as can be was worth the extra p

They have always given me a nice car wash and vacuum, friendly service and a decent price. Wiping things down just gives a fresh appearance to my cars. Close to home too.

The employees are very friendly and they do a great job on the interior and exterior of your car. My only complaint is that you work with several people so at the end of the wash I didn’t know who to tip so just tipped everyone individually. Wish they would pool tips or something.

The cost vs. the great value of service is best in Colorado Springs. My car looked great, the technicians answered all my questions and took care to address all my concerns.

They do a decent job of washing the car, although the interior is never as clean as I would like, but the wait time is ridiculous. The last two times it took over an hour for a basic wash. Also, pricy as well. Not likely to return.

New owners this summer. Brought my wifes car here. She loved it. Best response I have seen from her having the car cleaned. Brought in my RV. They have a large space on the side and did a wonderful job.

Staff was friendly, but this place has changed.. expect to wait an hour to a half hour for a service where the enterior isnt as clean like they say. This place sed to be half the price and youd spend only 15-30 minutes there waiting for your car to be done. For the price you pay here, not worth it - you might as well do it yourself at home or at a car wash that offers vaccumes. Not worth the long wait at all.Otherwise I give it an extra star for how nice the people are.

Very confusing set up where I had no idea where to take my car and then it took me a while to figure out that I wouldn’t be driving car through the car wash but instead would be waiting in a lobby area. That being said, it was a very good wash for the price with a hand towel dry included! The lobby area was very comfortable and the wash was well done.

Have been going to this car wash for over 15yrs never had this problem. Paid for the diamond (high end) wash and all that was done was vacuuming of the front floor and wiping my dash and running it through the no touch wash. The back was left filthy, the manager said they do not do any of that for the $30 charge. Very dissatisfied. I could have done it myself for $15 and gotten a cleaner car.

I was sad usually they do awesome job but today I went mainly so my inside windows and wipe down was horrible they did it In a rush and inside still dirty

I have gone to the hub for the last 2 yrs. I had gone to a competitive wash for years and the service had continuously gone down hill. Although the price went up slightly at the hub I am so happy with the service I would not change. The people who dry and wipe out the interior cant be beat, and the lady at the counter who has been their since I discovered the hub is great. Love the way my car looks when I leave

I have been going to The Hub on Lexington for over 10 years and find their service beyond comparison. When I leave my car is always spotless inside and out and if I find something not done to my liking it is rectified immediately. The price is reasonable and choices are wonderful.

Nice car wash. Just a little expensive. Trick is to watch the TV monitor so you know when your car is done. Otherwise no one tells you.

Ive always had a great experience here. In fact, the last time my card didnt go through because of a bank snafu. They let me run get cash and come back. Ive never had problems with any missed spots after the wash either, plus they have a rain guarantee.

They did a great job detailing my car. Its not cheap, even for a carwash, however worth every penny if your not wanting to clean it yourself somewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do recommend.

My wife and I have been coming to The Hub Carwash for the past 4 years because of its close proximity to our home. I cannot say enough how impressed we have been lately with the new ownership of Camilla, and her husband David. The staff and owners alike are friendly, kind and do an excellent job. Colorado Springs is a booming city and with that, people are rarely seen going the extra mile anymore. It feels as though that is the vision Camilla and Dave have as evidenced from the moment you drop your vehicle off at the intake point to pick up and walk-around. I rarely write reviews but feel this establishment is well deserving! Currently owning a business myself, I know how important it is to give excellent service and this new team is excelling at every aspect.

Reasonable price for a great wash!

Not sure why I paid $20 when there’s still suds on my window, my mat is dirty, and there’s finger prints on the monitor inside my car. I hate to be rude, but I would’ve been better off just going through a drive-through car wash.

Been coming here for years. The service is going downhill big time. Came in today with wife & watched six cars that came in after us get cleaned with the same service. Told the lady at the register & she just dismissed me. They have at least 10 cars in line & only two people cleaning them. The girl cleaning just took 30 minutes on one car. Terrible!

Charged more than the agreed upon price after they had started because they said my small Crosstrek fell into the catagory of Large SUV. When I told her it was a very small car she said that the listed prices were old and it was just a few dollars. Would not charge the listed and agreed upon price. The car was clean and the other staff was nice but the pricing is dishonest.

Ive been going to this wash for years. I can say confidently that I will never be going back! I brought in my 16 Accord I just bought for a wash and I let the manager (Bridge) know to be careful when they wipe down the center console because it is a piano black finish. He looked at it and said that it would be fine and his cloths wouldnt scratch it. When I inspect the vehicle there is a huge scratch by the shifter! I then bring it up to him and he tells me its not their fault even though it wasnt there before! He tells me that theyve done so many car and that this has never happened and that it wasnt possible for his rags to scratch it like that. I asked for a refund but he said no because the service had already been performed. I guess by service they mean theyll scratch your car and then take no responsibility for it. He offered no solution at all and basically told me to kick rocks! Ill be making a complaint to the BBB. If you value the condition of your car my advice is DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!

We got an offer from the Radio Shopping Show, so I was skeptical. This place was great! It was pretty busy, but they still took great care of my husbands, my sons and my car!

I wont go back because not only did my car not get even a decent wash but they didnt let me know it was done. I waited and waited and then had to search out my car which was parked facing a different direction from all the other cars. I figured out why when I saw that a whole side wasnt cleaned. Yuk

The employees there were pretty rude and uninterested in helping us. They did a great job on the exterior of my car and only bothered to clean the driver side and passenger side of the interior, did not even vacuum the rear seats. We wound up waiting in the lobby area for a while and nobody came to tell us my car was finished, we walked outside and my car was just sitting parked and unlocked near the exit. I will never come back here again.

I Was a little skeptical to bring my truck to The Hub after reading the past reviews. I read that they were under new management as of May so I went for it. The diamond plus wash I wanted was unavailable at the time due to understaffing. So I settled for the diamond wash. I went to pay for the wash and was ignored by the cashier that was on her phone. The showroom was unorganized and dirty. After my truck went through the wash tunnel the first time, the gentleman washing the inside missed a few spots but was very nice when I pointed them out. (Missed the center console, cup holders and door jams). They also did not do a very good job at vacuuming the front seats or floorboard and missed the back seat completely.(my fault for leaving it up). I drove back up the the front and pointed out what they missed, they were very nice and I explained I didnt want to be that guy but I expected a better wash for the price. After the second time in the wash tunnel there was still mud on the side. My wheels were wiped down but looked awful. I spend a little over an hour waiting for my truck to be finished. I didnt want to make a huge deal after already going through twice so I let it go. Was not impressed with the quality of work that was done.

I was in to get a Diamond wash and when I got my car back I was not satisfied with the cleaning. I had to explain to them, the areas that needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Such as areas around back seat, carpets and my dash board didnt even look like it was wiped down. Also my door handles were still dirty. Honestly, I felt like I had just paid $25 for car wash and NOT to have the inside detailed ! So disappointed and upset, I felt like I was taken advantage of and then, when complained about how it wasnt clean, they were upset with me. Oh it was also suggested to me that I could purchase their cleaning products... really?! I just paid you to do it ! So disappointed.... my experience was horrible and Ill just pay my son $15 to detail it.

People do not be fooled by the recent increase in positive Google ratings. Under the new ownership nothing has changed they still do an extremely poor quality of work and the rating has only gone up because they offer a free car wash for a positive Google review.

These guys always take care of my 2017 Dodge Challenger! It comes back shiny and smelling great but most of all they do a great job at getting the pet hair out of the back seat. I always use them!

Great service and very professional

First time there and the front lady was nice and told me where to put my car in order to get the right service I wanted. I asked for the Diamond service which includes a wash and vac and all the bells and whistles inside and out. The wait time was appropriate for what I wanted and upon inspection the outside looked real good. Inside was adequate but there were a few vacuum places they missed and didnt wipe the inside in a few places as well. I would go here again for a wash but not for the inside. Perhaps i am picky but I want the interior done better.

I paid $35.00 for the “Gold” super wash and clean. Inside did not appear to be cleaned at all. Cup holders not wiped out, center piece not wiped down. Certainly not the quality I expected.

Ive been bringing all my vehicles to the hub for over a year now, but no longer. These guys ripped the license plate holder off my Jeep Wrangler. That thing is held on with 6 screws, they broke the housing literately left it hanging by the wires. The supervisor said they are not responsible. They have a sign out front and if i dont like it I dont have to come back. Ive never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally before from someone whos been entrusted with running a business. The Jeep dealer said they have never seen this part ripped off a Jeep like this by a car wash before. These guys are careless, rude and unprofessional. Stay away!

The employees were not friendly at all. There were no customer service skills. They did a great job on the exterior except the inside looked the same and I paid for my car to be detailed. I would never reccomend this place to anyone and I really wish I read the reviews before taking my car to them. It really is true, they are not good.

We paid for the $35 wash. It too the tech less than 5 minutes to wipe down my car. After getting home I discovered several places that were missed and still dirty. We had given the tech a $10 tip. Was not impressed what we got for our money.

Paid for the $30 service that was supposed to have wheels and tires cleaned. The wheels were still dirty and looked like they werent cleaned other than what the wash did. Water was also in my cup holders.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I have been taking my 3 vehicles to this location for several years. The service.......which I pay for........has steadily declined. They dont completely dry the outside of your car and cleaning the inside is hit and miss depending on who does it. This weekend, I observed the girl get into my car to drive it out of the car wash and onto the lot to dry it/clean it - she turned the radio on, changed the radio station and turned the volume way up - not okay!! She left her wet/dirty shoe prints on my car mat, left water standing inside the dual cup holder - which I dried up, a small coffee spill on the leather seat was still there when she was done and the carpets were not vacuumed completely. I am the customer, I paid for a service that The Hub Carwash failed to deliver. Two customers there had damage to their vehicles while I was waiting - one whose driver seat was broken completely. I dont understand why this business doesnt care about their poor service and poor rating and the negative reputation that goes with that??? After putting up with the poor service for the past year- trying to stay with this business hoping it would get better - I give up. They cant keep a restaurant open in this place and eventually the customers will stop wasting their hard earned money on the car wash business too. The ONLY plus to this place is the very nice lady (cashier) who has been working there for a long time. She is friendly, polite and always happy. You are not the only car wash in town and if you continue to provide crappy service - you wont be in business much longer. Whoever owns this place better start caring about the poor service and treat your employees better ( the good ones left a long time ago) or you wont have a business much longer.

I used to go to a similar car wash in town but their wait was always ridiculous and frankly they werent very nice. It was a huge relief when I found out about The Hub. Their service is awesome and theyre always very friendly. Highly recommend.

Have been multiple times because I feel our town is lacking in options for full service car wash and detail businesses. The service is just ok. They do a good job on the surface, but when you look at the detail of cleaning inside the vehicle, it is lacking in nooks and crannies and door handles and floor mat cleaning, etc.

It USED to be Very inexpensive for a hand dry job. Now I will be looking for somewhere else to go. Prices increased 50% in the last 2 years, more than 30% just recently!

2 hours and 50 dollars charged to steam clean just the carpet on my mini van and wash the outside.I had already vacuumed the inside, and wiped everything down. I thought a car wash business would do a better job and not get the carpet as wet as my home steam cleaner. Wrong! I wish i had done it myself, I could have done a much better job in 1/4 of the time. My van has stow and go seats, they absolutely soaked the seats and left a puddle on the floor. I was told it would take 1 hour. It took 2 hours. When I lifted the seats and saw how soaked they were I came back a few minutes later and asked them to suck the water up, which they did, but it was still very wet. I am not a happy customer. I wanted to list the vehicle for sale, but now Im going to have to wait for everything to dry before I can show it.

Great experience today here. Our 2017 FordF250 was a mess from being up dirt driving in the mountains. Truck was impeccable.

The lady at the counter I swear is there 24/7. She is the most polite and awesome customer service lady Ive ever met. The food is eh. But I applaud the effort management took to fix up the place and situation. I hope to never have issues i.e., my new car being scratched or anything as this place seems to have issues owning up to mistakes. I like coming here, and I refer people here all the time.

Three strikes and YOURE OUT Hub Carwash! I wont be back! Three times I have been there and asked for a basic exterior wash and vacuum and three times they have tried to tell me my car is an SUV and they want to charge me extra. First of all my car is a Subaru impreza - the smallest Subaru they make and just because it has a hatch back does NOT make it an SUV! I even called the Subaru dealer to check on it... All three times I have told them there was no need to vacuum the back because thats where I put all my stuff any way - and they did not vacuum the back - IN FACT they did a lousy job vacuuming the rest of the car. Where I come from full service means fun service - this is NOT a full service car wash and they dont care about their customers. They rush through, argue with customers and do a lousy job. While I was there I heard other customers also feeling like they had been over charged. Its not worth the hassle theres too many other car washes in this town that value my business - I will take it to them!

I want to like this place. It is by far the closest detail shop to my home/office. For the most part they do an adequate job. It seems like there are always simple things missed that would have made a difference. I recently did a $150 detail it they missed things that to me were obvious (not wiping out the console under the emergency brake, leaving odd water spotting on the windshield, and not doing a very good job on the bottom section of the car. I really expect more for $150.It seems like the guys doing the regular car wash are just in a hurry to get done (even when there are no other cars) so they can go back to shooting the breeze with each other. Spending a little more time and getting it right would make a big difference.That said, the staff is friendly. Perhaps a little rough around the edges but friendly.
