Great place to get labs drawn. Wait time was minimal. All workers were friendly and extremely competent. Rooms clean, everyone wearing masks and results available on portal just few hours after blood drawn.

ER was fast, courteous and professional.

I think the nurses need to be better educated in this type of field that they’re working with some of the nurses there were great well when I asked Amy a question about something important to me it seems like she needs a little better customer service and I have received a pamphlet of exercises that need to be done butThe head nurse had no interest in trying to get me to do them and they get other machines in for your needs let the nurses do not know how to work them only if you did

I get blood drawn frequently and I choose UCHealth because of their reputation and service. They are always professional and provide excellent service. I would recommend the UCHEALTH Memorial facilities to anyone.

I came in at 6:50 AM on a Friday 6/8/18 to get blood labs done. When I checked in, the woman that helped me at the front desk was so courteous and warm. Usually in the morning people are not as chatty or friendly because of such early morning shifts, so it was much appreciated.The lab does not open until 7 so I waited. The woman escorted me in and drew my blood was also very friendly. She drew my blood and it was not uncomfortable at all. She quickly but gently filled each vile by 7:05 and out by 7:10 with no issues.

Good overall. Check in at Registration, then you will be checked in and escorted to the lab area near by for your samples. It did take about 10 minute to have my sample taken was I was in the lab waiting room. I was in and out in about 40minutes overall but I did have numerous samples and we had to switch arms once.

Ive been to Memorial North twice this week. Once I walked out after waiting 20 min, the second after 45 minutes waiting for them to do the first step in getting lab work done. They have three women working registration, mostly sitting on their computers doing whatever. After 45 minutes and only 6 people ahead of me, three people were still ahead of me, although 4 people had registered. I guess one got to skip ahead. I wasnt the only one frustrated by the long wait. Seems to me if your job is to get registrations done, then you can do more than one and hour. So avoid at all costs if you value your time.

We have to take our daughter here for routine lab work. They never have our orders, even though we have standing orders. Last time we went, the employee never returned/handed back our insurance card and insisted that she did so we had to go through another entire process. Disorganized. So infuriating. The lab techs appear annoyed to take the blood of our child who is so good, sits still, and never cries. One time they went back and forth on who had to do it in front of my then 4 year old daughter.

I called Memorial North to asks about the lab. I was transferred to a general customer service person at a Memorial Central. I asked if they would be able to do the lab work from a soft copy of my physician’s lab request and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. When I got to Memorial North, they were clueless about how to receive the request which I had through my doctor’s patient portal. They were incapable problem solvers and in the end left the decision to the lab tech. Poor customer service, incapable employees.
