Many many issues throughout the entire experience with ongoing quality issues to this day. We had windows and siding replaced by Colorado Living and from the beginning getting a response from anyone about the install date was impossible. I called and email for weeks with the receptionist always saying someone would call me back but no one ever did. One day I get a call that they are on site asking where I was and this house is a rental 2.5 hours away from us so I had to drive down there immediately because we had to get doors installed before they did the siding which I why I was so adamant about figuring out a general date. One of the windows showed up broken and the guy said he had already ordered a new one that day and it would be in in 6 weeks. 6 weeks goes by so I call them and the guy never actually ordered a new window so we are having to wait another 6 weeks. The siding they installed is bubbled/warped in many places and they cannot figure out why. The old siding that they removed had no warps or bubbles in it. This is an airbnb rental that we are under contract to have listed by Oct 1st and they do not seem to share the same concern about our breach of contract by not being able to list it. Caulking around the windows and doors was very sloppy in multiple areas with huge globs. They did send someone out to fix it but it should have never been an issue in the first place. If they end up fixing our siding then I have no issue with revising this review but as of now we have a broken window and worse siding than we had before and are unable to list our property.

We replaced the tub/shower in two bathrooms. The entire team from sales to tracking and scheduling and then installation did a great job. Good product, fair price, good communication and excellent install. The install team communicated well and frequently, were on time, polite, professional, did a wonderful job and left the bathrooms cleaner than they found it. They were considerate of the neighbors and cleaned up after their outside work. Highly recommended.

I live in an old Victorian and decided to replace some old windows. I am 100% satisfied. Colorado Living has very professional, personable and excellent craftsmen who work for them. I would highly recommend this company.

We set up our initial appointment with the group on 6/10/21 and decided to move forward with the install for our shower. They did advise us they it would likely be August before we were contacted for the service itself and that it would take roughly 1 day total to install.It took a bit longer than August overall and we had the opportunity to set up our appointment for September (we did pick a date about 5 days later than they offered us for our own reasons). I did call in and ask for updates several times and Wendy provided prompt responses every time.Once Chris and Jared showed up the process went very smoothly and they were very professional and took time to explain everything they were working on and the process, the shower looks really great and the product itself and its installation was excellent.Overall happy with the product, be aware that they are extremely busy and it may take several months for the actual install, if you are ok with that then this is the place for you as they are professional, provide financial options if you need them, are very responsive even though they are busy, and the workmanship is excellent.

Kurt and Melissa were terrific. Will worked really hard removing tile and learning the trade. Melissa and Kurt did a great job explaining the process before they started and what to expect. They alleviated any fears or concerns I had and my shower came out beautiful! Very impressed. I think Melissa would make a great sales person!! She reads the customer really well!

We will be having them do a bathroom remodel. When we first called for an appointment, the office people were very professional. They immediately scheduled an in home appointment. Andy and his associate arrived right on time and were very efficient detailing the bathroom product. Great team.

We needed to convert a bathtub to a walk-in shower on a very short timeline due to some medical issues, and Colorado Living was responsive, helpful and prompt. The work was completed sooner than initially estimated and on budget. The company even went above and beyond to come back on a weekend to change out a light fixture. Thanks!

I got new windows with Colorado Living(CL) earlier this year. I was hesitant to write a review since the windows themselves appear to do what they claim, mostly. Ill start with the huge mess it was to get the windows installed. I live in Parker and every contractor in Parker knows they need a permit from the city for any major work done on the interior or exterior of a home. CL claimed they had done many installations in Parker. When they came to put the windows in, one of my neighbors called the permit office since they didnt see one posted. They sent a guy out and of course, there was no permit filed for the job. I called the PM for the job who said I was supposed to get the permit. I called the city to get the permit and they told me the contractor has to get it and that they had spoken with CL that morning telling them they had to file the permit, not the home owner. It took another three weeks before they filed the permit and about a month before they came to finish the job. The whole thing was very stressful and clearly a situation where CL was negligent and were trying to get away without filing a permit. A few months have passed and I noticed one of the windows is not correctly aligned and the locking mechanism doesnt match up so the window cant be locked. Ive called twice in the last two weeks and have had no response. I would not recommend Colorado Living for windows, at least not for Parker or any city that requires a permit for the job. I am very disappointed in the terrible and unprofessional service, communication, and now product.Update: It turns out the window was not broken, but I had not been properly instructed on how to adjust the windows(double hung). I got a call where they explained the likely cause of the issue, which did fix the issue. They also had someone stop by to show me all of the window features and various configurations. I appreciate that they made extra effort to address the issue, though it doesnt change my past experience. I will repeat that the actual windows are good and my concerns were all related to process/service/communication. I would give 2.5 stars instead of 2 on the windows.

I had a shower refinished. Did GREAT work. The installers were friendly, polite and professional.. They covered my floors with tarps and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy. Would definitely use this company again.

Charles and Charlie did our bath/shower installation. These gentlemen were craftsmen, extremely considerate of our home, kid friendly, on time, professional, nice, kind, and cleaned up everything before they left! They blended in beautifully right along with our remote from home learning circus and were so safe with wearing masks and communicating with us. Andy Chodera came to our home and showed us several different options we could choose from to remodel our downstairs bathroom shower. The remodel turned out beautiful. Andy checked in with us to make sure we were happy and sent us a thank you note for using Colorado Living. We now have decided that we want to redo our main floor bathroom. We called Andy to come to our home and go over the options for it. Once again he came on time and with samples for us to choose from. He again offered us discounts and the option to choose the same couple that did the downstairs remodel. Andy was very professional, made sure we were happy with what we had chosen and let us know what time line we could expect. We did not check with any other companies as we were so impressed with Andy and the work that was done. He has sent us a thank you note for calling him and again choosing Colorado Living. I would recommend him and Colorado Living to anyone I know who might wish looking to remodel their bathrooms.

The father-son team of Charles and Charlie removed our old bathtub and replaced it with walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom.To do this, they had to rework the plumbing, relocate an existing tub drain, and modify some of the ceramic floor tile because the replacement shower was slightly larger than the original tub. They arrived on time (actually earlier than expected) and finished the work by 4:15. They took great care to make sure the house stayed clean by putting down protective floor coverings both upstairs and down and left the areas where they worked and walked cleaner than when they started. They were most courteous and professional. They asked our permission to set up and stage some of their equipment in the adjacent areas. They even brought their own drinking water and snacks so they wouldnt have to disturb us for anything other than to work with them to custom locate accessories such as soap dishes, storage shelves and grab bars. Before they left, the went over the instructions for cleaning and maintaining the new shower and emphasized that if anything needed repair in the future, it was covered by the Colorado Living warranty. The new shower looks wonderful, and, truthfully, I couldnt ask for any better service than we received. We are very happy with the work and would recommend Colorado Living to anyone - and, especially suggest if you do have Colorado Living do a bathtub replacement for you, that you, specifically ask for Charles and Charlie.

Ordered windows to be replaced, will be installed in 4 to 8 weeks. Then will know more, so far pleased. Soo happy with the installation and absolutely LOVE our windows!! Kevin was very professional and kept us informed along the way. The gentleman who installed windows was very professional and concerned with doing an exceptional job. ***STOP AND READ THIS FIRST***I had a great first contact with their salesman Andy he made me feel like we were old friends. When we wrapped things up I hated to say goodbye. It was a really good experience.Things changed when the installers showed up. They spend 20 mins in my home and decided the couldnt/wouldnt do the install. I understand I live in an old house but that didnt seem to be a problem for the salesman.Fast Forward 2 months later, 2nd set of contractors. I called them my contractor angels Kurt and Melissa. Right from the start I loved their attitude. They were prompt and professional. When there was a problem we worked quickly together to resolve it not shy away like the first set of installers. I could go on and on about Kurt and Melissa but I will let their work do the talking!Bottom line is if you want people that care about your end product and not just the end of their work shift then do yourself a favor and ask for Kurt and Melissa by name.

Kurt and Melissa were absolutely incredible to work with. They were professional, prompt, friendly, and efficient. They kept open communication and strategically completed the job until it was done to PERFECTION! My aunt is an ederly woman with dementia and was sold a walk in tub that was ENTIRELY too big for her restroom, which was completely ridiculous for this company to follow through with the sale! But we know its all about the money. After finding out we couldnt get her money back, we decided to go throught with it. They sent Kurt and Melissa and they had the hardest time with this job because of the structure of her home and how old the property is. They came in and not only got the job done by all means necessary with great precision, but they kept such a wonderful and happy demeanor about the entire project. I would highly recommend Melissa and Kurt FOR EVERY JOB! Great people with a cant be defeated attitude. They were truly a blessing and definitley made our Christmas list💕

I had a hard time getting them to communicate with me at all. The product was fine once I was able to get it in and the business management side of things is horrible. They never answer calls and then blamed me for being unresponsive. Do NOT recommend.

It was absolutely amazing!! To 2 young men that did the remodel were fantastic. I am so sorry I forgot their names. They were very clean while doing the remodel. They let us nosey home owners know what they were doing. They made sure to layout stuff on the floor so that they didnt get and dust or particulates all over the floor. One huge thing was they wore there facemasks. They were also on time. We are just so over the moon happy with our remodel. We cant stop smiling and looking at it.

Beware!!! 50% was paid to this company for work at my Aunts home. She passed away (suddenly) before walk-in shower was completed. No goods were delivered. No work was started. Initially, I was told we would incur a 30% re-stocking fee of what she had paid. Sounds fair. When I cancelled the contract, I was told different, that we would have to pay 30% of the entire project. This company takes advantage of people.

The workers called ahead to let us know they were coming. They were courteous and professional. What was best of all? They cleaned up after themselves. The only questionable item was the sales representative and the workers were not totally the same. Example: the sales person said a shower rod would be installed into the walls; however we were furnished an expandable rod. The workers did a good job in explaining why. They also explained the proper cleaning of the new shower to maintain the warranty.

I had great installers for my walk in shower, they were very professional, funny, and informative. I had the crazy house, but Chris & Jared didn’t have any issues..

I first meet this company at the Colorado Home Show and I set up a home estimate. I was impressed with the product because it was made in America and the quality.I had 2 bathrooms replaced and I cant tell you how happy I was with the installers and their professionalism. The whole process from first appointment with Andy to the final reveal with Kurt and Melissa was seamless. Andy, Kurt and Melissa listened to my vision and helped me to achieve more than I expected in my renovation of my Master Bath Shower. We had a positive experience from the representative at the home show to the excellent installer, Kirk, and his wife, Melissa. Everyone we dealt with explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The product, a shower stall, is beautiful and appears to be well made. We especially like the life-time warranty and the quality of the materials.There was a problem with the installation and Kirk immediately noticed it and corrected it the following day. He was very professional and did a great job.The only hitch in all of this is that we were told it would be 6-8 weeks before it could be installed. It actually took 10 weeks. A little long in our opinion.

One bathtub redone last week. One shower this week. Both sets of installers were friendly and professional and did outstanding work. Marc also did a great job of explaining the process and the product to us. Very pleased with this company.

Well been waiting since before Christmas to get a window replaced that has cracked. first I get nothing from this place then they say they have ordered a replacement from my original order file. then finally show up with the wrong size window to replace. they now say 2 more weeks, even asked to see someone about a new door with no response . Buyer beware hope nothing goes wrong with your order ever. Seems as long as they are putting money in their pockets all good, If I do get a replacement door it wont be from this place.

We are very pleased with our tub/shower install. We have a bathroom in our loft that has some odd angles with a low ceiling and wanted full coverage to prevent any water damage. The installers were friendly and did a great job at getting full coverage and it looks so nice. Colorado Living has wonderful customer service and the installers made sure we were happy with the end result. We will be returning customers. We needed to have our shower in our main bathroom and contacted Colorado Living. The whole process from Andy helping us pick out styles, Chloe setting up the install, to Jared and Chris doing the install was a great experience. Jared and Chris made sure the floors were protected, debris removed, and the finished product looks amazing. I would recommend Colorado Living with no hesitation at all.

Jared and Chris did a fabulous job of replacing my tub with a walk in shower. They worked quickly, kept the work area clean, kept me informed of the process and made a few corrections to my old plumbing so things would work better. They are a great team. Im very happy with the results!
