Pretty disappointed! Had my hair cut here a couple of times and they did a good job. Both times were Saturdays. Went on a Friday evening at 5. Closed! Went the next Monday evening at 5. Closed! In both cases, the sign on the door, and Google says they close at 6 on this days. I decided to read through the reviews and this seems to be an ongoing problem. We all understand life is full of problems, but if youre going to close before 5 on days your sign, and Google, says youre open til 6, then change your sign! I own a small business, and have a large family also, and Im pro small business! But this is crazy!

This could be a really great place to get a haircut and probably at one time it was good. Its really gone downhill fast. One of the problems is the owner never opens up on time. Just before the Corona Virus hit there were four of us waiting outside for him to get there and open. The four of us waited until 9:45AM and he still had not shown up for business. So we all left and went elsewhere. With those four people leaving he lost approximately $80 to $90 in revenue. When he reopened after Gov. Polis relaxed the restrictions he still cant show up on time. Three of us were there several weeks ago and when the barber drove up he said he wasnt opening up until 1:00 PM. Really? When he is there it is not unusual for him to stop cutting or not even start cutting hair until he gets off his cell phone. Sometimes he just leaves you sitting in the shop and goes outside to talk on his phone. Now when I drive by there on my way to another barbershop there is hardly anyone there. Too bad. What a loss to the community.

I had the most amazing experience here at Patricks! He is so super friendly and Debbie is amazing as well. All my expectations were exceeded and I couldnt be more thrilled. Ive found my sons permanent barber shop and the best relaxing down to earth place full of hospitality and perfect customer service! Thanks guys!

I asked for a medium skin fade and ended up giving me a high skin fade

Got my first cut here the other day. I am new to the area and trying to find a good barber. Looks like I may have found one. Awesome its right around the corner from my house as well. Great atmosphere and good customer service. There were talks of more barbers that will be working there soon so I am sure this will help out with the business and its hours as well as wait time. I plan on coming back!

Went to check out this barbershop because it was closer to where I live in fountain and was really impressed. Got in around 10 so there was a few in front of me but the wait wasn’t bad. Nice atmosphere, friendly chat amongst everyone. The cut was really nice, they do great fades. From high to low they all look amazing. Will most definitely be returning for my cuts.

Very attentive to my son. I really like the environment. And price are very good with very good quality hair cut! Everywhere else I have tried to go is very high priced!. And they never rush their customers they actually make good connections with every one. They always make sure its what you want before your done. Absolutely love this place!!! First time visiting the shop today. I was very impressed with the shops cleanliness and atmosphere. More importantly, however, the cut was top notch. Patrick was very friendly and made sure I got the cut I wanted and even shook my hand...thats old school style business, and it reminded me of the small town I grew up in. Ill definitely be back! Great shop - highly recommend! I came back to change from a 5 to a 4 simply because Ive been back on a couple occasions since my initial haircut, only to find that the shop was closed early. Ive edited this review and changed my score because after my edit, the owner responded and offered a great response that made sense and offered another avenue to meet me where Im at time-wise. I appreciate and respect his desire to serve his clients with great customer service...Ill do the call ahead thing, as finding a good barber is a tricky bit of business; and this gentleman and his shop truly do great work. Im a family man as well, so I get it...and I very much appreciate a man putting his family first - thats awesome.

Patrick and Mario both are great guys. They genuinely care for their customers and youll always find a very warm and welcoming environment as soon as you walk in the door. Professional just doesnt sum it up. If there is another word please let me know because they go above and beyond to make sure youll come back. Been in Colorado for almost a year and I have to say I havent found a barber that matches the scale these guys do.Overall I have to say next time I need a cut Im definitely stopping in to pay them a visit!

First time here. Asked for a high skin fade and received an amazing haircut. Will definitely be back!EDIT: they cut hair great but dont expect them to actually open when they say they do....Response to the owner: Life happens to the best of us and while Im sorry for what youre going through, it doesnt excuse running a business that way. A simple sign on the door would have saved this returning customer a 30 minute wait only to end up having to go elsewhere.

Haircut itself was done well. Nice, even lines on the beard trim. But the straight razor shave was the worst Ive had. Almost no skin prep, which lead to cuts all over my throat and two good slices on the back of my neck by my ears that still have scabs on them today (4 days later).Please put more attention and care into the straight razor shaves; if youre not confident, Id rather you refuse to do it than leave me bleeding one of the few shirts I had while on a trip away from home.

The guys there did an amazing job at cutting not only my hair, but the other customers as well. Their attention to detail is spot on which means they truly value their customers. I’ll be back again when we make back here in CO. Great haircut and great atmosphere.

Total respect for Patrick. He works hard, he cuts solo a lot and will do back to back cuts for long hours. Its tough getting my son in when Patrick is open because of my work schedule, but its always worth the wait. Ive tried quite a few other places and nobody cuts my sons and my husbands hair like Patrick. I can honestly say hes the best in town. Bring a book if youre coming on a Saturday, or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Theres usually a wait but thats because everyone knows hes the best.

Not a serious approach to business.Sorry to hear about your daughter—hope she is well. I admire your work ethic and you wrote a great response. A recommendation though, since your business hours are subject to change, you ought to encourage all of your customers to always call first.

I cannot express my utter joy in discovering Patricks barber shop! We moved here 3 years ago and the search for a REAL barber to maintain my flat top seemed never ending. I am so thankful to have happened upon this shop after wasting so much time and $$$ on inferior service and quality elsewhere. GREAT HAIRCUTS!let me tell you a little story... i grew out my hair long enough to where i could get myself a decent fade.. and i let my friend cut my hair (horrible mistake) so i desperately needed a haircut, and decided to come to this place. it was my first time here and honestly he is my hero. i thought my hair had no fix but i am very happy with what patrick did. He took his time to cut my hair and also let me pay him through cash app because i had left my card at home. I cant thank you enough Patrick. i really recommend this place. this is going to be my go to now.... NO DOUBT!

I had such a great experience here today and would absolutely recommend this shop to anybody.I am a woman with severe hair loss and wanted a super close shave with a real razor, and Patrick hooked me up! Hes extremely friendly and knowledgeable and doesnt have any sort of unwelcoming vibes at all.The shop is very clean and comfy, and he knows his stuff! Now Im trying to get all of the guys I know to go see him!

20 years of haircuts and this is the worst I’ve had (yet?)My haircut last month was excellent. Today’s was not. One side of my head wasn’t faded hardly at all, the opposite sideburn area had unfinished patches and one side of my neck wasn’t shaved at all. To top it off, everything up top was uneven, including the front, which makes it look like I have a bald spot on one side. I can’t see the back, but I can only imagine.The wait here is usually pretty long (over an hour) because they only have two chairs, but I was willing to overlook that for a good haircut. After today, the juice is definitely not worth the squeeze and I’ll be looking elsewhere.

This place is awesome. The guy who cut my hair did everything just exactly right. I have fine hair and he took care of it perfectly he even shaved my neckline and he did below my collar with my hairs on the back of my neck and most people do not go below the collar line like he did. I would recommend this place highly.Unfortunatly I have to revise my review on this place. Went there today 9/2 and was not impressed at all. Never had a 5 minute hair cut. It wasnt cut right at all. No ear hairs or eyebrows trimmed or neck. Sorry Patrick. Have to lower you to a 2 star. That was on top of showing up 15 minutes before you close and the closed sign is out and you are still cutting hair. Hours need to be changed on sign and Or website because of discrepancies.

Since coming to Fort Carson I have been looking for a barbershop that does great work and has fair prices and I have found it. Me and my son came here for haircuts and they came out great. I would definitely recommend this barbershop to anyone.

The two guys who do the cuts are awesome! My only complaint is that I didnt know about them earlier lol. They take care of you and do a fantastic job with your hair as well. I waited maybe 15 minutes for them to finish up another client and then it took maybe 25-35 minutes for the best haircut Ive ever had. And Ive been around the country and visited many barbers. These two are the real deal.Dont listen to the couple of 1 or 2 star reviews. Those people obviously dont know a good old fashioned barber shop, not to mention their reviews sound pretty petty anyway.

I received the best military cut by Patrick the day before flying to Washington D.C. to participate as a Color Guard in the United States Army 4th Infantry Division. I could not have asked for a better hair cut. The Color Guard taking place at the WWII memorial for the Liberation of Paris 75th Anniversary is a once in a life time event for me and I couldn’t be happier with the way my hair cut turned out. This place originally was great. However the more business this place got the worse it has become. They’ll carry personal conversations while they make customers wait. Constantly taking smoke breaks and taking personal conversations while again making customers wait. Constantly takes care of their friends though, they Make up some lie to get their friends first “they were here earlier, they just stepped out”. They have business hours posted on their site as well as their door, but you’ll often find their door closed at around 1pm not because they have no business. I’d rather pay extra down the road then continue to visit a place with horrible service.

Patrick is an amazing Barber however is business skills are lacking. His ours are very inconsistent which I think most people will find very disrespectful to the customer. He always has what seems to be a good excuse but none the less this is a business and you should respect your customers. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Patrick is an excellent and friendly barber. My hair is notoriously difficult to cut and he cut my skin fade perfectly. Better than any haircut Ive gotten in New York or Michigan which is where I grew up and where I went to college, respectively.
