Dont expect a call-back after they get your business. Dont expect them to stand by the quote that was given. Your rates will be increased after you switch to them (in less than 6 months). They say they will get things taken care of.....but they never do. Even if you provide the documents that they say they need to qualify for a home owners discount, you still wont get the rate they quoted. They do have good auto rates but God forbid I ever have a claim.

Hugh from Matts office reached out to offer quotes on my auto & home policies. Ive been with Costcos preferred partner for years and when Ive shopped around several times previously Ive never found anyone to beat the rates. I thought it was a waste of his time but because its State Farm I gave him the opportunity to try and Im so glad that I did! On the initial quotes it was a decent enough savings that I decided to switch over and upon finalizing the paperwork they did a consumer review on me and my policy went down even more! Im shockingly pleased to say Im saving over $400 every six months on my auto for matching coverage. My home went up a bit but coverage is better, probably unnecessary but I might feel differently if something were to happen. Overall combined Im still saving over $300! On a business level Hugh & Matt were responsive and helpful. Im reviewing other insurance options with them as well. Ill add this office to my vendor list that I provide clients for services. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work with Matt or Nadia. Nadia was very responsive until their office made a very bad error on my policy then she became unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. This office cancelled my auto without saying anything to me and allowed me to go without auto coverage for 2 months until i called to get a new card because mine was expired and Nadia advised that my policy was cancelled in May. Matt advised me that is was his agent who cancelled my policy and their was no valid explanation as to why it was cancelled. Matt has NEVER been responsive EVER! He saw an error in my monthly billing being way to high said he would call me back about it after further investigation and he never got back to me and left my premium the same. Just 2 months ago DURING THE PEAK OF COVID Matt calls me telling me I owe State Farm almost 400 because of COVID and I was very upset about this cause i was not aware of any charges like this, so Matt advised he would look more into this and NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! after finding out that they cancelled my auto policy in May, I go to cancel all together life and home sense auto was already cancelled due to their agent cancelling my auto WITHOUT CONSENT! When i call the state farm number the supervisor let me know that they did not cancel my life and they have still been billing me for that! So again MATT did not do what he said he would do and continued to bill me! long story short I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT BIG PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD! MATT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HE BARELY WORKS, HE IS RUDE WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR POLICY, HE CALLS AND SCARES YOU WITH FALSE PAST DUE BILLING, HE IS UNRESPONSIVE AND DOESNT CARE! We have been USAA customers for 27 years and have been wanting to change companies, but were very hesitant. My neighbor did TONS of research and talked with almost all the good companies and chose to go with Mitchell at State Farm. He was able to provide me car insurance (same coverage) for cheaper than my current rate (which was about to go up significantly), provide me insurance on the house for HALF of USAAs rate AND gave me twice the coverage. He also proactively offered me hospital insurance, which is a GREAT deal. I have never even heard of it, but it is great insurance, so be sure to inquire about it if you call.Words cannot express how pleasant and knowledgeable he was. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. I have also spoken with several people in the office and they too were amazing to work with. I am also SUPER excited NOT to have to call an 800 number and wait on hold for 20 minutes, only to get hung up on. I now have my own personal Rep to call/email!
