I’ve had State Farm for a decade with amazing customer service and people who go the extra mile. Since moving to Colorado Springs this agencies has caused me nothing but inconvenience. I was greeted with a rude passive aggressive phone answer from “Emma” who told me my agent would not be available to me after I received a letter in the mail about coverage I had questions about. She also told me she would have no problem just canceling my contract if I had questions. “I told you six times my name was Emma!” No you didn’t you said it once when you answered the phone and was clearly annoyed I wanted to speak with an agent who could answer questions about my policy. She had no interest in explaining the document I received or the questions I had, just wanted to make it clear I couldn’t speak to an agent and if I didn’t like it she would just cancel my policy.

Cost cutting was my main reason for looking for a change of insurance provider. My agent, Molly, was able to find what I needed for both car and home at a higher level of coverage and lower premiums.In addition to that I also needed help with the application process. It was a delight to be able to talk, in person, to other office staff when it was discovered that a key piece of information had been entered incorrectly and was causing a snag. Emma took my call initially and helped follow the problem as far as she was able. Then she brought Molly into the conversation to review and complete the solution to the problem. Having recently moved to the Springs, one less thing to worry about was transferring my auto insurance due to all the work Sarah did. She contacted me, and had all the paperwork ready when we met. It was a breeze , and was all thanks to Sarah!

I was originally quoted $130 for full coverage for 2 vehicles... a few weeks in to my coverage I realized one vehicle only had liability. I brought this to their attention and instead of fixing their mistake, they said that they couldn’t insure me for that price because of some speeding tickets “they didn’t see at first.” So I paid the extra amount and got full coverage for both like I had set out to get in the beginning. Then a few weeks later, they contacted me and said they had to cancel my policy all together because of something else on my husband’s driving record they “did not see at first.” They didn’t offer an alternative, just said they’d have to cancel. I contacted Kendra who said she could cover us for $311. So the original quote that convinced me to switch from progressive went from $136 to $311. As you can imagine, I have ended up switching back to progressive.

I have been a customer of Kendra for over 5 years with absolutely no issues and everything is always resolved thoroughly and quickly.My latest experience had nothing to do with any of my insurance policies and just shows the degree to which Kendras agency will go to in helping a customer.Because of COVID my credit union has been closed for months and is still closed I had a set of legal documents from my lawyer in Denver which needed notarized and signed by 2 witnesses. Ordinarily this would have been simple at my credit union. Because it was closed I spent a day trying to find other banks and institutions that could take care of this and had no luck.When I contacted Kendras office I was told to come right over and that it would be no problem. Courtney, Paula, and Taylor took time out of their busy morning and immediately completed all the notary work. Their friendly attitudes and professionalism was a blessing in light of all the trouble Id been through attempting to get this work done.There was no compensation that they would accept; just my being their customer was enough. I cannot over recommend this group of dedicated people; they are the best.
