I took in a tile sample for asbestos testing. They called me a few days later to get my email address to send the results. I received an email from them with my invoice (paid in full) and a note that the results had been sent via a separate email. I replied that I had not received the results. That was 9 days ago. I have called multiple times and emailed again. They have only called back to say that perhaps they had my email address wrong (which they didnt because I got the invoice). Im at a loss about how to get my results. My carpet order has been significantly delayed due to the lack of asbestos results. At this point I feel like I have no choice but to start all over with another company, which means additional cost and time wasted. I am so disappointed in Alpines complete lack of customer service (heck, if they had stuck the results in snail mail, I would have had them long ago!).
Works for griffis blessing I dont trust him . Plus for some one in business for as long as he claims , website will let you know what kind of business it is.
Called for info on asbestos testing, got specific instructions, brought in sample, got results in 2 business days. I am very satisfied with their service.
