Lyndon is truly a pro at his craft, he is very knowledgeable & explained the issue with my laptop thoroughly so I never felt like I didn’t know what was next in the process. Lyndon was extremely professional as well helpful. He was able to explain the issue going on with my laptop & what to do moving for to ensure the issue did reoccur. 5/5 stars & I would definitely recommend him to my family/friends that have any type of computer issues. Will definitely return to him in the future.

Contacted Lyndon and he responded quickly. Picked up my PC and within 1.5 hrs had a diagnosis with what was wrong. Fixed my PC and returned it in a very timely manner. I Highly recommend him !!

My computer was damaged during a recent electrical storm, and in a panic I turned to Convenient Computer Repair for help. Mr. Hancock could have strung me along and gotten a lot of money out of me to replace the parts in a fried system, but instead, after diagnosing the issue, he recommended that I replace the entire system and wrote a letter detailing the damage for my insurance company. Mr. Hancock is very professional and gives quality service to his customers. Its rare to find honesty in the world today, and Im very grateful that I was able to find that in Mr. Hancock. If I need further computer support, I wont hesitate to call him again.
