Aaron & Brandon were wonderful, there was a few things I couldnt move that they moved. They took care not to ruff up the wall corners. Paid allot of attention to the stains & high traffic areas of the carpets. The 3 carpets I had done look dang near new even though 1 is super high traffic & worn. House smells great & I have lots of fur babies. They took their time & didnt rush just to get the job done. Went behind the cleaner & got up stray water on the wood floor. They took care to keep other furniture safe from the wet carpets, putting lil blocks or barrier down.My queen cat even got some attention grabbing hugs!!!Super glad & excited I called A-1!!!!! & Definitely will in the future!!!

Excellent from scheduling to the end results! Pamela was very nice and informative when I called to schedule our cleaning. Alicia called us in the morning to let us know they were on their way. The two guys that came (David and not sure of the other tall gentlemans name) were very friendly and explained the process to my husband and I. The guys were thorough, professional and quick. Had my entire second floor and stairway done today. They moved all furniture but the beds, and cleaned the baseboards. They listened to my concerns and focused on removing all of our spots. The tech explained preventative care and what I should be doing to ensure my cleaning lasts. A1 took their time and spent upwards of 2 hours to ensure a thorough clean. He was very understanding about embarrassing pet spots and was very personable. I highly recommend and plan to become a lifetime customer.

Stains were removed from the carpet but no deodorizer was used so it did not smell clean at all!

Excellent rates, friendly, prompt, efficient. Finished 7 areas in 2 hours flat. There was a brown spot which appeared in one of the rooms somehow after the job, but they immediately came the very next day to get rid of it. Highly recommend.

I had 4 bedrooms cleaned last Saturday morning (Aug 1, 2015) and Aaron and Daniel were on time and were not only courteous but very professional , friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating when I added a large runner to the job. Im a real estate agent and have used many carpet cleaning companies for my clients, but I will now recommend A-1 as my top choice!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first using this company. Have always using Stanley Steemer in past, however, I needed work done quickly. A-1 returned my call promptly, came promptly and the work is superior. Had plenty of stains and what I thought was wear/tear.Got the Scotch Guard as well. Fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Great cleaning and reasonable rates. The young man was very knowledgable and went out of way to accommodate type of cleaning and scheduling.

Very pleased with the service! Aaron and Daniel arrived on time and pricing was what they said it would be. Had a trouble area in an upstairs hallway where my puppy took to going potty repeatedly and it looks good as new! Also gave advice on how to properly clean that going forward, should it happen. Would absolutely recommend.

I had my carpet cleaned in 3 rooms by A-1 Steem Cleaning Inc. and in the process my monitor was moved by one of the cleaning crew after he stated that they were not to move anything. Either when it was moved from the desk or moved to put back on the desk the power button was pushed all the way in. My computer was not damaged prior to the move but after the move. My daughter took my monitor to two stores to be serviced and both stated that it could not be fixed. One of the owners accused me of just wanting a new computer because it was near the holidays. This totally offended me and I tried to still be civil about it telling her the workers did a great job but she was very angry that I accused her workers of breaking my computer. WE could have just have talked it over like adults and worked out the situation better than we did. I will not used them again because of the trust factor. I trusted them to clean my carpet but I was not trusted.

Did not follow up with my concerns and stated they could not come back out to clean a trail of dirt left in two difference spots on my carpet, after l paid $120 dollars, very unprofessioal. I had no reason to lie about the spots left

This company gets it done! I am a realtor that recently had a contract that was contingent on the carpets being stretched and cleaned before closing. I called A-1 Steem It and I was able to book an appointment for the same week and they did an amazing job. They had a gentleman that came and stretched the carpets first for a wonderful price and then they came right afterwards with the truck to clean the carpets. We had a small hiccup when the condominium wouldnt accommodate the crew by turning of the fire alarm to allow the crew to bring the hoses up the stairs, but thats when they shined, I received a call about the situation and shortly after they had it resolved and finished the job to perfection. These guys are great!!!

Although the cleaning service was very fast and efficient the staff thar came to clean my carpets damaged a flat screen television that had NO issues prior to their visit.. without properly notifying myself or the company. The situation was not handled professionally nor to customer satisfaction with conflicting stories. Please watch over staff as the clean around your home. I will not use again.
