William was very polite, not only with me, but with the gentleman that was in front of me. The gentleman was headed to some type of reunion, very confused about his membership and William was so kind, patient, and compassionate with the man to help him understand his membership. its the type of scenario that if one of my elderly parent were in, I would want someone like William to help them through it.

Visited on Friday to obtain an EZ Pass transponder for an upcoming trip. Vicki was the person who initially greeted me once I entered AAA. She helped me with my purchase and asked if there would be anything else I may need, like maps, ect, after verification of my membership. Very pleased with my experience and will visit again.

I needed a new battery and called in and spoke with Kayla. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is a huge assest to the company!
