Nick the manager is great! He helped me choose the coolest car on the lot lol..I had fun driving the mustang convertible. Definitely will use this location again. Service was quick and efficient. Everyone was very nice!

Very nice people at the store, Jake came in early to get the process done for me. But I dont know what they were thinking about their cleanliness. The pictures tell it all. Gas tank is not full, dog hair all over, it smells like cigarette in it, I walked out of the car with cigarette smell lingering on me for hours.

I had a car that was hit overnight while I was sleeping. Insurance sent me to Enterprise. I have been there a few times over the years. I must say that they improve each time. So fast getting setup with the car. Informative based on my needs. Then the return was off the charts fast. With their use of technology to check you out I dont think I was there 3 minutes. Great job with service. Keep it up

Nick took good care of me for a weekly rental. Will certainly rent from them again. The driver taking me to the train station should refrain from political discussion topics though. He was non-offensive but not all passengers may see it that way. No harm, no foul. Good job by all.

Disgusting is the only word to describe the condition of the rental vehicle.After picking up the car and waiting for the supposedly cleaning and disinfecting it was filthy. We were told they were not allowed to wash the outside due to water conservation, however the interior was cleaned and sanitized.We accepted this and were in a hurry and got into the vehicle and went on our way.We noticed almost immediately an awful odor, food and filth all over the interior.We decided to take it through a car wash at our own expense due to the conditions.We then found the cause of one oder which was vomit in the back seat floor.We contacted Enterprise and they offered to switch out the vehicles as soon as one would be available.Why do this so we could start over with more filth!Inspect whatever you rent from this place before leaving!!!!They don’t clean anything or sanitize!!!!I can’t leave a zero or that’s what they would get!!!

Worst experience with a car rental ever in my life!Been using Enterprise for several years now and this colonia office is the worst. Stay away from here, go to the Rahway one its much better. Nick at Colonia rental office is by far the worst sales customer support and its pathetic not to get any car on the day reserved! Forget getting the car you reserved, you wont even get any here. This is a huge disappointment for the day when rental was really needed. I work for with customer service too and this is not how we do business. Enterprise team, please fix this stuff quick at this office.

I had reservation through my insurance company. I had reservation for Premium SUV. At this place they have huge flow of cars so fleet is too less to offer me a Premium SUV. They suggested me to go for mazda Cx30 which is way less than suv..My suggestion for you guys to confirm with them and reserve a car size of your choice and make a reservation.Had great experience though with the service.Prefer this location for renting as they clean car after you select the car and gas will be way less than half tank.. they are too busy I guess

The facility where I picked up my rental was small. I received my car on time but it was on empty and was told i could bring it back that way which I thought was unusual. The exterior of the car was actually filthy and again i was told if I get a wash that they would reimburse me. Again odd .Overall I love renting from Enterprise and will again in the near future but I am a little annoyed the way I was given my vehicle and thought I in some way I should have been given some kind of credit. Anyway, sometimes that is the way the cookie crumbles

Disappointed in their customer service. I was hoping for a Chevy Tahoe. I know they are not guaranteed but one was there and was selected minutes before I arrived. I explained why I wanted the Tahoe (looking to do an extended test drive with the intention to purchase) and I knew the people who were given the Tahoe werent finished checking out. Why couldnt he see if they would switch with me? I then asked if he could see if any other locations had one available to which he responded that I would have to be the one to call around. I just felt that it was very poor customer service on their part. :(

I called and explained that Hertz wouldnt help me with a rental because I was paying with my debit card. The gentleman at the counter was beyond happy to help me.explaing policies and even making sure the tank was full.

Really positive experience renting a car at this location. Theyre taking many necessary precautions with COVID, so it felt very safe and clean. Shakeel had amazing customer service and was working hard to make sure every customer was taken care of. He went through each aspect of the bill thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was paying for and let me amend my drop off location at the time of pickup. Very pleased!

Car was not cleaned or sanitized. There were masks, pens, and hair ties in the compartment and on the floor. I called to complain and questioned their pledge for sanitizing and cleaning their cars during covid and was reassured i would be called back by the manager....never happened. I would not recommend renting from them unless you are ok with possibly exposing yourself and your family to this virus.

I just had the WORST experience with this location. I usually go to the location in Union, NJ and things are always GREAT; THIS ONE TERRIBLE!1. I reserved a vehicle days ahead of time2. I get there there are no vehicles whatsoever3. I asked the attendant to call around to other locations and he made excuses about them closing in 35 minutes4. WE MISSED AN IMPORTANT FAMILY WEEKEND BECAUSE OF THEM AND NO ONE REALLY APOLOGIZED; NO ONE CARED.THIS EXPERIENCE MADE ME DECIDE TO NOT RENT VEHICLES FROM ENTERPRISE ANYMORE AND INFORM MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STOP AS WELL! THE DISREGARD WAS LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE

I will never go to this location again! They screwed up the entire transaction simply because they didnt know how to switch CC when the car was dropped off. The day of the drop off, they didnt know how to switch from my CC to my husbands CC in the system and took a long time trying to figure it out. And then was told everything was fine and we was all set. As uneasy as I felt, I left but I knew something wasnt right. My husbands CC was never charged and I saw the charges still on my card. We called and asked for confirmation that the correct CC was going to be charged and they said yes. It was not! So days later, one of the Reps called and said everything was all set. However, when I checked my account, they double charged me!! So I call her back and ask her why was my card charged again when we clearly told them the card that should be used. After back and forth, that was FINALLY fixed. I just checked my account this morning and the tolls are coming out of my card instead of the CC that was used to pay for the final bill! We were told when we picked up the car, that if we went through the tolls we would receive a separate bill in the mail and we would pay then. Now Im on the phone with the Enterprise Toll trying to get yet another thing fixed. Ridiculous!!

My car is under repair and my insurance company registered a car with Enterprise - St. Georges Ave. since I did not have a car, i called St. Georges Ave to request car delivered to my address. I was informed by Enterprise staff at St.George Ave that it is busy day for them , they cannot deliver the car, but they will arrange for me to be picked up in the afternoon, so that I could take the car from their office today, but no body picked me up. I called back their office, and their office is closed. The things I planned for today and tomorrow (Sat and Sunday), I could not do it due to this inconvenience. Unreliable and disappointing experience. cannot trust their word. my week end plans wasted.

I reserved a car almost 2 months ago to be able to fit my family in one car for vacation. I get a call this morning (we are supposed to pick it up.at 12:00) that the truck we were supposed to get was in an accident and they are working on it.... I call back and hour later to get told that the people that rented it are keeping it for a few more days...... Ok, get the lies straight... They are still working on it. I call back at 11:00 (they close at 12) and am put on hold, they come back and say they havent forgotten about me, few more minutes. After 45 minutes no one comes back and they dont answer or call me back. Thank God I have a friend who was able to get me something comparable or my vacation would have not happened. This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Outside and inside of car wasn’t clean. Professional staff handle the issues in a timely manner. The new manager who had just started was extremely polite and professional when handling my complaints. Will rent again.

Contacted Enterprise for a car on Wednesday around 3:30p.arrival in (NJ)Agent was super nice, efficient and had a car available within minutes. Found the best deal and arranged for someone to pick me up. Rodney from St. louisNP the NJ office didn’t understand they were to pick me up, they did call me and ask if I was coming. All worked out. The car was to be returned Sat at 5p but the office was closed.I dropped off the key in the drop box and hope all is well!Thank you.

After an accident is always a bad time. This Enterprise location is superb. I have dealt with each employee here and they are incredible. The customer service was so refreshing. Knowledgeable crew. I will never use anyone else for a rental.

Within less than 24 hours of contacting their office, they had a car waiting for me. Agents are efficient, professional and kind. They are willing to help you and not pushy sales agent. They explained all the terms and conditions to me very throughly. After having a bad experience at another location, I was hesitate to go to another location but I am so happy I went! I will return!

I have dealt with Enterprise car rentals for quite some time, be it for business or leisure, I have not been disappointed. The staff at Enterprise have always been very professional, personable and respectful. They are resourceful and do their best to accommodate you , and if there are any issues, they go the extra mile to take care of it. I also like their pick up and drop off policy. Be it at your home or else where , (keep in mind ) these pickups and drop offs must be scheduled .I also really appreciate their door to door service. When I have used their door to door service , I have noticed that on most occasions, the person (driver )assign to drop me off has waited until I am safely inside my home before they drive off (making me feel they care ).Enterprise makes me feel like family.

My experience with Colonia branch was horrible. We had a reservation for a truck that we made over 2 weeks in advance. When our day came to pick up our vehicle we were told that none were availableDue to Covid related issues?Really? Werent issues worse 2 weeks ago when I made the reservations?And what really ticked me off was I was told they would call when they had one available with none due back. Sorry Enterprise not acceptable.

I rented a dodge grand caravan for a family trip last week. Ron took care of us in a very professional and friendly way. Mind you I even forgot to call them back to confirm, he still had my car saved just in case. Which i of course needed and used. The car ran great as well, we have no issues with any part of the process, it was simply smooth. Ron and his team were great. Thumbs up. Definitely recommend. Great experience!

Best Enterprise location in the state. I take an Uber 15 minutes from my home to use them because theyre very organized, polite and always have the cars I reserved. I had to used them on and off over the summer for 3 months when I had transmission problems with my car. If you find a better location, let me know.

Rented a car for Thanksgiving weekend. The car was brand new and very nice. The staff was super accommodating.

The customer service skills of Ronald, the guy at the front desk, are second to none. Hes very attentive, quick, and friendly, all the while doing his job with excellent professionalism and attention to details. You just got yourself two new faithful customers (my wife and I) for as long as we live in the area.

Originally the location I made a reservation was closed and I was never informed so I contacted the 800 number and found my reservation was moved to another location down the street ,(luckily I was being dropped off and my ride waited and dropped me off at new location I could see it being a issue if I took a Lyft/uber ) New Location didn’t have my car so I had to wait about 40 mins while the line grew and other clients became inpatient, I forget the women’s name but she was really nice it was hard to be rude even if you wanted to , my Dodge Journey arrived they waived the fuel fee and apologized again for the wait .BOTTOM line things happen that we can’t control , I still had a reservation, I got my car later then expected but honestly I wasn’t in any rush , I was treated with respect and I didn’t have a issue picking up / dropping off car , even met with the same worker who again apologized Enterprise you guys are all good with me !

I would not recommend to anybody the manager did not seem to care how far u came. I had a reservation made a week in advance and come to find out the location (Scothplains) is closed, called customer service and they send our reservation to Colonia. We arrived and all the reps had us waiting for over 15min to tell me the location is not there and NOW its in Union. The Frustration.

Ask for the manager if the workers at this site give you a hard time with your reservation. It seems not everyone has customer service skills or the desire to help their consumers.

April 2019 Update- I have now rented from this location several times over the last two years. Most recently just about 2-3 times monthly for this year alone. I will say that each time I’m there Ron goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best vehicle, my rental process is usually 10minutes at most. Everyone at this office is always professional and friendly. I could rent from any other Enterprise location in NY/NJ area but I choose this location simply because of the great customer service. Keep up the great work everyone.This was my second time renting from this location in the last 3 months. I must say both times the staff has been extremely professional and accommodating. On my last rental my reservation was for Saturday I called at last minute to change to Friday and they were great about it. The vehicles are clean and the latest models- which is a great perk. I would definitely rent from this location again. Carla, Haneef and the other members at this location are great.

The staff was incredibly friendly! They say that customer service makes a company. And if thats true at all, this was the I most amazing service Ive ever received. I was greeted with a smile, walked through the whole rental process, and had all of my concerns put to rest. I felt very welcome! The manager that assisted me was very personable and had me cracking up. The other sales associate, who was getting married the week after I was picking up the car was also very welcoming and made the pick up a joy. I wish I could give more than 10 stars! This is the worst enterprise I have ever rented from. Be prepared to basically be fingerprinted to rent a car. They don’t warn you ahead of time that their procedures are completely different than any other enterprise out there. Plus they aren’t very apologetic about it. DONT RENT HERE if you can avoid it.

OK center if you are not a frequent renter but I being a Platinum customer (highest tier) had a rather disappointing experience for the first time after renting from various Enterprise locations. It appeared that they are not even aware of the whole Enterprise Plus program and treat you just like any other customer. They are not even willing to discuss the issue going as far to say ...there are 6 other customers waiting... with a Take It or Leave It kinda attitude.Upgrading the rating after receiving better service this time around!!!

When I reserved the car they promised yes we have a car insurance amount, then when I go, no we don’t have small car that insurance coverage , you have to pay additional ,They always trying to get more money from out of pocket, they don’t want to help for the situations .Extra money always.Thank you

Their customer service at this particular location suck. They dont try to work with you. I was very disappointed with this enterprise. Ive never had an issue with Hertz rental. Guess I will be a loyal renter with them.

Recently I took a car for rent here. The people are very friendly and awesome. I got car from Roslyn. She is so awesome. She explained me everything clearly about rental process. I liked her way of addressing and greeting people. If I get a chance I will go and rent the car once again here.

I personally prefer this location over the loation closest to me because of the people that operate this location. This branch has by far a high standard and a very respectful team. I have been renting on and off frequently for over a year now and I must say dealing with Ron and Carla is by far the best thing. They are both genuine and caring people and upfront about everything. As an Enterprise Plus member I give them preference over any other rental agency.

Ron was the first person I dealt with from day one. I must say the professionalism is impeccable he went through the whole process explained everything even with customers walking in phones ringing he would great them and still was able to complete my rental and send me on my way. Very bad exp with this place !! they confirm a 5 passenger car on the 26th for me to pick it up at 7:30am on the 27th received a call at 7:20 from this location telling me they did not have a car for me. i said well ok i really need to go can i get any type of car. they said they will do there best but ended up doing nothing i never got a car. lost 1 day out of my vacation on a car if they would had just said no we dont have one from the start i would had gotten a car somewhere els. location in newark airport os another mess with the worse customer service ever is where i when next look for mu review there for that location.

Every employee at this location greets me with a smile, are personable, and take care of every request I may have immediately. They definitely go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. Decent location that provides free pick up and drop off for rental. I was not offered any discount or reduced rate for the weekend but on the other hand I was asked to upgrade as I was informed that the compact car that I booked online was not available at the time. I ended up paying $216 for a week of economy rental whereas I had booked a compact car for $190 only.Only good thing was that the option to block a fixed gas rate before the rental helps in case we dont bring the car back topped up to the level we take it out.

Hands down an absolute wonderful experience!!!!I on occasion rent from enterprise and pick up at several locations throughout Jersey and New York ...However not only is this my first time posting anything , but this time it felt like family ....Their customer service was outstanding to say the least ...I reserved a compact car , and ended up leaving with a Chevy Camaro !!!!!!!!Based on circumstance , they could have responded in many ways . I’m very easy going and if it has four wheels and takes me to point a and b. I’m cool .I was even considering suggesting a downgradeIf it made things easier , but before I can even utter a sound , I was handed the keys to the camaro !!!!With no wait time !!!!If you are like me and research places and read everything!!! I hope this helps influence your decision !!!

Very disappointed with the company. The first time when my husband rented the car from enterprise everything was fine, but not this time. I returned the car on July 24th and didnt get the deposit back for the next two weeks. instead, my husband was charged $100 for insurance that was cancelled. After multiple calls and visits in the office they finally took a look at my file but still couldnt explain where additional charges came from. Eventually they returned part of the money they charged me extra, but today (August 16th) I still havent gotten my deposit back.

This is by far the most pleasant and courteous location I have interacted with.Ron, the manager provided A1 excellent customer service. The process here went smooth. I submitted a request online for a reservation today for 10:00 am. Fine, no problem, and was very easy to complete. My reservation was for a budget car, but was prepared to spend a little more based on availability. About an hour later I received a call from the Colonia office that they wouldnt have a car until 12:30 and it was for a more expensive vehicle. I was asked if it was okay to wait until then and reserve the larger vehicle. I had two very important appointments and really needed the car at the latest by 12:30, but asked if someone could pick me up at my house at 12:00 so that I could be there at 12:30 in order for the car to be available at that time. They said yes, someone will come to my house at 12:00, no problem. Its 12:10, and I call the number of the person who called me before, and the call doesnt get answered multiple times. I call the office and they tell me they have no notes specifying a pickup, but they will send someone out ASAP. I live 10 minutes away, and now its 12:30 and still no one shows up even though they tell me shes on her way. I tell them Im ready to call Uber because they will be at my house in 3 minutes, why cant their people show up when they told me they would at 12:00 as promised earlier? In the meantime, I put the order in for Uber. I then get a call from Enterprise who tells me shes on her way at 12:55. Too late. I tell her to turn around and go back because Uber is at my house. Shes an hour late after promising she would be there at 12:00 Needless to say, I missed one appointment and have to go back on Monday because Enterprise screwed up. Not happy, and to tell the truth, will never use this office again. Long story short, youre better off with Uber.

The service there was great and had no problems getting the car we wanted. On the way down the parkway there was a problem with the car. The front tire was wobbling. We stopped at an Enterprise location down in Bayville. We explained the situation to the lady there and she apologized for the trouble we were experiencing. She switched cars for us with no problem. When returning the rental to the original rental location we explained to them what had happened. The had no problem taking the new car back. Would definitely rent from them again.

Disorganized group of people there. While everyone treated me respectfully, the place was gross. Looked like they hadnt had a vacuum run through there in weeks. They were busy, so I will give them that, but checkout process took entirely way too long.
