I have been going to them for over three years. I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to the service center.I always go there for my car service. The guys are very honest and hard-working. They would tell you the exact price before the service, if there are any alterations they always pre-check and seek approval.They never tried to overcharge or sell you a car repair unnecessarily (which unfortunately is the case amongst most car repair shops).The staff is very experienced and their chief mechanic is an automobile engineer. Most importantly all the guys have a kind demeanor and are always eager to help.

The mechanic here is trustworthy, his work reliable and his mechanical servicing very affordable. Recommended!

Great price, better behavior

They fixed my car for me and were very honest and quite accurate about what it would cost. They let me drive the car for a few mins before I paid to make sure it was working and it did . They also were able to fix my steering wheel buttons when my previous mechanic couldnt so yay for that. I would say fair proceed as well.

Had found this auto repair by chance and i feel lucky to have found this place. Had a problem with my car making strange sounds when driving and had taken it to the showroom. The guy at the showroom gave me all kinds of reasons for the noice (Which i knew cannot be the reason based on where the noice was coming from) and wanted me to make an appointment, drop off the car, and pick up either the same day or if they cannot fix it, to pick up the next day. I realized that the guy was making a big deal just to charge me a lot of money and i drove off. After driving down couple of auto centers on 35 south who all gave me again different reasons, i stopped at Akam. The guy took it for a spin, figured out the exact problem and fixed it in less than 30 min. I was very happy with their service, rates and i have decided to take my other car to them as well for a small repair. Trustworthy auto centers are hard to find by, and i am glad i found this place.

Worst experience Happend today......I went to this shop few days ago to get an quote for Bumper Repair...The guy told me 60 Bucks ......Today i went for actual repairs and same guy told me that i will be 90 Bucks ....You cannot ask for Two different Amounts on two different days ....I am never going back there and will not recommend it to anyone.-singh
