I don’t understand who isn’t capable of reading a address but Jesus.. someone at this post office put my package on the wrong truck just to have it sent to bfe to come back to Belleville post office days later just for them to do the same thing send it back over to Missouri.. like why isn’t there a option for me to just come pick it up at that point when it’s 15 minutes away...instead I have to wait days more for you guys to get done playing ring around the rosy.. at this point about time it reaches me there will be nothing left of the package from you guys handling it back and forth...

I went in tonight with some important documents that I needed sent in certified mail. I didn’t get off work until 4pm in Earth City, MO.I got there a little after closing, I said can you please send these in certified mail real quick it’s really important stuff...they were very nice and let me do it even though it was after hours! I really appreciate the kindness from these two ladies!

I might have moved my main office into the city but I will always be loyal to this post office. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and customer service is far from dead here.

A USPS employee left a redelivery slip in my mailbox for an important letter without even knocking on my door. I was at home and could have received the letter. This is the second time this has happened. It almost seems its if the employee already had this slip for redelivery filled out before attempting to actually deliver it. This is ridiculous.

I dont know who they have answering the phone but he has a real dry nochanloant attitude especially after me letting you know the carrier stole money out of my card!

There are 2 registers at this post office. I guess the only reason is as a backup to the other register. I have NEVER seen 2 people working register there. I have seen 10+ people in line, the clerk call for a manager who comes up, does an override or whatever then he heads strait to the back again. I have waited in line there 20+ minutes a couple of times. I know this is the post office and they could care less about customers and their reviews. But so you know, if you want good customer service in a timely manner, go to Maryville. Such a shame, the old post office in Collinsville was much better. I will never go back to the Collinsville post office.

Absolutely the worst Ive ever seen in sorting and delivering the mail Ive ever seen. Ive filed complaint after complaint, as well as a congressional inquiry, and gotten nowhere. If I ever became this inefficient, I would have been fired long ago.

Extremely Rude and Arrogant when calling the other morning to inquire about the status of a shipped package. If trying to reach someone on the phone in the office persistence is KEY!!! I believe that they take the phone off the hook to avoid excessive calls and complaints. If by chance you do get in touch with a live person at the Collinsville Office they transfer the call and it gets mysteriously LOST??? Very poor service typical Government protocol. Jason was arrogant on my office in the morning.

Ive ordered things from Missouri before to have them show up the next day. Some boxes and other things have been tampered with when they came in from other places but, normally its a fast shipment. I am confused as to how a paycheck sent from Missouri on a Thursday doesnt show up at least on a Monday. Ill be opting to pick up my checks from now on and probably stop ordering packages from here on out.

The employees do all they can with what they have, totally satisfied with my mail service.

Went to fill out passport information and get photo taken, apparently you need an appointment at this location to which the counter staff said they were all booked up. Viewing online showed a wide open schedule. Went to Maryville instead and they were ecstatic to help.

I had a first class letter that I missed yesterday.They said I could pick up yesterday at 4.The office people said that the guy who would have the letter wouldnt be there until 8 and if I would mark the box that says to leave it in the mailbox that it would be here today.I gave her the paper and she assured me it would be here today.I look in my mail box today and another notice saying that I wasnt here to accept it and he DIDNT leave it in the mail box.So I tried to call before I waste my gas AGAIN to go and see about the letter. And they dont answer.Well organized my a**.

Packages take a couple days to come from anywhere in the country but take 3 sometimes even more days just sitting in the post office and folded a do not bend letter to put in in mailbox

Terrible customer service. The employees were all having a conversation about quitting and ignored the other customers in the room until the conversation was finished.

Just received my diploma from my undergrad today... That was kindly shoved into the mailbox and bent, with huge letters on the envelope that reads, DO NOT BEND. SERIOUSLY!!?!??!

Amazon and USPS have an agreement in place for Sunday deliveries. Half of the time I will get a notice that my package is out for delivery, and then later in the day it will update with a really lame excuse as to why they could not deliver. The most recent one being The employee did not have access to the delivery location. I am wondering how that is possible when I live in a house on a normal residential street? I sat waiting all day for this package and they never even showed up.

Three out of three packages from amazon lost. Amazon says theyll refund, but I kinda wanted my stuff, not a refund. AVOID USING.

Ive never had any issues with the normal mail man but i tried to have something delivered from amazon and they went to deliver it on sunday like the other review stated and it has been delayed for over a week now with no updates.

They always have a huge line and they are rude!

Wish there was a vending machine to buy a stamp after 5pm.
