We went to this Collinsville Verizon for the first time, and we were really pleased with the service. Corey was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. He spent time giving us a tutorial on the upgraded device, and provided instructions on how to register the screen protector we purchased. These actions saved us considerable time and made the process / transition smooth. We were also impressed with the patience his co-worker exhibited with an older, frustrated customer. Kudos to both the employees we observed!

Phenomenal staff. Really friendly and helpful. Went in with my grandparents to set them up with their first smart phone— a pretty big leap for two 85 year-olds, but we were helped by Alex who handled their questions patiently and dumbed down the terminology for them.

I went in to see about switching carriers and the staff was extremely helpful. Jake helped get me set up on my note 9 and made sure to help me get set up on a military discount. Great experience overall

The sales clerk, Coreyion in Collinsville was the nicest & most patient person & never made me feel bad that he was still helping me an hour after the store closed! I had a giant problem with an ipad bought from the Edwardsville store earlier this year & he had a mess to straighten out for me! He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions! He turned a bad situation for me into a good experience. Thats a great salesperson!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The incompetence and lack of respect for the customer at the location is unbelievable.After mark lied to me earlier in the week about his ability to call another location to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock, I let him order it for me. Biggest mistake I have ever made! They told me it would be in on a Thursday morning. They never called, so I called them, and was told that they had received a shipment but hadnt gotten around to opening it yet it hadnt arrived, so I waited another day, made 4 more calls to the store, was hung up on 3 times, went in to the store, waited for over 30minutes with barely a nod from anyone working, left, called customer service, was told that I needed to return the store to get a return, so I did.When I told Mark that it was unacceptable that he could not refund my money for my upgrade after he lied to me about when and how my phone would arrive at the store. I told him it was bullshit, and that I had contacted the store in fairview heights and they had 2 in stock, as I was leaving he said something snarky under his breath. I responded, f**k you, then, Ill call corporate to which he responded your mommaNever in the almost 10 years with Verizon have I left a store this upset. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service, nothing is resolved and no one can help me get my money back. These people are horrible, avoid at all costs!!!!

Jake was great, I needed a new phone, got everything I needed to get started with an upgraded phone. Jake was knowledgeable and patient. They even let me change the chanel on their tv to cartoons to keep my 6 year old occupied.

Terrible customer service. One gentleman sold me up the river with a Liquid Glass Protector, and a phone case that would be durable from a fall of 10 feet. I clumsily dropped my phone, the phone case fell apart and the screen webbed in 3 places. I called the customer service line, who had me call store manager. The store manager was a jerk, would not offer any help, in refunding the case, screen protector, etc. He told me that I would have to file a claim and it was my fault. Now I understand that, is a chance I take, when buying a phone, but they should not support the sale of faulty protection, to make a commission. I only had the phone 5 days!Luckily I called Verizon customer service back, who kindly helped me rectify the matter.I just wanted to give a buyer beware............

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went there to make the min payment on my prepaid account which a week earlier they gladly took and was told it was NOT possible for me to do it today! I called customer service a Verizon and was essentially hung up on! DO NOT GO INTO THISSTORE and expect customer service...you will be let down!

While on Verizon it was smooth and enjoyable but leaving was nearly impossible spent 3 hours on every Verizon of customer support hotline they had and never was given an option to speak to a representative. Finally called my local store who gave me a number not found online to get ahold of someone, who when I spoke to, was fine and assured me that my account was payed off and closed. only for me to find out I was still open and received a notice for a past due payment for the following month. I will never use Verizon again.
