Staff always nice I never have much problems when I take my yearly test

The process took awhile for me to get checked in for a test even though I had all documents. I dont know if its their system or what. Would be nice if they had lockers available to store your belongings rather than put it in this cabinet behind the desk or leave it in your car.

I took my real estate licensing exam at this facility (and passed). The lighting was horrible, the first thing I did was try to brighten the display on the monitor, which though dimly lit was up to 100%. I was given a clip board and paper for my calculations, but I was sat in a cubicle which was too small to write in. The monitor and keyboard took up all the desktop space. So, when doing calculations I had to scoot my chair back, and use the edge of the desk for stability and leverage to prop my clip board on and write. Wearing a mask was implied, yet when the proctor sat four other test takers right next to me, I felt like it totally defeated the purpose. There was plenty of room for gap spacing. Overall the facility was very clean, and the proctor was nice.

Conflicting signs about mask wearing. No true directions on what to do when you get there. Office personnel carried on a Convo for at least 2-3 minutes before they recognized I needed assistance.

Always a boring time here but i wasnt there for fun and games.

Honestly no one likes setting in ANY computer training facility . Like most training places the videos are terrible. I wanted to buy something at the safty store but never got a cashier to check me out. Also some training centers let you eat and drink while testing. Not here. They tell you to go find a seat type in your ss# and follow the instructions. 5 stars because what else do you want from them.
